1. This massage chair has been modied for a quiet massage feeling, which comes with a variety of
massage techniques such as kneading, knocking, tapping, shiatsu and kneading-tapping that mimics
a real massage therapist’s technique.
2. It has the feature of body scanning which can precisely massage your body based on dierent heights
and sizes.
3. The purpose of elderly-friendly buttons is to provide convenience and enable users to experience the
real zero gravity feature with just one touch.
4. With space-saving technology, you only need 5cm of free space between the massage chair and the wall
to enjoy your massage with limited space.
5. With the combination of massage rollers and airbags on the feet, it stimulates the reex zones of the feet
which can unclog the meridians and regulate the joints.
6. With the additional of 4 massage rollers and airbags on the calves, it provides the benets of relieving
muscle tightness, improving blood circulation and exibility.
7. The air compression massage helps to increase blood circulation and improve the lymphatic system.
8. The leg rest can be extended and retracted within the range of 22cm which is suitable for users below
100kg and between 155cm to 185cm.
9. With the elderly-friendly buttons on the armrest and high-resolution LCD screen on the remote control,
you can easily operate the massage settings.
10. This massage chair has a built-in Bluetooth speaker which allows you to play music from any devices via
Bluetooth connection.

WARNING
• Before sitting, please conrm that there are no foreign matters in between
the parts of massage chair.
• When using the backrest, calf up and down, or calf extension, be sure to
check that there are no people or objects in these areas (behind, under, or in
front of the massage chair).
• In the event of a physical abnormality or abnormality in use, stop using it
immediately and seek for doctor’s advice.
• Pay attention to the movement of massage rollers around the head and neck
as it should not be too much pressure on it.
• Avoid excessive neck massage.
• Do not massage the abdomen or knees with this massage chair.
• Stop the massage before you leave the seat or if you want to leave the seat.
• Do not use it with other instruments.
• Do not allow children or pets to play on or around the massage chair
(especially in use); nor can they sit or stand on backrests, armrests or leg
rest.
• Before moving the massage chair, the backrest and leg rest must be angled
back to their original position.
Accident / injury.
• When assembling, turn o the switch and unplug it after the massage chair
returns to its original position.
• Insert the power plug into the power cord socket.
• Make sure the power plug is completely inserted into the power cord socket
to reduce the risk of electrication, short circuits or re.
• Unplug the power plug when the massage chair is not in use.
• Turn the power switch OFF and unplug the power cord in times of power
shortages.

• Do not use the massage chair if the power cord, plug, or socket is broken or

• Do not use the massage chair other than on the designated voltage.
• Do not use the massage chair if the power cord and plug are damaged or not
working.
• Do not place heavy items on the power cord.
• Do not bend, pull, twist, or tie the power cord.
• Avoid placing the power cord in places susceptible to high temperatures,
such as too close to heating appliances.

• If power cord or plug is damaged, please do not replace it by yourself. Please

parts of the massage chair. Please contact a Coway Logistic Technician to
repair it.
• If the leather or cushion of massage chair is broken, please stop using the
chair and contact a Coway Logistic Technician to repair it.

CAUTION
• Please operate the massage chair on a at or level surface. To avoid sudden falling.
• The recommended maximum massage duration is 20 minutes. Continual
usage on the same body part may cause an uncomfortable feeling.
Too long time massage
is bad for your body.
• To avoid injury, please check everything to ensure that the head in the
correct massage position.

• Remote control should be kept in the remote control pocket to avoid
being crushed or falling damage.
• Please make sure that the power switch is “OFF” before inserting the
power plug into the power cord socket.
• Turn o all controls before removing the power plug from outlet. To avoid accidents

• Make sure the power plug is completely inserted into the power
cord socket.
To reduce short circuits
and any re hazard.
• Please check whether there are any damages to the wire to ensure there

REPLACE FUSE
GROUNDING INSTRUCTION
✦ The massage chair is equipped with a power cord having a grounding conductor. The plug must be inserted
into an appropriate power socket for the massage chair to function.
✦ When the fuse is burned out, please contact Careline or
Coway Logistic Technician to repair it.
Earth wire is not allowed to be stored
in these places.

Phone wire and lightning rod: might cause electric shock and re

STEP 1
Take out the main body and accessories from the carton box.

STEP 3
Fix the leg rest.
❶ Place the rear of leg rest near in front of massage chair.
❷ Pair the leg and foot harness plug with the socket on the main body and air tube plug on the main body.
❸ Raise the leg rest with both hands, push the shaft of leg rest toward the level pin of the hangers and lock it
to the main body.
❹ Paste the Velcro of the leg rest with the seat cushion.

Before Adjustment
✦ Make sure the massage rollers
stop at the upper part of
backrest. Then, you may slowly
sit on the massage chair to
enjoy the massage.
The wrong position of rollers
might cause injuries.
If the massage roller cannot detect the shoulder
position, it will default the massage rollers to the
highest position of the user’s shoulder.
Right position:
Rest your back on the backrest
and your head on the head
cushion. The massage chair will
release three “beep” sounds
after the shoulder detection
has nished. To make slight
adjustments, you may press “UP/
DOWN” button on the remote control.
A wrong detection of the user’s shoulder position
may aect the massage comfort.
Floor Protection
Bind the cables and put them on the seat to avoid
damage while moving the massage chair.
Do not drop or let go of the massage chair out of a
sudden while moving the massage chair.
Do not move the massage chair on a wooden oor,
rough surface or in a narrow space.
Do not move the massage chair without the
assistance of Coway Logistic Technician.

PREPARATION BEFORE USING
Moving The Massage Chair
Press down on the head part so that the chair falls
backwards and stands on its back castors. Then, push
the massage chair to desired destination steadily and
set it down slowly.
Please hold the footrest while moving
the massage chair to protect the
leather from scratches.
To carry this product, please do not lift
the armrest.
Due to the heavy weight of
massage chair, it may ruin your
oor in a long period of
time. Please put
a mat, rug, carpet
or soft paddings to

MASSAGE OPERATION
1ON/OFF Press this button to start or stop the massage program.
2AUTO Massage Press this button to select three automatic massage program options of
“Recover”, “Relief”, and “Stretch”. The default operating time is 20 minutes.
3Air Pressure Press this button to select a full-body air pressure massage which includes
upper body and lower body parts.
4EMERGENCY Press this button to stop all massage functions and only can select
“ON/OFF” button to resume the massage chair.
5Menu Press this button to switch the screen of remote control to the menu
interface. You can select the massage program by pressing “AUTO”
selection, then the navigation buttons (UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT) and the
“OK” button to conrm the massage program. The other massage settings
will also appear after pressing the “MENU” button.
6Method Press this button to select 5 dierent massage methods which include
kneading, tapping, knocking, shiatsu and kneading & tap.
7Heating Press this button to turn “ON” and “OFF” for heating function on waist area.
When the heat is turned on, the corresponding heating symbol will turn red.
When the heat is turned o, the corresponding heating symbol will disappear.
8Position When the massage chair is in the manual massage mode, press this button
to select the body part massage options of “Whole”, “Partial” and “Point”.
9Navigation
Buttons
Press the navigation buttons (UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT) to be used as menu
navigation buttons in the menu mode. You can use “UP” and “DOWN”
buttons to quickly select the menu items and “LEFT” and “RIGHT” buttons
to quickly enter the previous and next menus. The “UP” and “DOWN”
buttons play the role of manually adjusting the position of the massage
chair during the shoulder height detection and the xed-point adjustment
function in the manual massage mode.

Press this button to conrm the selection of menu items and pop up the
next menu.
11 Width of
Massage Rollers
Press this button to adjust the width of massage rollers which are “Narrow”,
“Middle” and “Wide” during the operation of manual tapping, knocking
and shiatsu.
12 Intensity of
Airbags
Press this button to adjust 5 dierent levels of intensity of airbags massage.
13 Speed of
Massage Rollers
Press this button to adjust 5 dierent speeds of massage rollers under the
manual massage state.
14 Foot Roller Press this button to adjust 3 dierent speeds of “Quick”, “Soft” and “Stop”
on foot rollers in sequence.
15 Leg Rest Up Press and hold this button, then the leg rest will rise. The leg rest will stop
rising after releasing this button.
16 Leg Rest Down Press and hold this button, then the leg rest will descend. The leg rest will
stop descending after releasing this button.

Leg Rest Down
Press and hold this button, the backrest will go up and the leg rest will go
down. If release this button, the backrest and leg rest stop moving.

Press and hold this button, the backrest will go down and the leg rest will
go up. If release this button, the backrest and leg rest stop moving.
19 Zero-Gravity Press this button to adjust the massage chair position to zero gravity. Then,
press this button to reset the massage chair to the initial working state.
The zero gravity icon on the main interface will show the zero gravity status
after the massage starts.

Massage Function
After powering on, if you press
the “ON/OFF” button, the buzzer
will ring with a short and crisp
sound. The LCD screen will
display the main menu interface
and enter a standby mode. Then,
the remote control will display
the MENU page which has the
selections of “Auto”, “Manual”,
“Airbag”, “Roller”, “Heating”,
“Timer”, “Settings”, and “Stop”.
ON/OFF INTERFACE
After pressing the “Menu” button, it will switch to the menu interface
and all the massage selections can be chosen by pressing the buttons.
Pressing the “Menu” button will exit the menu interface and return to
ON/OFF interface.
Auto Massage: After pressing the “ON/OFF” button, the cursor will stop at
the Automatic massage program by default. Press “OK” button to enter the
menu interface, and the screen of remote control will display the following
massage programs: “Recover”, “Relief”, “Stretch”, “Renew”, “Calming”
and “Special”. Under “Special” massage program, there are two automatic
massage program available which are “Refresh” and “Energy”.

MENU INTERFACE
MANUAL MASSAGE
On the “Menu” interface, select manual massage
through the navigation button. Press “OK” button and
four functional options will be presented which include
“Mode”, “Position”, “Width” and “Speed”. If you select
“Mode” option, press “OK” to enter the next option,
and select the desired massage technique - kneading,
tapping, knocking, kneading & tapping and shiatsu. If
you select “Position” option, press “OK” to enter the
next option, and select the desired body part - whole,
partial and point. If you select “Width” option, press
“OK” to enter the next option, and select the desired
width for massage rollers - narrow, middle, and wide. If
you select “Speed” option, press “OK” to enter the next
option, and select the desired speed for massage rollers -
Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4, and Level 5.

On the “Menu” interface, use

roller. Press “OK” to enter the next
option, and select the desired foot
roller speed - quick, soft and stop.

Then on “Position” option, press
“OK” to enter the next option, and
select the desired body position
- full body, upper body and lower
body. If you select “Intensity”
option, press “OK” to enter the
next option, and select the desired
airbags massage intensity - Level 1,
Level 2, Level 3, Level 4, and Level 5.
On the “Menu” interface,
use the navigation buttons
to select heat function for
waist area. Press “OK” to enter the
next option, and select the desired
heat function - ON and OFF.
On the “Menu” interface,
use the navigation keys
to select massage timing.
Press “OK” to enter the next
option, and select the desired
massage duration - 10 minutes,
20 minutes and 30 minutes. The
default massage duration is 20
minutes. So, the massage chair
will turn o automatically when
the time is up.
After selecting the desired
massage program, the massage
chair will start body scanning and
the words “body scanning...’’ will
display on the screen of remote
control. After the body scanning is
nished, the buzzer will tick (once
every second). At this point, the
massage rollers will locate at the
shoulder position, you can press
Up and Down to adjust. When
the massage rollers are adjusted,
“shoulder height adjusting...” will
display on the screen. The default
massage duration is 20 minutes.
The massage chair will turn o
and reset to its upright position
once the massage is nished.
