General Descripon
Thank you for purchasing the PAP Clean Portable CPAP Cleaning System
The enre portable, care-free and dry process requires no water, soap
or detergents to clean. You can clean and deodorize all your CPAP
related accessories including your mask, tubing and water humidier
chamber through a stream of controlled ozone.
• Do not stand over ozone generator while it is operang.
• Do not ingest or breathe in the ozone release. Always use in a well
venlated area.
• Do not aempt to deodorize your CPAP in the cleaning bag.
• Do not reassemble your CPAP accessories for at least one hour
aer cleaning, or anyme the ozone generator has stopped.
The screen will display and when the cycle is nished.
• If you experience shortness of breath or respiratory issues, consult
your physician immediately.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not let children play with the product.
• Use only as intended to clean CPAP accessories. The ozone concen-
traon is regulated by the ozone device, bag and the run me. Use
only as directed.

waste. Please follow appropriate local regulaons regarding the
disposal of baeries in your area.

Ozone Generator
The PAP Clean Portable CPAP Cleaner includes a rechargeable
baery. To charge it, connect the device as shown below. Connect
the USB cable to the charging block and plug into a power outlet.
A charging symbol will come on when it is charging correctly.
The full baery icon will display when it is fully charged.
The white poron in the baery icon shows the remaining power
capacity of the baery. When the baery has less than 5% baery life this
empty baery icon is displayed and the unit starts to ush.
For the best baery performance and baery life, power o while
charging. Charging me averages 2-3 hours and may vary depending
on the baery’s remaining capacity. If the unit stops working during
use aer a full charge, the baery may have reached the end of its
service life and the enre unit will need to be replaced.

Before you begin...
1) Do not aempt to clean CPAP device, only
Humidier Tub, Tubing and CPAP Mask
WARNING: Never breathe in or ingest ozone
2) Disconnect CPAP Tubing from PAP Therapy Device
3) Remove Humidier
Chamber/Tub from
PAP Device.
Separate Tubing & Humidier Chamber/Tub

Empty Humidier Chamber/Tub
4) Thoroughly remove all water from
the Humidier Chamber/Tub.
5) Hold the Cleaning Bag as shown, with open zipper on the le
and the Velcro strap on the right. Place the empty Humidier
Chamber/Tub in Cleaning Bag, towards the le side.

Place PAP Mask & Tube in Cleaning Bag
6) Place CPAP Mask and connected tube inside the bag.
You only need a few inches of CPAP Tube inside the bag.
7) Zip the bag closed from le to right.

Wrap Tubing in Cleaning Bag
8) Make sure the zipper “pull tab” is lied upward against the
tube. Then pull the Velcro strap downward behind the tube.
9) Once the strap is wrapped around the tube, pull it
back towards the closed zipper “pull tab” and secure
it in place.

Connect Tube to the Ozone Generator
10) Connect tube adapter onto the Ozone Generator

Turning on the Ozone Cleaner
On/O Buon
Do not aempt to clean CPAP Device in cleaning bag.
Once you have placed the PAP accessories in the cleaning bag,
properly zip the bag closed, secure the CPAP tube in place and con-
nect the tube to the ozone generator, then turn the device “On”.
Press and hold the On/O buon for 5 seconds. You will hear a
long “beep” and the unit will start streaming ozone. The unit has
two modes: Standard “STD” (default mode) and Quick “QIK”.
“STD” MODE: “QIK” MODE:

Hold the Mode Buon for 3 seconds to shi between STD and QIK.
The unit will beep when shiing modes.
At any me, hold the on/o buon for 3 seconds to shut it o.

Heated Tubing & Travel Tubing
If you have a CPAP with a heated tube or a Travel CPAP using a
specialized tube, simply use the included short CPAP tube as a
conduit between the ozone generator and the cleaning bag.
1) Place CPAP Mask and enre specialized tube inside the bag.
2) Place the short tube parally in the bag, zip the bag closed,
wrap the Velcro around the tube.

3) Connect the short tube to the ozone generator and turn it on.

• PAP Clean oers a 24 Month Warranty on the ozone device, begin-
ning on the date of purchase. Accessories carry a 90 day warranty.
Keep a copy of your proof of purchase for warranty replacement.
• The warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and/or
from improper use.
• The limited warranty covers defects in the product due to faults in
material or workmanship. Warranty service or replacement is at the
discreon of PAP Clean.
• The warranty will become VOID if repairs are aempted, undertaken
by persons unauthorized or if the generator is opened. To obtain
service within the warranty period, please contact your distributor.

Troubleshoong
Problem Possible Solution(s)
It does not work
after turning on
Connect the product to the charger. Plug the
charger to power outlet. Turn on the product.
Charging icon
does not
illuminate
Make sure the battery has been charged for at
least one hour. Check the charger and USB
connection.
No sound and
device stops
Battery is dead. Connect the device to power
and charge.
Battery is fully
charged and the
device is not
working
Check device and cord connection and make
sure you are using the supplied USB cable. If
this does not solve the problem, send the prod-
uct to your place of purchase for replacement.
After 35 minutes,
machine does
not stop.
Power the machine down by pressing and
holding the On/Off button for 3 seconds. Try the
cycle again. If unresolved, send the product to
your place of purchase for replacement.
No ozone
generation
If you have pressed the On/Off button and
there is no light and the fan is not working,
connect the device to the power charger and
plug the charger to an outlet. After the device
has charged, turn it on. If the working indicator
turns on with a green light but the fan still does
not work, send the product back to your original
place of purchase for replacement.
