HELPFUL TIPS
• Smaller ingredients generally require a shorter preparation time than larger ingredients.
• A larger number of ingredients requires a longer preparation time, a smaller number of
ingredients requires a shorter preparation time.
• Shaking smaller ingredients halfway through the preparation time optimizes the end result
and can help prevent ingredients from frying unevenly.
• To make potatoes and have a crispier result add a few drops of oil or spray a little with a
spray.
• To avoid excessive smoking, when cooking foods naturally high in fat, such as chicken wings
or sausages, it may be necessary to drain the fat from the fry basket drawer during use.
• Always pat food dry before cooking to encourage browning and prevent excessive smoking.
• Use pre-made dough to prepare llings quickly and easily. Pre-made dough also requires a
shorter preparation time than homemade dough.
• Place a baking pan or baking dish in the hot air fryer basket if you want to bake a cake or
quiche or if you want to fry brittle or stuffed ingredients.
• You can also use the hot air fryer to reheat food. To reheat food, set the temperature to
150ºC for a maximum of 10 minutes.
STORAGE
1. Make sure the air fryer is unplugged and all parts are clean and dry before storing.
2. Never store the air fryer while it is hot or wet.
3. Store the air fryer in its box or in a clean, dry place.
CARE AND CLEANING
CAVEAT! Let the air fryer cool completely before cleaning.
Do not use metal cookware or abrasive cleaning materials to clean as this may damage the
non-stick coating.
1. Unplug the fryer and remove the fry baskets. Make sure fry baskets and trays have cooled
completely before cleaning.
2. Wash fry baskets and trays in hot, soapy water. Do not use metal cookware or abrasive
cleaners or cleaning products, as this may damage the non-stick coating.
Advice: If there is dirt stuck to the bottom of the basket, ll it with hot water and a little liquid
detergent. Let sit for about 10 minutes, then continue cleaning.
3. The fry basket and basket tray are dishwasher safe. For best cleaning results, place in the
top rack of your dishwasher.
4. Clean the fryer body with a soft, non-abrasive damp cloth.

PROBLEM SOLVING
ISSUE CAUSE SOLUTION
Air fryer does not work. The appliance is not
plugged in. Plug the mains plug into a grounded outlet.
The ingredients fried
with the fryer are not
done.
The amount of ingredi-
ents in the basket is too
large.
Put smaller batches of ingredients in the basket.
Smaller batches fry more evenly.
The set temperature is
too low. Modify the desired temperature settings.
The preparation time is
too short. Set the required preparation time.
The ingredients are
fried unevenly in the
fryer.
Certain types of ingredi-
ents need to be shaken
halfway through the
preparation time.
Ingredients that are stacked on top of each other should
be shaken or flipped halfway through the preparation
time.
Fried snacks are not
crisp when they come
out of the fryer.
You used a type of snack
intended to be prepared
in a traditional fryer.
Use oven-safe snacks or lightly drizzle a little oil over the
snacks for a crispier result.
I can't slide the basket
into the appliance
properly.
There are too many in-
gredients in the basket. Do not fill the basket beyond the MAX indication.
The basket is not placed
correctly in the pot. Push the basket down into the fryer until you hear a click.
White smoke comes out
of the appliance.
You are preparing
ingredients that are too
greasy.
When too greasy ingredients are fried in the fryer, a large
amount of oil seeps into the basket. The oil produces
white smoke and the basket may get hotter than normal.
This does not affect the device or the final result.
The basket still contains
traces of grease from
previous use.
White smoke is caused by the heating of the grease in the
basket, make sure to clean it properly after each use.
French fries are fried
unevenly in the fryer.
You did not use the cor-
rect type of potato.
Use the proper potatoes and make sure they stay firm
during frying.
You didn't rinse the
potatoes well before
frying them.
Rinse the potatoes properly to remove the starch from the
outside.
French fries are not
crisp when they come
out of the fryer.
The crispiness of French
fries depends on the
amount of oil and water
in the potatoes.
Make sure you dry the potato sticks well before adding
the oil.
Cut the potato sticks smaller for a crispier bite.
Add a little more oil for a crispier result.
