DO Make Connections
Connect the PYNG-CONNECT-COM to the network via the included Ethernet cable. The
PYNG-CONNECT-COM is powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE). Connection ports are
depicted in illustration .
DO Find Detailed Setup Information
Setup of the PYNG-CONNECT-COM is performed using the Crestron Pyng app™. The Crestron
Pyng app communicates with the PYNG-CONNECT-COM through its connection to the
PYNG-HUB (sold separately). If help is required during setup of the system, refer to the Crestron
Pyng app help screens. For information specic to the current screen, tap in the Crestron
Pyng app to display the available help topics.
NOTE: The hostname is PYNG-C- and the last eight digits of the MAC address. The hostname
is PYNG-C-7F2ED7CB for a PYNG-CONNECT-COM with the MAC address label shown in
illustration . The MAC address label is located on the bottom of the PYNG-CONNECT-COM.
