MicroMini®Alarm Instructions
Installing the MicroMini®Alarm
1. Locate and clean the surface where the alarm
will be mounted. Select a flat
surface for mounting. Clean
the surface with an alcohol
prep pad and wipe dry with a
clean paper towel.
2. Remove
the carrier
paper from the
adhesive on
the bottom of
the unit and
press it firmly
into place on
the cleaned
surface.
3. Alternatively, you may use a screw to secure the
alarm.
Activating the Alarm
1. Place the SK-99-404 Removal Tool against the flat
spot on the lasso end and remove the pin end of the
wire.
2. Take the loose pin on the end of the wire and insert
it into the alarm where the label indicates “Insert Pin”
in red.
3. Push the pin
in as far as it
will go. When
inserted all the
way, the unit
will emit an
audible beep
and a light will
flash.
4. Remove the
pin. A red light will flash every 8-10 seconds to show
that the unit is armed.

Attaching the Cable End to a
Displayed Product
1. Wrap the alarm wire around the item to be protected
and insert the pin into the clutch.
2. A 90 decibel alarm will sound if the unit is removed
from the surface to which it is attached or if the retractor
wire is cut.
Adjusting the Length of the Alarm
Wire & Removal
1. Use the SKP-100K wrench to loosen the nut on the
clutch. Adjust the wire length to what you desire and re-
tighten the nut.
2. To remove the displayed item from the MicroMini
Alarm, place the SK-99-404 Detacher on the flat bottom
of the clutch and pull the pin free.


2. If the remote control battery is expended, Use a Torx T10
Security Driver (Not Included) to remove the clear cover of
the alarm. Insert the point of a pin or ballpoint pen
into the slot that contains a small, black switch.
Push the switch towards the outer
edge of the alarm. That will
shut off the alarm.
Cancelling the Alarm
1. To use the remote control device, point the remote
VERY CLOSELY at the flashing red LED and press the
button on the remote. The alarm should stop.
