DO NOT Mount thecontrolunitor wiringharness inthe enginecompartment or anywherethey canbecomeentangled with
movingparts suchas brake/gas/clutchpedals, or thesteeringcolumn. Thealarm controlmoduleshouldbe mounted ina
concealed location.Theantenna wire shouldbe routed away from anymetalifpossible.Do not alter thelengthof the
antenna, ground it, or route it withother wires.

CONTROLMODULE/COMPONENTMOUNTING
CONTROL MODULE: The alarm control moduleshouldbe mounted inaconcealed location.DO NOT mountthecontrol unit
intheengine compartment. Fastenthe module to a bracket or wire harness using thecable ties provided.
ANTENNAMODULE: For optimumrange and performance, the antenna/receiver module should be located highup onthe
frontwindshield glass. For example: behind therearview mirror. Note: Window tint or films may decrease the range of the
system. The mounting surface for the antenna should be cleanand dry.
SIREN MOUNTING: Mount thesirenunder the hood to fender-well or other body surface withtheopenendfacing
downward. Runthe red sirenwire through the firewall using a rubber grommet. Ground the black wire to the body.
LED: Mount the LED ina visible locationonthedashboard or console.
SHOCK SENSOR: Mountthe includedshocksensor withwire ties to anunder dashwire harnessor fastenwithscrewsto
firewallor side paneling.
OVERIDE/PROGRAMBUTTON: MounttheOverride/Program push-buttoninahiddenbut accessible location.It isused for
emergency disarm without theuse of the transmitter and for programmingcertainfeatures.

RED WIRE:+12V POWER INPUT(3 Amp Fuse)
Connect to a+12Voltsource withthesupplied fuse andfuse-holder. Werecommendtheconnectionto be at theVehicle’s
Battery Positive Terminal.
BROWN WIRE:(+) SIREN OUTPUT(3 Amp Max.)
Connect to the siren’s RED wire. ConnecttheSiren’s Black Ground wire to the chassis close to the siren.
BLACKWIRE:CHASSIS GROUND
THIS WIRE NUST BE CONNECTED TO THE CHASSIS METAL OF THE VEHICLE. Scrape away any paint or dirt to ensure
a good connection.
WHITEWIRE:+12V FLASHING PARKING LIGHTOUTPUT(optional)
Connect to switched parking lightwire at back of lightswitch or connect directlyto one of the parking lights at the front of the
vehicle. European vehicles may require additionalparts dueto separate left and rightcircuits.

(H4)POWERDOOR LOCK WIRING
DETERMININGDOORLOCK TYPE: Werecommenddeterminingthe typeoflockingsystem the vehiclehasbefore
connectinganywires. Incorrect connectionmayresultindamage to thealarm and/or vehiclelockingsystem. Thisdoor lock
informationis provided as a guide. Your vehicle may differ.
NegativeTrigger (-):ManyImports;Late model Ford & General Motors
Negative trigger door lock systems sendaNegative (Ground) pulse to existingfactory relays to lock andunlock thevehicle
doors.
PositiveTrigger (+):Many General Motors;Chrysler / Dodge / Plymouth
Positive trigger door lock systems send a Positive (+12V) pulse throughfactoryrelays to lock andunlock doors.
Reverse Polarity: ManyFord/Lincoln/Mercury/Dodge/Chrysler/Plymouth and early90’s GM Trucks
Reverse Polarity systems use norelays, butinsteadthedoor lock/unlock motors are controlled directlyfrom thelockand
unlock switches inthedoor.Thelock and unlock wires rest at Negative Ground whennot inuse.Whenthe lock or unlock
button is pressed, one of thecircuits is “Lifted” and replaced with+12V causing a lock or unlock.
Single Wire (Dual Voltage):Latemodel Chrysler/Dodge/Plymouth Vehicles, some 2000-UP GM
DualVoltage systems have lock/unlock switches that send varyingamounts of Positive voltage OR Negative groundcurrent
to theSAME wire for bothlock andunlock. Whenthe vehicle’s Body Computer Module(BCM) or door lock modulesenses
differentvoltages onthiswire, thesystem willeither lock or unlock. Singlewiredoor lock systems require relays and
resistors.
Databus Systems(2003 GM Trucks & SUV’s, ‘99-05 Jeep Grand Cherokee)
Databussystemssendlow current“Datamessages” to the door lock controllers inorder to lock andunlock thevehicle. To
install aftermarket systems inthese vehicles, aninterface moduleisrequired that converts the regular lock/unlock pulses into
“Data messages” to allow locking & unlocking. Interface modules are sold separately.

ORANGE/BLACK WIRE:(-) FACTORYOEM DISARM OUTPUT
This wire provides a Ground pulse to disarm vehicles’ Factory anti-theft system. Connect this wire to the vehicles’ anti-theft
disarm wire. This wire is sometimes foundcoming off the Driver’s door key switchor at theFactory Anti-theft controlmodule.
BLACK/RED WIRE:(-) NEGATIVE AUX REMOTE OUTPUT2 (Optional, mayrequire a relay)
Negative output whenthe lock and trunk buttonis press at the same time. This wire connects the same way as Remote
Output 1 see GRAY WIRE descriptionbelow. (To change the functions of this output go to programoption number 20).
BROWN/WHITE WIRE:(-) HORN HONK OUTPUT(Optional, mayrequire a relay)
Connect to the Negative HornTrigger wireusually located near the steering column.If thevehicle horncircuit requires +12V,
thena relay is required. RELAY WIRING: Connect the Brown/White wire to terminal85; connect relay terminals 86 and 87 to
+12V constant power. Connect terminal30 of the relay to the +12V positive device/circuit to be activated.
GRAY WIRE:GRAYWIRE:(-) NEGATIVEAUX REMOTE OUTPUT1 (Optional, mayrequire a relay)
This willbecome a 1 second pulse groundby pressing the trunk buttonon the transmitter for three seconds. The current
capacity of this wire is 200mA. This feature allows youto remote controltrunk release or other electric device. This output
canalso by program to provide the following type of output: latched and timed controloutput. (To change the functions of this
output go to programoption number 19).
BLUE/WHITE WIRE: (-) PASSENGER(s) DOOR UNLOCK OUTPUT(Optional, requires relay)
Connects to unlock circuit for passenger door(s) whenusingseparate driver’s door unlock option. Double press unlock button
within2 second toactivate passenger unlock output.

ORANGE/WHITE WIRE:NEGATIVE STARTER DISABLE (NormallyOpen)
This wire should be connected to the Orange wire of the pre-wired relay socket for the starter disable. Connect the Yellow
wire of the relay socket to the Ignitionswitched wire onthe vehicle. Remove the white wire from the relay socket with a small
flat head screwdriver aninsert it inpin# 87. Cutthe vehicle starter wire and connecteach half to theRed andWhite wire on
the relay socket. See (Normally Open) Starter disable diagram on page 11.
ORANGE WIRE:(-) NEGATIVE STARTER DISABLE (NormallyClose)
This wire should be connected to the Orange wire of the pre-wired relay socket for the starter disable. Connect the Yellow
wire of the relay socket to the Ignitionswitched wire onthe vehicle. Cut the vehicle starter wire and connect eachhalf to the
Red and white wire onthe relay socket. See (Normally Close) Starter disable diagramon page 11.
Note:READ BELOWbefore connecting starter disable!NormallyOPEN use Orange/White wire. For NormallyClose
use Orange.
NormallyClosed Starter disable is the standard type usedwithmost alarm systems today. This circuit willdisable the
Starter while the alarm is armed or has beentriggered. If 12V power is removed from thesystem, theBattery goesdead; the
relay willrevert back to the closed position. See Normally Close Diagram.
NormallyOpen Starter Disable is a High-Security circuit thatwilldisable the starterwhile the alarm is armed or triggered
AND if theunit is unplugged orremoved from power. This means that if the vehicle’sBattery goes dead or theunit is
unplugged from the vehicle, the car willstillnot start. We only recommendthis type of circuit if youcan install a hiddenhigh-
current toggle switchto defeatthe Normally Opendisableincase of a dead battery or if theunit is unplugged/remove for
service. (Toggle not included) See Normally Open Diagram.

VIOLETWIRE:(+) DOOR TRIGGER
Connect to Positive type door switches that show +12 Volts whenthe door is openand Ground whenthe doors are closed.
WHITE/BLACK WIRE:DOOR UNLOCK CONTROL INPUT
Connect Door Unlock input fromaftermarket switch. This is a negative Door Unlock input that controls the onboard relay for
Power Door Unlock output wire.
WHITE/GREEN WIRE:DOOR LOCK CONTROL INPUT
Connect Door Lock input from aftermarket switch. This is a negative Door Lock inputthat controls the onboard relay for the
Power Door Lock output wire.
YELLOW WIRE:IGNITION SWITCHED “ON” and “START” +12 VOLTS
Connect to a (+) Ignitionwire that shows +12 Volts whenthekey is inboththe “ON” and “Cranking” positions.
GREEN WIRE:(-) DOOR TRIGGER
Connect to Negative type doorswitches that read ground whena door is opened and12 volts whenall doors are closed. In
the case of isolated door triggers, youmayneedto runadditionalwires from other doors OR go directly to the dome light.
BLUE WIRE:(-) HOODTRIGGER
The Blue wire is used for a groundinghood pinswitch. Connect to existing pinswitches that read ground whenopen. If no
existing switches are available, install new pinswitches if desired. Note: DO NOT mountnew pinswitches inwater pathways
WHITE: (-) TRUNK PIN SWITCH INPUT
Inputtrigger for a grounding trunk pinswitch. Connect to existing trunkpinswitches that read groundwhenopen.If no
existing switches are available, install new pinswitches if desired. Note: DO NOT mountnew pinswitches inwater
pathways.

PROGRAMMABLEOPTIONS
You canprogram multipleoptionsin onesession ifyou startwiththelowestoption andcontinueon tohigher options[ifneeded]
withoutrepeating steps#1-3below.Forexample, you can follow theprogramming stepsto changeOption #2 to“OFF”bypressing
thelock button ontheremote,thenyou cancontinuepressing theprogram button additionaltimes togettoahighnumber option
and changethesetting withouthaving to repeatSteps1-5. You can onlygo fromlowtohigher option numbers in onesession.
To Engage Option Programming:
1. TurnKey to the ON position
2. Press program / valet button5 times, after a few seconds the unit willflashthe lights 5 times.
3. Pushthe valet/program button [again] the number of times that corresponds to the optionnumber desired (1 thru25).
Youmust get a light flashaftereachbuttonpress. See chart onnext page for optionlist.
4. Whenyoureachthe desired programminglevel, Press button #1, #3 or #4 to change the option.
5. TurnIgnitionOFF and check for changed features. Change eachoptionindividually repeating #1-4.
AUXChannel 1(2/ 3/ 4)TimedOutputProgramming
1. Afteryoureachthedesired AuxChannelprogrammingoption,press transmitter button#4 ( symbol). TheLED, Siren
and Hornflash4 times to indicate youare inTimer Programming mode”.
2. Press andhold the valet switch, the timer willimmediately start.
3. Whenthedesired intervalhas passed,release thevalet switch.Youwill get onelongchirp for confirmation.(Set to any
intervalbetween1second and 2 minutes)
Note 1:If your built-in timer controls window/sunroof closure in your car DO NOTchange the timer setting!This
requires installer-onlyprogramming. Changing the value will adverselyeffect operation and may cause
damage.
Note 2:
Momentaryoutput =Themomentary output selectionwilloutput a negative signalfrom the Channel2, 3 or 4 output
immediately whenthe channel 2, 3 or 4 buttonis pressed and willcontinue until the buttonis release.
Latched output =The latched outputselectionwilloutput a negative signalas soonas the Channel1/2/3/4 button is
pressed and willcontinueuntil the buttonis pressed again.
Latched output / reset with ignition =The latched / reset withignitionoutput selectionoperates just like the latched
output but willreset or stop whenthe ignitionis turned on.

PROGRAMMABLEOPTION RESET
Thissystem provides areset method to restore alloptionsto FACTORYDEFAULT VALUES as listed inthe“Button#2”
columnof theprogrammableoptionchart onpages 18-19. Thiscanbe helpful ifyou havelost track of theoptionsettings on
your system, or whenyouare moving thesystem from car to car and wanta “cleanslate”.
1. TurnKey to the ON position
2. Press program/valet button5 times, after afew seconds theunit willflashthe lights 5 times.
3. Then,press the program/valet button25 times. Press carefully,do not lose count!Youmust get a light flasheachtime
youpress the button. If theunit didn’t flashthe lights, thenthe system didnot register your press.
4. Press unlock button onRemote. Program optionare now reset to default values.
OPTION PROGRAMMING
1. HORN PULSE:
Use this optionto controltheBrown/White wire to determine how your Hornhonks, Arm and Disarm, withall Functions, with
warn-a-way onyourshock sensor or withtrigger only.
2. AUTOLOCK WITH IGNITION

3. PASSIVE ARMING

willturnoff) until the door or zone is close before arming.
4. ACTIVE RE-ARM
Active Re-armingallows thesystem to re-arm itself60 seconds after disarmed withthetransmitter ifadoor has not been
opened. Thisishandy ifthevehicleisaccidentallydisarmed withoutyourknowledge. Note: Active re-arm isreset by dome
light illumination.
5. PASSIVE LOCKS
Thisoptioncontrolswhether the doors willalsolockwhenPassive Armingoccurs.Note: May increase therisk of locking
keys inthe vehicle.
6. PARKING LIGHTS ON WITH DISARM:
Keeps parkinglights onwhensystem isdisarmed to assist inlocatingandprovidingilluminationnear yourvehiclewhen
approaching at night for safety.

7. ARM WITH IGNITION ON:
This feature allows the system to arm whenthe ignitionkey is onor off, or arm the system withkey off only.
8. SIREN CHIRPS WITHARM/DISARM:
Withthisfeature, sirenchirps withArm/Disarm canbe programmed either ON or OFF whenusingtheregular Lock/Unlock
buttons. Whenchirp are OFF, the Flashingparking lights willbe the only Arm/Disarm confirmation.
9. OVERIDE PIN CODE:
This feature allows youto enter your personalPinCode for highsecurity to disarm the alarm without your remote.

10. DISARM ON TRUNK POP AUX CHANNEL #1:
Controlswhether the system willor willnot DISARM whenopeningtrunkor AUX.feature isused. Whenthe feature istuned
onthe unit willDISARM whenopening trunk or using anauxiliary device controlled by theGray wire.
11. 5/60 OPEN DOOR WARNING:(With page or without page)
Thissettingchangesthedelay time inwhichthealarm system beginsto monitor the Door circuit. Thisoptioncanprevent the
alarm from giving warning chirps onvehicles witha delayed dome light.
12. LOCK/UNLOCKPULSE TIMEAND/OR COMFORTFEATURE WINDOW UP
Controlstheamountof time 0.5 sec, 0.8 sec., 3.5 sec. for thelock/unlock pulse. The3.5 sec. settingmay be required for
1980’/90’s EuropeanVehicles that require a long pulse to operate Vacuum door lock systems.
Comfort feature windowup: Activate window roll-up onsome vehicles throughdoor locking systems with10 seconds
lock pulse. Some vehiclehave a“Special Comfort Feature” whenyoulock thedoor withthekey youjust have to keep
onturning key onthedoor about5-7 secondandthewindow will close. If yourvehicle has thisfeature youcanuse the
“Comfort feature windows up” toroll up windows whenyouarmed the alarm.
13. DOUBLE UNLOCK PULSE:
Thisoptioncontrolswhether theunitwillsendoneor two unlock pulses whendisarmed. Thisfeature may be required for
interfacingto existingFactory Keyless Entry or Alarm systems inavehicle. These systems are foundonsome Nissan,VW,
Toyota, and Lexus vehicles.

16. ENABLE RANGE CHECK:
If this feature is selected, the system willautomatically check the range in 60 seconds after arming, then every 20 minutes.
17. TESTMODE:
Inthis test mode, this system cantesttheZone2 (Instantground trigger), the Zone 3 (Door trigger), and the Zone 1 & Zone 4
(2 stage shock sensor) sensitivity withoutusingthe traditionalarming/disarming procedures to test thesensors.
18. PANIC MODE OPTION:
Panic Mode has 3options: NoPanic from Remote, Panic from the Remote (withyourignitionkey onor off only), or
Panic from the Remote (ignitionkey off only).
19. AUX CHANNEL #1:
This optioncontrols the functionof the Gray wire for a negative output fora Latched. 1-Sec pulse or Timed output.

1. Turnkey to the ON position.

Press buttons#1 (Lock) &#2 (Unlock) togetherat the same time of eachtransceiver to be learned. Youshouldget 2light
flashes indicationtheunitiswaitingfor a2nd code, thenpress button#1 &#2 of asecond transmitter or transceiver, theunit
willflash3times indicatingitswaitingfor the3rd code andlights willflash4times for4th code. If all4codes are learned, the
