Assembly Instructions

Unpack both boxes carefully.
We suggest if possible that you retain the at pack boxes in the unlikely event
that the Therapy System has to be returned to Cyclo-ssage Ltd under warranty.
Lay the System on a at surface.
The System can be placed on an existing bed, on a massage table or on a
suitable at surface such as the oor.
Assembly.
Using the set up diagram as an aid place the following numbered items in position.
1. The large top cushion using the zip.
2. Infrared shoulder/neck cushion-using the zip and Velcro.
3. Infrared lumbar cushion with Cyclo-ssage logo, using the zip and Velcro.
4. Infrared calf/foot cushion using the zip and Velcro.
5. The large leg elevation cushion under the leg area of the Therapy System.
6. The smaller upper body elevation cushion under the upper body area of the
Therapy System.
Connecting the Cables.
There are three push in cables protruding from the top, middle and bottom
central area of the Therapy System.
Infrared - Shoulder/Neck Cushion cable.
Connect to the infrared shoulder/neck cushion to the top cable.

Infrared - Lumbar Cushion Cable.
Connect to the infrared lumbar cushion [with the Cyclo-ssage logo] to the
middle cable. (Picture 3 on the diagram)
Infrared - Calf/Foot Cushion Cable.
Connect to the calf/foot Infrared cushion to the bottom cable.

There are two cables protruding from the side of the Therapy System.
Digital hand control cable with a push in multi pin connector.
Connect the cable with a push in multi pin connector to the digital hand control.
12v power cable with a push in single connector.
This remaining power cable with a push in connector connects to the xed lead
that comes from the 12v transformer.
Finally connect the mains plug lead to the other end of the 12v transformer.

Reexology Treatment
1. Pull out the large leg elevation cushion [5]
so that the bottom part of Therapy System
is resting on the angled part of the cushion.
2. Press the OFF/TIME button and select the
minimum time of 15 minutes. We suggest
5 minutes is ideal for a foot therapy.
3. Press the programme button twice to
select Programme 2.
4. Switch on the infrared heat zones by
selecting H1 & H2. Start with the heat set
to medium.
5. The ve zone lights (Z1-Z5) will now light.
6. Go to Z1 and press the negative button (-)
until the green goes out.
7. Repeat this for Zones 2, 3 and 4.
8. Z5 should adjusted (ideally to maximum
intensity) by pressing the + button.
9. You can now enjoy the many benets
of a 5-15 minute foot therapy combined
with infrared heat, which will stimulate the
reex zones and the nerve endings that
terminate in the feet.

How To Get The Most Out Of Your Therapy System
General Positioning
It is very important that when you lie on the
Therapy System you are correctly supported.
We therefore supply two large support
cushions [5 & 6] and one small cushion that
will contour the Therapy System to follow
the shape of your body, so that you are in
the perfect relaxed position to receive a
successful treatment. It is vital to get this
support correct to ensure that you get the
maximum benet from your Therapy System.
Infrared Shoulder/Neck Cushion [2]
When lying on your back please ensure that
you are positioned far enough up the
Therapy System so that your shoulders are
placed directly on the infrared lenses. Please
ensure that there are no parts of the infrared
lenses visible above the shoulders.
Upper Body Elevation Cushion [6]
The Upper Body Elevation Cushion should also
be fully pushed in so that the Therapy System
offers support down the full length of the spine.
It is very important that there are no gaps under
the lower back/lumber region.
Leg Elevation Cushion [5]
The Leg Elevation Cushion should also be fully
pushed in so that the Therapy System is tight
under the thighs ensuring that the legs are
completely supported. It is very important
that there are no gaps behind the upper legs
and knees.
Small Support Cushion
Use the small support cushion for additional
support as required under your head, knees
or heels.
Massage Therapy
The benecial effects of massage therapy are
cumulative. The more often you receive the
therapy the better the results will be and the
longer the effects will last. Generally a fteen
minute treatment twice a day will produce better
results than a thirty minute treatment once a day.
Infrared Heat
The infrared will run for the same length of time as
the massage programme time which is selected.
[If a 15 minute massage programme is selected
then the infrared will also run for 15 minutes.]
There are two separate infrared heat zones which
are individually controlled and you can select
one of three heat settings to suit your particular
needs. We recommend that you use the middle
heat setting to begin with to make sure that your
skin type can tolerate applied heat.
Check List… before each treatment
• Make sure your shoulders are covering the infrared lenses.
• Check the upper body elevation cushion [6] is pushed rmly in.
• Check the leg elevation cushion [5] is pushed rmly in.
• Check there are no gaps behind the back and leg areas.
• Always start with the Infrared heat set to low or medium.
• Select - The Time : Then the massage Programme : Then the Infrared heat.
• If massage and heat are selected together they will run for the same time.
• Ideally choose one 15-min treatment twice a day.

This portable, full body Therapy System uses a
combination of 9 Cycloidal Therapy units and
6 infrared heat lenses helping to alleviate
the secondary symptoms of a variety of
health conditions.
Is The Therapy System expensive to use?
No: It operates on a 12v-transformed power supply
using a maximum of approximately 80 watts.
How Will The Cycloidal Therapy Benet Me?
The non-percussive and controllable therapy
action will increase blood and lymphatic
circulation by stimulating deep muscle activity.
What Is The Likely Outcome of Using The Cyclo-
ssage System Regularly?
The combination of Cycloidal Therapy and
infrared heat treatment is a very effective

Are There Any Side Effects?
There have been no ndings with regard to
negative secondary effects. The Cycloidal
Therapy units produce a non–invasive action
allowing muscles to relax and circulation to
improve without aggravating any skeletal or
joint problems that pre-exist.
Where Can The Therapy System Be Used?
The fully portable therapy System can be used
on any at surface such as a bed therapy table
or even on the oor.
Can I Use The Therapy System Daily?
Daily use is advised in order to encourage and

Therapy System can be applied several times
a day as the benecial effects are cumulative
and increase with regular treatments.
Is It Simple To Operate?
A hand held digital control will enable you
to time and control the massage intensity

In order to protect this equipment from mains voltage surges we strongly
recommend that you only connect this equipment to a mains power
supply via a mains surge protection device or adapter.

User Safety instructions
Infrared Heat. Low or medium infrared heat settings should always be
selected initially to ascertain if the infrared heat is suitable to be applied
to the users particular skin type and possible sensitivity. Avoid selecting
the high Infrared heat setting until this has been determined. Do not use
infrared light near your eyes or on other sensitive parts of the body.
Cycloidal Massage. Initially use the massage programmes at the
pre-set intensity. If any discomfort is experienced then adjust this area
to a lower level until the body adjusts to the Cycloidal Massage
movement. Avoid using the higher massage intensity settings for the
rst week of treatments.
Contraindications. Although there are no contraindications people
with electronic implants, pregnant women, breast feeding/nursing
mothers and anybody suffering from a particular acute illness, if they
are unsure about using this product with regard to the pre-mentioned
conditions they should as a precaution and for peace of mind consult
their General Practitioner.
General Safety instructions
• Cyclo-ssage cannot be held liable if the product is used in any other
way than is prescribed in this manual.
• If any malfunction occurs with the System, rstly contact Cyclo-ssage
for advice about the rectication.
• Only qualied electricians should attempt to repair the electro/mechanical
components of this product. Severe injury to the user may result if a non-
qualied electrician attempts to make any electro/mechanical repairs.
• This product must only be powered with a mains transformer that is
supplied by Cyclo-ssage.
• The mains supply plug must be removed from the wall socket if any
electrical disturbance occurs while using the product.
• Ensure that the three metal pins on the mains plug are covered and
protected with a cloth or something similar to avoid damage to the
System when folding and packing the System away.
• Children and severely handicapped people should not use this product
without proper supervision.
• Do not operate this product in a damp or wet environment such as a
bathroom or a swimming pool area.
• Do not pierce the System with blunt or sharp objects, as this is dangerous
and will invalidate the guarantee.
• Do not transport the product by holding on to the connections cords.
• Do not attempt to move the System by the carry handles or holding
straps when a person is actually lying on the System.
• The product should be checked periodically for any possible damage
caused during transportation and frequent use.
• Unauthorised removal of the seal on the main zipper will invalidate
the guarantee.
Safety instructions for cleaning
• The mains supply plug must be removed from the wall socket before
cleaning. Do not pull the cord to remove the plug from the socket.
• Never immerse the System in water.
• The cover is made from soft and easy care PVC imitation leather. Dirt
and stains can be removed easily by using Anti-bacterial wipes that do
not contain bleach.
Environment Protection
• Whenever possible recycle all material in an environmentally friendly
way rather than disposing of as general waste. 10
