1. Introduction
The Video System Converter is designed to convert video signal from source of
NTSC, N4, PAL, PAL M, PAL N, and SECAM systems (automatically detected), to
NTSC or PAL signal selectable,for the connected display to work properly. It is a
convenient device for user to connect source and display of different TV
systems, and, with the on-panel adjusters it’s easy to fine-tune minor screen
offset caused by display of different type. The installation is simple, just plug in
video cables of input / output and power adapter, and switch between NTSC
and PAL to get the preferable result.
2. Main Features
● Supports digital conversion from NTSC, N4, PAL, PAL M, PAL N, and SECAM
to NTSC/PAL.
● Converts 525 lines to/from 625 lines.
● Converts refresh frequency between 60Hz and 50Hz.
● Provides built-in color bar pattern.
● System is capable with 8 Mb field memory.

3. Hardware Description
The following sections describe the hardware components of this converter
box.
3.1. Front Panel
1. The LED indicator will illuminate when the unit is powered on.
3.2. Rear Panel
1. Video input: Connect to video source using video composite cable.
2. H. POS. Center: To adjust the display to right/left.
3. DC 5V/1A: Plug the 5VDC power supply into the unit and connect the
adaptor to AC wall outlet.
4. NTSC/PAL: Select the output signal. NTSC supports 3.58 format only.
5. Video output: Connect to display using video composite cable.
