Troubleshooting
1. How do I configure my DSL-526B router without the CD ?
• Connect your PC to the router using an Ethernet cable.Connect your PC to the router using an Ethernet cable.

• If you have changed the password and can not remember it you will needIf you have changed the password and can not remember it you will need
to reset the router to the factory default setting (steps in question 2) which
will set the password back to �admin’.
2. How do I reset my router to factory default settings?
• Ensure the router is powered on.
• Press and hold the reset button on the rear of the device for 5-8 seconds.
• This process would take about 30~60 seconds to complete.
Note: Resetting the router to factory default will erase the current configuration
settings. To re-configure your settings log into the router as outlined in question
1 then run the Setup Wizard.
3. What can I do if my router is not working correctly?
• The manual contains a full troubleshooting section and can be downloaded
from the D-Link website (see below) however there are a few quick steps
you can take to try and resolve any issues:
• Power the router off for 20 seconds and then power it back on.
• Check that all the cables are firmly connected at both ends.
• Check the LED’s on the front of the router.The Power LED should be on the
Status LED should flash and the DSL and LAN LED should be on as well.
4. Why can I not get an Internet Connection?
• For ADSL ISP users please contact your ISP to make sure the service has
been enabled/connected by your ISP and that your ISP username and
password are correct.

Troubleshooting
1. Cấu hình DSL-526B router mà không dùng Đĩa CD thì như thế nào?
• Nối máy tính của bạn đến router dùng cáp mạng.
• Mở Internet explorer và đánh vào địa chỉ http://192.168.1.1
• Tên mặc định là �admin’. Mật khẩu mặc định �admin’
• Nếu bạn đã thay đổi mật khẩu mà không nhớ bạn cần phải reset router về
cấu hình mặc định của nó lúc này mật khẩu trở lại là �admin’..
2. Reset router trở về cấu hình mặc định của nó như thế nào?
• Router phải được cấp nguồn
• Nhấn và giữ nút reset ở mặt sau thiết bị khoảng 5-8 giây
• Tiến trình này mất khoảng 30 giây để hoàn tất.
Lưu ý: Khi reset router về cấu hình mặt đình nó sẽ xóa cấu hiện tại. Để cấu
hình lại  truy nhập vào router như câu hỏi 1 sau đó chạy setup Wizard.
3. Tôi phải làm gì nếu router hoạt động không đúng?
• File manual có đầy đủ phần hướng dẫn tìm cách khắc phục các sự cố khi
bạn gặp phải và bạn có thể tải từ website D-Link Tuy nhiên có vài bước làm
nhanh mà bạn có thể giải quyết bất kỳ vấn đề nào gặp phải :
• Tắt router khoảng 20 giây và mở lại
• Các cáp nối đến router phải được ghim chặt cả hai đầu
• Kiểm tra các đèn LED trên router đèn nguồn phải sáng đèn Status phải
nhấp nháy đèn DSL và đèn LAN phải sáng.
4. Tại sao không kết nối được với Internet?
• Đối với người dùng Vui lòng liên hệ nhà cung cấp dịch vụ Internet để
đảm bảo dịch vụ đã mở và thông tin về người dùng(username) và mật
khẩu(password) là chính xác.
