1.2 Bezeichnung / Anwendung
Gasflaschendepot nach TRG 280 zum Entleeren, Bereitstellen und
Lagern von Druckgasflaschen.
1.3 Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Die Schrankhöhe gewährleistet den Einsatz von handelsüblichen Druck-
gasflaschen einschließlich notwendiger Druckgasarmaturen. Durch
den Einsatz von Böden können auch Druckgasflaschen unterschiedlicher
Größen eingestellt werden.

2. Anforderungen an den
Aufstellplatz/-ort
2.1 Untergrund
Waagerechtes Aufstellen ist Voraussetzung für eine einwandfreie
Funktion der Türen. Bodenunebenheiten können bauseits durch Unter-
legplättchen oder ähnlichem ausgeglichen werden.
3. Inbetriebnahme
3.1 Lüftung
Die Depots sind durch Schlitze in der Vordertür natürlich belüftet.
3.2 Erdung
Erdungsanschluß hinten rechts auf der Schrankdecke.
4. Kennzeichnung
Je abschließbarer Flügeltür ein Warnsymbol „Druckgasflasche“.
5. Zusammstellung verschiedener
Gasarten
Nach den Technischen Regeln für Druckgase (TRG 280) ist es zulässig,
unterschiedliche Gase in einem Schrank aufzustellen. Wir empfehlen
Gase, die miteinander reagieren können, getrennt unterzubringen.

6. Transport
Beim Transport ist das Gasflaschendepot gegen Umfallen zu schützen.
Nur geeignete Transportmittel verwenden. In Zweifelsfällen wenden
Sie sich bitte an den Hersteller.
7. Inneneinrichtung
7.1 Druckgasarmaturen
Für die Montage von Druckgasflaschenstationen sind 2 höhenverstel-
bare Montageschienen vorgesehen.
7.2 Flaschenhalter
Die Flaschen werden durch Haltegurte am Flaschenhalter gegen
Umfallen gesichert
7.3 Leitungsanschlüsse
Je Flaschenstellplatz befinden sich in der Schrankdecke 2 Bohrungen
je Ø 22 mm. Diese sind mit Kunststoffstopfen verschlossen.
7.4 Schrankboden
Schrankboden aus 3,5 mm starkem Riffelblech.
8. Sonstiges Zubehör
8.1 Zwischenböden
Bei Einsatz von kleinen Gasflaschen empfehlen wir höhenverstellbare
Zwischenböden. Der Boden wird mittels Stellträger in die seitlichen Stell-
leisten eingehängt. Tragkraft 150 kg bei gleichmäßig verteilter Last.
8.2 Einhängeböden
Falls 50-Ltr. Flaschen und kleinere Flaschen zusammen in einem
Schrank betrieben werden sollen, empfehlen wir Böden zum seitlichen
Einhängen. Der Boden wird direkt in die seitliche Stellleiste einge-
hängt.
8.3 Zusatzausstattung

9. Entsorgung
Das Depot kann komplett demontiert werden. Die einzelnen Fraktionen,
z.B. Metall, Kunststoffstopfen, usw. können getrennt der Wiederver-
wertung zugeführt werden. Die nationalen und lokalen Entsorgungs-
vorschriften sind zu beachten.
10. Gewährleistung
Von der Gewährleistung sind alle Schäden ausgeschlossen, die auf
unsachgemäße Bedienung und Aufstellung sowie Korrosionsschäden
zurückzuführen sind.

tion and storage of gas cylinders..
1.3 Possible uses
The height of the cabinet provides the application of standard gas
cylinders including necessary fittings. Gas cylinders of different height
can be placed by the insert of shelves.

2. Requirements for the installation
location
2.1 Floor
A level assembly is the assumption for a correct function of the doors.
Floor unevenness can be adjusted by flakes or similar.
3. Installation
3.1 Venting
Natural venting by slashes in the door.
3.2 Earthing
Earthing connection on the right of the top.
4. Designation
Warning “gas cylinder” on each lockable wing door.
5. Combination of different types of
gases
According to TRG 280 it is acceptable to set up different gases in one ca-
binet. We recommend to store gases, which react together, separately.

6. Transport
The gas cylinder depot has to be protected against upset during
transport. Only use adequate means of transport. Please contact the
manufacturer in case of doubts.
7. Interior fitting
7.1 Fittings for gas cylinder
There are 2 adjustable installation rails for the assembly of gas cylinder
stations.
7.2 Cylinder holder
The cylinders are secured against falling over by retaining belts on
the cylinder holder
7.3 Line connection
There are 2 boreholes, each Ø 22 mm, per bottle place in the top.
Those are closed with plastic plugs.
7.4 Cabinet bottom
The bottom of the cabinet is made of 3,5 mm thick checkered plate.
8. Other accessories
8.1 Intermediate shelf
We recommend adjustable intermediate shelves for application of
small gas bottles. The shelf can be hinged in the sidewise adjustment
gib by carrier. Load bearing capacity under uniformly distributed load
is 150 kg.
8.2 Shelf for hinge
If 50 l bottles and smaller bottles shall be put together in one cabinet,
we recommend shelves for side installation. The shelf can be hinged
directly in the sidewise adjustment gib.
8.3 Supplementary equipment

9. Disposal
We recommend adjustable intermediate shelves for application of
small gas bottles. The shelf can be hinged in the sidewise adjustment
gib by carrier. Load bearing capacity under uniformly distributed load
is 150 kg.
10. Warranty
All damages, which can be ascribed to improper handling and as-
sembly as well as corrosion damages, are excepted from warranty.

1.3 Possibilités d’utilisation
La hauteur de l’armoire garantit l’utilisation de bouteilles de gaz comprimé
du commerce, y compris la robinetterie de gaz comprimé requise. Grâce
à l’emploi de rayons, on peut aussi ranger des bouteilles de gaz comprimé
de diverses dimensions.

2. Exigences au niveau
du lieu d’installation
2.1 Base
Une mise en place à l'horizontale est la condition requise pour un
fonctionnement irréprochable des portes. Le client pourra compenser
les inégalités du sol par des petites cales d’épaisseur ou semblables.
3. Mise en service
3.1 Aération
Bien sûr, les dépôts sont aérés par des fentes qui se trouvent dans la
porte avant.
3.2 Mise à la terre
Raccord à la terre, derrière à droite sur le toit de l’armoire.
4. Marquage
Un symbole avertisseur sur chaque porte à battants verrouillable «
Bouteille de gaz comprimé »

5. Regroupement de différents
types de gaz
D'après les Règlements techniques concernant les gaz comprimés
(TRG 280), c’est permis de regrouper des gaz différents dans une
armoire. Nous recommandons de stocker séparément les gaz qui
peuvent réagir les uns au contact des autres.
6. Transport
Lors du transport, le dépôt de bouteilles de gaz doit être protégé contre
la chute. Seuls des moyens de transport appropriés doivent être utilisés.
En cas de doute, veuillez vous adresser au fabricant.
7. Aménagement intérieur
7.1 Robinetterie à gaz comprimé
2 rails de montage, réglables en hauteur sont prévus pour le montage
des stations de bouteilles de gaz.
7.2 Porte-bouteilles
Les bouteilles sont protégées contre la chute par une sangle sur le
porte-bouteilles.
7.3 Raccordement de ligne
Il y a 2 alésages de Ø de 22 mm chacun dans le toit de l’armoire
par emplacement de bouteille. Ils sont fermés par des bouchons en
plastique.
7.4 Fond d’armoire
Fond d’armoire en tôle striée de 3,5 mm d’épaisseur.

8. Autres accessoires
8.1 Rayons intermédiaires
En cas d’utilisation de petites bouteilles de gaz, nous recommandons
des rayons réglables en hauteur. Le rayon est encastré dans les réglettes
latérales par des supports de réglage. La capacité de charge s'élève
à 150 kg en cas de charge régulièrement répartie.
8.2 Rayons encastrés
Si des bouteilles de 50 l et plus petites doivent se trouver ensemble
dans une armoire, nous recommandons des rayons à encastrer
latéralement. Le rayon est encastré directement dans les réglettes
latérales.
8.3 Aménagement complémentaire

9. Evacuation
Le dépôt peut être complètement démonté. Les différentes fractions,
p. ex. métal, bouchons en plastique, etc., peuvent être recyclées. Les
prescriptions d'évacuation nationales et locales sont à observer.
10. Garantie
Tous les dommages dus à une utilisation et une mise en place incorrectes
ainsi que les dommages dus à la corrosion sont exclus de la garantie.
