Please read these instructions carefully before operating this machine.
Please keep this instruction manual in a safe place, along with the purchase receipt
for future reference.
Note: Due to constant upgrades, you may find slight differences between the design and
functions states in this manual and those on the actual U.S. Jaclean, Inc. device.
• Use the unit under its intended purposes only, as described in this manual.
Do not attach any components that are not specifically made for this product.
• Never carry or drag the unit by its cord. Do not use the cord as a handle.
At the end of each massage session, please remember to disconnect the power
plug.
• Keep the cord away from heated surfaces at all times.
• Do not use the unit within 30 minutes before and after meals.
• Individuals undergoing the following conditions should consult a doctor before
using this unit:

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the unit on a hard, flat surface, such as the floor or a mattress. Insert the
power plug into an electrical outlet.
2. Lie down on your back and place both ankles into the unit’s cradles.
3. To turn on the unit, flip the power switch on one corner of the unit to the “on”
position.
4. Use the round dial on the handheld controller to adjust your desired speed of
massage. We recommend that you start each session with a slower swinging
speed, and increase your speed as your body gets used to the movements.
5. At the end of each session, flip off the power switch and remain in a lying
position for 2-3 minutes before getting up.
6. Drink a glass of water before and after each session. Immediately following a
meal, wait 30 minutes before using the unit.
1. Disconnect the power plug from the wall socket before cleaning the unit. Wipe
all surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the unit into any liquids for
cleaning.
2. When the unit is not being used, store it in a dry location. Do not store near
intense heat or an open flame.
3. Do not leave this unit under direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time.
4. Do not twist or wrap the power cord around the unit.
5. Keep the unit out of the reach of pets and young children.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Consumer Limited Warranty: ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
This warranty guarantees that the product purchased is to be free from defects in
material and workmanship under normal usage and local voltage for a period of one
year. This warranty expires in TWO (2) years on parts, and ONE (1) year on labor
after the date of purchase.
U.S. Jaclean, Inc. (referred to as “the Warrantor”) will repair this product with new or
rebuilt parts in case of defects in material or workmanship, free of charge, in the USA
provided that:
This warranty is extended to the original end-user when purchased from an authorized
U.S. Jaclean, Inc. distributor. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of the original
purchase is required for service and parts replacement under this warranty. This
warranty does not cover shipping charges for defective items if a claim is made more
than 30 days after the date of purchase.
This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials and workmanship, and
does not cover normal wear or cosmetic damages. This warranty does not cover
damages which occur in shipment, or failures which result from: accident, misuse
(including, without limitation, failure to comply with instructions and use limitations
contained in the Operating Instructions), abuse, neglect, mishandling, faulty installation,
set-up adjustments, improper operation or maintenance, alteration, modification, power
line surge, lightening, improper line voltage, commercial use such as hotel, office,
restaurant, or other business or rental use of product, service by anyone other than
from U.S. Jaclean, Inc., or damage that is attributable to “acts of God.”
Continued use of this product after discovering a defect voids this warranty. This
warranty shall be governed by the state of California, United States of America.
Please retain this Warranty Certificate, together with the original purchase receipt, and
present it to our technician for inspection during service.
