Thanks to the Cross Slice system, blades last up to three times longer. The semi-industrial D/ Cross
Slicer 208 is designed for medium seized bakeries who slice bread before delivery.
After slicing of the bread, a bag blowing device automatically opens the plastic bag. Sliced bread is
inserted manually in one natural movement, saving valuable time and effort.
Semi-industrial slicer Model 208 is designed for small and medium sized bakeries slicing
the bread before delivery. It comes standard equipped with a bag blowing unit for plastic
bags and a variable speed of the double in-feed belts. The side guides can be adjusted
according to the length of the bread and the upper belt according to the height. Maximum
capacity is 1,200 breads per hour, depending on type of bread and operator efficiency.
A bag blowing device automatically opens the plastic bag, allowing the operator to push in
the bread by hand. It is not necessary to take the bread and put it on a bagging plate, thus
saving considerable time. This system requires bags with a lid which are available through
a bag supplier.

Oil lubrication of the blades
Automatic oil lubrication system prevents sticking of
crumbs on blades. In particular recommended for slicing
darker bread types, rye bread or sticky cakes.
Safety outfeed curtain
Transparent outfeed curtain for extra operator safety and
to prevent dust outside the slicing mechanism. With this
option most dust will be collected in the crumb tray.
Transparent outfeed safety cover
This outfeed safety covers complete outfeed table till the
bag blowing device. With this option slicing mechanism is
covered and protected on both bread infeed and outfeed
side.
Swivel wheels with brake
Extra flexibility with 4 heavy duty swivel wheels. The
machine becomes more easy to handle. Each swivel
wheel is lockable.

Sliding chute
For extra bread infeed storage. Chute can be folded
down when not in us to reduce footprint. With chute
infeed storage for up to 15 breads. Side guide strips for
different bread sizes.
Short outfeed table
With short outfeed table operator is forced to pick up the
sliced bread once it is out of the slicing mechanism. The
complete outfeed is 38cm shorter compared to standard
bread outfeed. This option is in particular suitable when
slicing free-baked breads.
Bag blowing unit for short outfeed table
With a bag blowing unit attached to a short outfeed table,
the shortened bread outfeed gets all the benefits of the
standard bread outfeed which automatically opens the
plastic bag after which bread can easily inserted.
Spring controlled upper press board
Double hinged upper board that better executes upper
pressure on bread during slicing. In particular helpful with
slicing rounded or free baked breads.

Ribbed infeed conveyor belt
Ribbed infeed upper and lower belt for better grip on
greasy, sticky bread or cakes.
Stop safety switch for full bread outfeed
Sensor controlled stop of bread infeed when outfeed
table is full with sliced bread. Automatic interruption of
infeed belts if bread is lying still on outfeed table for a
number of seconds.
Duo bag blowing unit
Second bag blowing unit; on-off handy placed at the front
side of outfeed table directly within reach of operator
hands. Suitable when using different types of bags for
different bread.
Emergency safety button
Placed directly within reach of the operator on the front
side of the outfeed table.
