Short Form Specifications
Exterior Body: Front of unit is provided with curved thermopane glass
of 1.00” (2.54 cm) overall thickness with (2) tempered glass panes
(outer pane) 0.25” (0.64 cm), (inner pane) 0.18 (0.48 cm). Each
side of glass is trimmed with black polyethylene extrusion formed to
match the curvature of the glass front. Base of cabinet is 18-gauge
stainless steel over 14-gauge galvanized steel bottom structure.
Exterior top of display case is constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel.
Exterior sides are finished with stainless steel. Unit is completely
insulated with 1.50” (3.8 cm) polyurethane insulation. Adjustable feet
allow for leveling.
Doors: Unit is provided with two self-closing, thermopane glass
doors in a thermoplastic frame/track. Doors are easily removable for
cleaning and are featured with a hold open mechanism for easy load-
ing, and a lock for night storage.
Interior Cabinet is constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel top and
bottom. Interior sides are ABS material covered with mirrors. Two
beige epoxy coated shelves are provided and have adjustable shelf
supports. Interior is lighted with three (120v-60c-1ph) fluorescent
lights, and two adjust with shelves, with separate on/off switch.
Refrigeration: The condensing unit and blower coil evaporator
system (HFC404A) 115v-60c-1ph, is housed in base of unit. Unit is
designed to maintain temperatures of 36º - 40ºF with low velocity
fans. Display is equipped with a hot gas evaporator for condensation
and is regulated by a pressure control. Louvers are located at front
and back of base for air circulation. On/off switch for entire system is
located behind the louver access panel.
