Seng Up Your Wireless Charging
1. Install the AC power cable to the AC adapter.

NOTE: The end-user is required to use the included AC power
cable. This is a special shielded AC power cable that is required
for EMI compliance.

2. Connect the AC power cable to the AC source.

3. Place the PM30W17 Wireless Charging Mat on a non-metallic
work surface or desk.
4. Insert the DC plug of the AC adapter into the DC jack of
PM30W17 Wireless Charging Mat.

5. Place the laptop on the charging area of the wireless charging mat.

6. Once charging is started you can see the charging icon on your
laptop and LED on the tablet will glow.

Troubleshoong
• Ensure that the correct AC adapter is plugged into the charging
mat and AC input is connected and suppllied to the adapter.
• Ensure that the charging mat is not placed directly on metal table
or if using a metal table ensure there is at least a 5-cm gap
between the metal table and the charging mat.
• Place a known working wireless charging keyboard on the charging
mat and check to see if the LED lights up. The keyboard must be
placed within the charging area and that no object inserted between
the keyboard/Mat and/or Mat/table.
• Or if using a tablet connected to the wireless charging keyboard,
then check that the baery indicator displays charging.
• If all the above troubleshoong steps fail, then the charging mat may
have malfunconed. Please contact Dell Support for assistance.
