Charge battery
You can charge the scanner‘s battery by using the charging station. For this
purpose, the station must be connected to the system via USB cable. Then place
the scanner in the holder provided for this purpose.
Beep tones
5 melodical beeps Scanner is active
One short beep The scanner successfully reads the scanned barcode
Three short beeps The scanner reads a barcode although it is not connec-
ted
or the scanner has successfully established the connec-
tion after the reset
One long beep Out of range, bad connection
or device switches o
Connecting the scanner to the system
To connect the scanner to the system, please connect the cable to the computer
(USB-A socket), push scanner button and the code below. After successful con-
nection you will hear two beeps.
Match
If your scanner does not output any values after scanning, please check the
connection to the computer, - as well as the battery level.
If the battery is very low, the scanner cannot read any scans. -
And then connect the scanner to the computer. After a successful connection you
will hear two beeps.
Reset scanner to factory settings
To reset the scanner to its factory settings, please scan the codes below in
sequence. After the second code the scanner switches o, please wake up by
button push and go forward. After a successful connection, the scanner should
emit two beeps.
Important: After the scans, give the scanner a little time (1-2 seconds) to
process the codes internally.
