Important Safety Instructions
WARNING: Please read the following instructions carefully as
they provide important information concerning the installation,
use, and care for your Meglio Pro steam cleaner.
• Keep this booklet in a safe place for any future reference.
• Use the steam cleaner only for its intended use.
• Remove packaging and make sure the steam cleaner has not been
damaged. If in doubt, do not use the appliance and contact us.
• Before plugging the appliance, make sure the data on the voltage rating plate
(under the machine) are the same as the main’s supply.
• The steam cleaner should always be turned off before unplugging.
Never pull the power cord to disconnect from the outlet; instead grasp the
plug and pull to disconnect.
• Do not use barefooted.
• Do not leave the steam generator ON while unattended.
• Do not use extensions without safety marks (UL, ETL, etc).
• Do not immerse in water.
• Keep ventilation slots free from dust.
• Do not overfill the water tank.
• To prevent overheating, unravel the electrical cord completely.
• Always make sure the hose does not come in contact with any hot surfaces, steam, oil,
sharp edges or get caught in between doors or drawers.
• Do not touch steam or accessory during, or shortly after usage to avoid getting burnt.
• In the event of a breakdown and/or malfunction, switch to off and contact us.
Do not try to fix the unit by yourself to prevent voiding the warranty.

• Never put detergent, perfumed substances or any other chemical substances
inside the water tank unless they are approved by DeLozio.
• Risk of explosion- Do not spray flammable liquids.
• The handle might get hot during use.
• Keep away from children.
• Store unit indoors only.
• Do not use the steam directly on electrical appliances and sockets.
• To ensure machine safety, use only original spare parts from the manufacturer.
• Dot not put away the unit while it is still hot, allow time to cool down.
• Like any other powerful tool, it should be used with caution. Certain surfaces,
fabrics, materials and finishes are water and heat sensitive and can be damaged
or discolored by steam. If in doubt, always verify with the manufacturer of the
surface or product you intend on cleaning. You may also try testing on a small
hidden area to make sure the surface can be steamed.
• Do not leave steam cleaning cloth or pad on any surface for a long period
of time to avoid any damage.
• Do not use on unsealed wood, tile floors that are highly worn, unfinished or
have a wax or oil finish. Surfaces that have been treated with wax or no-wax
floors may be damaged by heat.
• Do not use on leather, synthetic fabrics, velvet or other delicate,
steam-sensitive materials.
• Do not use this steam cleaner for purposes other than what has been described
in the instruction manual.
• In no occurrence will DeLozio be held responsible for incidental or consequential
damages to anyone, anything, or of any nature.

Description

When used correctly, our machines eliminate household
pollutants, allergens, and up to 99.999% of enveloped viruses
(such as COVID-19 or influenza), and household bacteria from
hard surfaces. Leading to a significant general hygiene improvement in
residential, medical, commercial and industrial applications.
Using the unit for any other purpose will be considered as improper and
dangerous. Under no circumstances can the manufacturer be held liable
for damages arising from any improper, incorrect or unreasonable use.
Use for a large variety of surfaces such as: ceramic, stone and parquet
floors, carpets, rugs, wooden ceilings, wallpaper, upholstery, windows,
mirrors, sanitary fixtures, taps and fittings, cooking hobs, ovens, grills,
refrigerators, freezers, radiators, door and window frames, door jambs,
furniture, fireplaces, cars, seats, etc.

How to Use
Your Steam Cleaner

Remove the cap of the water tank and fill to a maximum
with regular tap water. We recommend adding 3 sprays of the
Anticalcare product per liter of water to avoid limescaling.
Safely replace the cap. Use the refilling bottle to fill or refill
the water tank for an easy spill-free process.
Unravel the electrical cord completely and connect to the
recommended power outlet (indicated underneath the unit).
This machine will draw 14 amps of power so make sure your
electric circuit isn’t used for any other devices.
Lift the flap situated on the front of the machine
and plug in the hose into it, when properly installed,
it will click into place.
Press the front control button to start the machine boiler.
Wait until the maximum temperature is reached and
indicated on the screen.
You may now attach the chosen accessory onto the hose,
one of the extension tubes (rectangular tool, triangular tool,
squeegee tool or steam lance) or onto the steam lance
(brushes on extra).

Once the maximum temperature is achieved, you may
now choose the steam pressure level using the two control
switches. Press the one-dotted switch for low pressure,
the two-dotted switch for medium pressure and both switches
for the maximum pressure.
In order to release steam, press the steam release trigger
on the hose handle.
Once you are done using your steam cleaner, turn the unit OFF
by pressing the power button, then unplug. Let the machine cool
down for a minimum of 30 minutes before storing.
WARNING: Always turn OFF the main power switch
when leaving the machine unattended.
It is safe to leave water in the boiler when the steam cleaner
is not in use. If it is for an extended period of time (a few weeks),
then it is best to flush out the remaining water. To do so,
follow the water removal instructions as outlined in the
maintenance and care section.

TROUBLESHOOTING
The machine does not produce steam
While operating, a noise is
coming from inside the boiler
• Make sure the plug is inserted
correctly in a proper powered outlet.
• Make sure the electic circuit isn’t
used for any other devices.
• Verify that the main power switch
is turned ON.
The low water indicator lights up
accompanied of a “beeping” sound
• Add water into the tank.
• Wait until the pressure stabilizes
(2-3 minutes), the noise will disappear.
WARNING: Do not operate the steam cleaner with a damaged
electrical cord, plug or if the steam cleaner has been dropped
or damaged. To avoid any risk of electrocution, do not
disassemble or attempt to repair the unit on your own.
Contact our support team to know if you are to return the
unit for examination, repair or replacement. All services are to
be performed by DeLozio authorized professionals.

Steam does not come out • Wait a few minutes.
• Make sure the power switch is ON.
• Select the desired pressure setting
by pressing one or both buttons
onto the hose handle.
Steam pressure is dropping when in use • Use a lower pressure setting.
• Wait until the pressure stabilizes
(2-3 minutes), the noise will disappear.
Water is leaking from the connections • Clean and lubricate the o-rings with
petroleum jelly. If necessary, replace with
the supplied spares.
• After a few minutes of usage, this
problem will disappear.

Maintenance and Care
BOILER MAINTENANCE:
To maintain your steam cleaner in good condition and to ensure constant
performance, we recommend following the instructions below:
WARNING: Before cleaning the kettle, please ensure that it is at room temperature, that it has not
been used for a minimum of 8 hours and that the appliance is unplugged from the power source.
Drain the boiler weekly. In order to do so,
place the unit above a sink and unscrew
the drain plug located on the bottom of the
machine. When it is completely empty, replace
the drain plug back on and replace the cover.

ADDITIONAL ACCESSORIES
DESCALE BOILER
FREQUENCY: EVERY 3-6 MONTHS
WARNING: Before proceeding into descaling the boiler, be sure that it has not
been used for at least 8 hours, and that it is no longer connected to a power source.
• Empty water tank
• Drain boiler by removing plastic cap and drain nut located under the machine,
then put both of them back into place;
• Add 40 grams of tartaric acid into 1L of water;
• Pour the solution into the water tank;
• Plug-in the power cord into wall outlet
• Turn on the machine by pressing the main ON/OFF power switch;
• Add 2L of water into tank;
• Leave the machine ON for 2 hours without generating any steam;
• After two hours, produce steam for a few minutes;
• Turn machine OFF, unplug power cord from outlet and allow it 4 hours to cool down;
• Empty boiler and water tank;
• The device is now ready to use.

Limited Warranty
DELOZIO 3 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
DeLozio (Soluvap inc.) hereby warrants that new DeLozio steam cleaners purchased from
DeLozio (Soluvap inc.), will be free from factory defects in material and workmanship for
the period of time stated below, subject to certain limitations.
WARRANTY POLICY
First year of the warranty covers shipping, parts, and labour. Second and third year of
the warranty covers parts but not labour or shipping. This warranty does not cover any
consequential damages or business loss. This warranty is NOT transferable.
WARRANTY PERIOD
The limited warranty on your DeLozio steam cleaner is three (3) years from the date
of purchase by the original owner against defects in material and workmanship.
The warranty on the boiler is valid as long as is it claimed by the original owner.
GENERAL EXCLUSIONS -
General exclusions from this warranty shall include any failures caused by:
A. Scale from using hard water with high mineral content and/or damage from using water
with high chlorine content or omitting to add anti-limescale on a regular basis.
B. Installation of parts, accessories or attachments or that are not original
to the unit or genuine DeLozio parts.
C. Accident or collision damage.
D. Lack of proper maintenance.
E. Abnormal strain, neglect, or abuse.
F. Changing or altering factory settings without consulting an authorized technician.
G. Damage or malfunctions resulting from natural calamity, freezing, theft, accident,
G. vandalism, abuse due to misapplication and/or improper site conditions.
H. Water damage.
I. Electrical damage from including, but not limited to improper use of extension cords,
I.failure to meet proper voltage requirements, incorrect or insufficient amperage circuit.
J. Insufficient unobstructed distance on exhaust.
K. The owner or user neglected to do routine maintenance required and the damages or
K. problems are directly related to such neglect. It is the Client’s responsibility to keep
K. equipment in proper condition and to use exclusively DeLozio cleaning products so as
K. to not damage the internal components.

SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS -
Items not covered under warranty include:
A. Parts replaced due to normal wear or routine maintenance,
A. including but not limited to sensors, filters, fuses, valves, pipes, electrodes,
A. cables and fittings (e.g. nipples, couplings, o-rings, etc) .
B. Steam hoses, guns nozzles and other accessories.
C. Any transportation or travel costs.
D. Reimbursement for rental units while repairing warranty items.
E. Normal maintenance items such as: draining tanks and boiler, descaling, cleaning
E. or replacing sensors, replacing filters and fuses, soot removal, tightening and sealing
E. bolts and fittings and others stated in the user manual.
F. Failure caused by water scale problem due to local water conditions.
G. Warranty work completed after 30 days from discovery.
H. Claims made under fraudulent situations.
I. This warranty does not cover machines used for rental purposes.
CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY -
Under this warranty, the customer shall:
A. Operate and maintain the machine as specified in this instruction manual.
B. Give notice to Delozio of apparent defects within ten (10) days after initial malfunction.
C. Provide proof of purchase, purchase date, and serial number of the warranty item(s);
C. Some states do not allow limitations or warranty exclusions, so the above limitations or
C. exclusions may not apply to you.
FORCE MAJEURE -
For all purposes hereof, force majeure includes any act of God, war, mobilization,
governmental regulation, strike, lockout, drought, flood, total or partial fire, obstruction
of navigation, loss, damage or detention in transit, defective materials or delays by shippers,
or other contingencies or causes beyond Seller’s control which might prevent the
manufacturer, shipment or delivery of Goods covered hereby. Performance of Seller’s
obligations may be suspended pending force majeure, without Seller being responsible
to Client for any damages or losses resulting from such suspension.
