Safety information
Please read the safety instructions carefully before using the product for the first time and keep
the instructions for future reference.
1. This product is not a toy. Keep it out of reach of children.
2. Keep product out of the reach of children and pets to avoid chewing and swallowing.
3. Product operating and storage temperature is from 0 degree Celsius to 40 degree Celsius. Under and over this
temperature might affect the function.
4. Never open the product. Touching the inside electrics can cause electric shock. Repairs or service should only
be performed by qualified personnel.
5. Do not expose to heat, water, moisture, direct sunlight!
6. Please protect your ears against loud volume. Loud volume can damage your ears and risk in hearing loss.
7. The unit is not waterproof. If water or foreign objects enter the unit, it may result in fire or electric shock. If water
or a foreign object enters the unit, stop use immediately.
8. The direct plug-in cable is used as disconnect device, the disconnect device shall remain readily operable. So,
make sure there is space around the power outlet for easy access.
9. Do not use non original accessories together with the product as this can make the product functionality
abnormal.

4.ThenpressagainSKIP+/SKIP-tosettheDesireMinute.
5.After setting the alarm time as your desired, to pressALARM button again. You can now select
whetherthealarmshouldgoontoBuzzer,RadioorCD

3.Repeatstep2-5inordertosetAlarm2.
Toselectwhichofthe2alarmsshouldbeactive,presstheALARMbuttonrepeatedlywhiletheunitisin
standbymode(clockdisplay).ThedisplaywillshowconsecutivelytheAL1icon,theAL2icon,theboth
Alarm icons. Press theALARM button once again to deactivate the alarms (no alarm icon will be
displayed).
SNOOZE FUNCTION
Ifyouwanttosnoozeafewmoreminutes,presstheSNOOZEbutton,itwilldeactivatethesoundfor9
minutes and will shown “SNOOZE” on the LCD Display.To turn off the snooze function, press the
STANDBYbutton.
Turning Off the Alarm:
Toswitchoffanalarmwhileactive,presstheSTANDBYbutton,thealarmwillresetfornextday
RADIO OPERATION
1. Pressthe STANDBY/FUNCTION button onthe unit repeatedly, until the frequency shownonthe
display
OR,presstheSTANDBYbuttonontheremotetoturnontheunit,thenpresstheFUNCTIONbutton
ontheremoteuntilthefrequencyshownonthedisplay

ii)WhenastationofsufficientstrengthhasbeenfoundTuningwillstoporyoucanstoptheautomatic
tuningbypressingSKIP+/SKIP-button.
2.To switch off the radio, press the STANDBY button on the remote once OR press and hold the
STANDBY/FUNCTIONbuttonontheunit,untilthenormaltimeshownonthedisplay.
PRESET TUNING
1.Selectyourdesiredstationaccordingtothenormaltuningprocedure.
2.PresstheMEMORYbutton,“P01”willappearandflashintheLCD,ThenuseSKIP+/SKIP-button
tochangethenumberwherethestationwillbestored.(P01toP20)
3.StorethecurrentfrequencybypressingMEMORYbuttonagainwhenyougetthedesirednumber.
4.RepeatthesameproceduretosetotherdesiredfrequenciesintoMemoryNo.1toNO.20

PLAYING A COMPACT DISC (CD)
NOTE: NevertouchthelaserlensinsideoftheCDcompartment.CleanthelaserlenswithaCDcleaner

1.PresstheSTANDBY/FUNCTIONbuttonontheunitrepeatedly,untiltheCDiconshownonthedisplay
OR,presstheSTANDBYbuttonontheremotetoturnontheunit,thenpresstheFUNCTIONbutton
ontheremoteuntiltheCDiconshownonthedisplay
2.OpentheCDDOORandinsertaCDintothetraywithprintedlabelsidefacingup.
3.ClosetheCDDOORandthediscwillrotateforafewsecondsandthenplayautomatically.
4.UsetheSKIP+/SKIP-buttontochooseatrack
5.PressthePLAY/PAUSEBUTTONagaintoPAUSEplay.
6.PresstheSTOPBUTTONtoSTOPplay.
7. To turn off the unit, press the STANDBY button on the remote once OR press and hold the
STANDBY/FUNCTIONbuttonontheunit,untilthenormaltimeshownonthedisplay
REPEAT FUNCTION
1.PresstheMODEbuttononceduringplayback,thesignwillshowonLCDDisplay.Thesametrack
willberepeatedoverandover.
2.PresstheMODEbuttonsecondtimetorepeatalltracks.The“ALL”signwillshowontheLCD
display.
3.TocancelREPEATPLAY,PresstheMODEbuttonrepeatedlyuntiltheallsigndisappeared.
RANDOM PLAY
1.INCDPlaymode,presstheMODEbuttonuntil“RAND”willappearonLCDDisplay.
2.Thenitwillenablerandomtracksplay.
3.TocancelRANDOMPLAY,presstheMODEbuttonagain,“RAND”willdisappearonthedisplay
REVERSE/FORWARD Skip & Search
1.TheSKIP-/SKIP+buttonscanbeusedtojumptoadifferenttracknumberortoscandisctracks.
2.PresstheSKIP-buttononcetolistenthebeginningofthecurrenttrack.Pressittwoormoretimesto
hearprevioustracksonthedisc.
3.PresstheSKIP+buttontomovetothenexttrackonthedisc.
4. Press and hold the SKIP- button, the current track will be scanned and move backwards to the
previoustrack(s);whenthedesiredtracksectionisfound,releasethebuttonandnormalplaywill
resume.
5.PressandholdtheSKIP+button,thecurrenttrackwillbescannedandmoveforwardtothenext
track(s);Whenthedesiredtracksectionisfound,releasetheselectedbuttonandnormalplaywill
resume.

PROGRAM FUNCTION
The Program feature can be used to program up to 20 tracks to play in a selected order.
1.Whileinthestopmodeonly(CDisnotplaying),pressthePROGButton,LCDDisplaywillshowthe
wording“PROG”&“P01”.
2.PresstheSKIP+/SKIP-buttontoallocatethedesiredtrack.
3.PressthePROGbuttontoselectandstorethetrackintomemory.
4.Repeatstep2to3toselectupto20tracks.
5.To playthe selected tracks (in theprogram mode), press the PLAY/PAUSE button. The“PROG”
appearonLCDDisplay.
6.PresstheSKIP-buttontohearthepreviousorpresstheSKIP+buttontohearnextprogramtrack.
Note: Afteralloftheprogrammedtrackshaveplayed,theCDplayerwillreturntothestopmode.
Tocleartheprogrammedtracksfrommemory,pressSTOPbuttonuntil“PROG”disappear
SLEEP FUNCTON IN STANDBY ON MODE
1.TuneinthedesiredradiostationorCDplayorAUXmodeandadjustthevolumecontrol.
2.PresstheSLEEPButton.The“90”willappearonthedisplay.
3.RepeatedlypresstheSLEEPButtonfordesiredsleeptimebetween90,80,70,60,50,40,30,20,10
minutes.
4.TheunitwillautomaticallyswitchoffwhentheSLEEPtimeexpires.
AUX INPUT JACK
1.PresstheSTANDBY/FUNCTIONbuttonontheunitrepeatedly,untilthe“AUX”shownonthedisplay.
OR,presstheSTANDBYbuttonontheremotetoturnontheunit,thenpresstheFUNCTIONbutton
ontheremoteuntiltheAUXiconshownonthedisplay.
2.ConnecttheAUXconnectwirefromtheoutjackofyourPersonalPlayersuchasportableMP3player
totheAUXinputjack.
3.PlayStartfromyourPersonalPlayer.
HEADPHONE JACK
ThisunitwillacceptstereoheadphoneswithaФ3.5mmplug.Beforeconnectingtheheadphonesset
thevolumetominimumlevelasnottodamageyourearsortheheadphones.Connecttheheadphones
totheheadphonesjack.Thespeakerswillbeautomaticallydisconnected.
Warning:Prolongedexposuretohighsoundlevelsmaypermanentlydamageyourhearing.Youmay
nothearsomewarningsoundwhilewearingtheseheadphones.
