This car seat is classified for “Universal” use from birth to 18kg and “Semi-Univeral” use from
15-25kg. It is suitable to fix into seat positions in most cars. The numbers on the diagram
below correspond with the vehicle fitting positions listed in the following pages.
If your child restraint can be fitted, it is marked with If your child restraint cannot be fitted, it is
marked with . Electric or hybrid vehicles are marked with . Vehicles with a cabin roof height
which could restrict the seat being installed forward-facing are marked with !
In rearward-facing installations the tether must be affixed securely to the front seat, seat-rail
or seatbelt anchorage point as advised in the radian 5 user manual
If your vehicle is not listed in this manual or it is not marked with either a or then please
refer to your vehicle’s handbook or contact the manufacturer for further information. Seat
positions in other cars may also be suitable to accept the child restraint. If in doubt, consult
either the child restraint manufacturer or the retailer.
*The front seat may have to be positioned at the furthest forward point to allow the radian 5
to be correctly installed in the back of this vehicle. Therefore it may not be suitable to install
the radian 5 behind the driver’s seat or in the middle of this vehicle.
The diono angle adjuster is available as an accessory to position the radian 5 at a more
upright angle for older children. This can add up to 8 cm more room behind the front seats for
more front leg room. See page 28 for more details.
Before you purchase the vehicle, check that it is equipped with the
appropriate anchorages.
DO NOT fit your child restraint onto a vehicle seat fitted with an
airbag, unless it can be, and is deactivated. Death or serious
injuries can be caused by an activated AIRBAG system.

Wenn Ihr Fahrzeug nicht in dieser Gebrauchsanweisung aufgeführt ist oder nicht mit oder markiert ist, schlagen Sie bitte im
Fahrzeughandbuch nach oder wenden Sie sich an den Fahrzeughersteller. Auch Sitzpositionen in anderen Fahrzeugen können sich für
den Einbau des Kinderrückhaltesystems eignen. Wenden Sie sich im Zweifelsfall entweder an den Hersteller oder Einzelhändler dieses
Kinderrückhaltesystems.
*DerVordersitz muss für den korrekten Einbau desKindersitzes des Modells radian 5 auf dem Rücksitz dieses Fahrzeugs unter Umständen
so weit wie möglich nach vorne verstellt werden. Aus diesem Grund eignet sich der Einbau des radian 5 hinter dem Fahrersitz oder in der

Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Kauf Ihres Fahrzeugs, dass es über die entsprechenden Verankerungen
verfügt.
Bauen Sie Ihr Kinderrückhaltesystem NICHT auf einem mit Airbag ausgestatteten Fahrzeugsitz ein, sofern
dieser nicht aktiviert werden kann bzw. ist. Ein aktiviertes AIRBAG-System kann tödliche oder schwere
Verletzungen herbeiführen.

El ajustador de ángulo diono está disponible como accesorio para colocar el radian 5 en un ángulo más vertical para

Dit kinderzitje is geclassificeerd voor‘universeel’gebruik van geboorte tot 18 kg en‘semi-universeel’gebruik van 15 tot 25 kg. Het is
geschikt voor montage in de meeste autostoelen. De nummers in de onderstaande afbeelding komen overeen met de montageposities

Bij montage naar achteren toe moet de verankeringsriem stevig aan het ankerpunt van de voorstoel, achterstoel of veiligheidsgordel
worden bevestigd, volgens de instructies in de gebruikershandleiding van de radian 5.
Als uw voertuig niet in deze handleiding staat vermeld met ofwel een of raadpleeg dan de handleiding van uw voertuig of
neem voor nadere informatie contact op met de fabrikant. Ook de posities van de stoelen in andere auto’s kunnen geschikt zijn voor het
kinderbeveiligingssysteem. Bij twijfel altijd de fabrikant of leverancier van het kinderbeveiligingssysteem raadplegen.
*Devoorstoelmoetsomszovermogelijk naarvorenworden geplaatstomderadian 5op dejuistemanierachterinhetvoertuigtekunnen
installeren.Het is dus nietaltijdmogelijk om deradian 5achterdestoelvandebestuurderof inhetmidden van dit voertuig te installeren.
Dediono hoekstellerisalsaccessoire verkrijgbaarom de radian 5 rechterop te zetten voor grotere kinderen. Ditkantot 8cm
extra ruimte achter de voorstoel geven zodat er meer beenruimte voor is. Zie pagina 28 voor meer gegevens.
Controleer voordat u het voertuig koopt of het de nodige ankerpunten heeft.
Monteer het kinderbeveiligingssysteem niet in een stoel die met een airbag is uitgevoerd, tenzij
deze uitgeschakeld kan worden, en is. Een geactiveerde AIRBAG kan de dood of ernstig letsel
veroorzaken.

Ten fotelik samochodowy jest klasyfikowany jako„uniwersalny”, przeznaczony dla dzieci od urodzenia do osiągnięcia 18 kg wagi, oraz jako
„półuniwersalny”, stosowany przy wadze ciała 15–25 kg. Fotelik jest odpowiedni do montażu na siedzeniach większości samochodów.
Cyfry na poniższym rysunku odpowiadają miejscom zamontowania w samochodzie opisanym na kolejnych stronach.

radian 5 na tylnym rzędzie siedzeń.W takim przypadku nie zaleca się montażu fotelika radian 5 za fotelem kierowcy ani na
środku.
Regulator kąta diono jest dostępny jako akcesorium do ustawiania fotelika radian 5 w bardziej pionowej pozycji dla
starszych dzieci. Dzięki temu można uzyskać do 8 cm dodatkowej przestrzeni za tylnymi fotelami w celu zwiększenia miejsca na nogi.

При установке в положении спиной вперёд привязной ремень должен быть надёжно прикреплён к переднему сиденью, опоре
сиденья или точке крепления ремня безопасности, как рекомендовано в руководстве к radian 5.
Если вашего автомобиля нет в списке данного руководства или он не отмечен символами или обратитесь к руководству
вашего автомобиля или к производителю для получения дополнительной информации. Сиденья в других автомобилях
также могут подходить для установки детской удерживающей системы. Если вы сомневаетесь, проконсультируйтесь либо с
производителем системы, либо с продавцом.
* Возможно понадобится передвинуть переднее сиденье в самое дальнее положение, чтобы систему radian 5 можно было
должным образом расположить на заднем сиденье автомобиля. Поэтому система radian 5 может быть не пригодна для

Перед приобретением автомобиля, убедитесь, что он оснащен соответствующими
креплениями.
НЕ устанавливайте детскую удерживающую систему в автомобиль, оборудованный
подушками безопасности, если они не деактивированы или опции их деактивации не
предусмотрено. Активированная система подушек безопасности может стать причиной
серьёзных травм или летального исхода.
