BEl ventilador/es del condensador no
funcionan.

o desconectado.

• El compresor no funciona.
• Equipo con falta o exceso de carga de
gas.
• Obstrucción en circuito.
• Módulo electrónico del compresor
defectuoso o mala conexión de los
terminales.
• Relé o cableado de relé averiado o mala
conexión de los terminales.
• El presostato no da salida por estar
averiado.
• El termostato no da salida.
• Proceder según apartado F.
• Vericar la carga y comprobar presiones (en caso de exceso de carga es necesario recuperar
esta), hacer vacío durante 30 minutos en el circuito e introducir 500 gramos de R134a en el
circuito.
• Vericar la carga y comprobar presiones, si existe tapón en el circuito (presión en baja de 0 a
0,5 bares) recuperar carga, limpiar o sustituir componente obstruido y hacer vacío durante 30
minutos en el circuito e introducir 500 gramos de R134a en el circuito.
• Sustituir módulo electrónico del compresor o vericar conexiones de terminales.
• Sustituir relé vericando la causa de la avería o comprobar conexiones de cableado y terminales.
• Sustituir presostato.
• Sustituir termostato (para acceder al termostato es necesario desmontar la tapa exterior del
quipo y la tapa de la cámara del soplador).

• Cold switch defective.
• Replace the fuse, checking the cause of the failure.
• Check connections in connection to alternator cable or through the ignition key.
• Replace the power relay or power relay fuse, checking the cause of the failure (take down the
outside cover of the unit and the blower chamber cover to access the fuse).
• Replace the cold switch (take down the outside cover of the unit and the blower chamber cover
to access the fuse).
BCondenser fan(s) not working.
• Condenser fan(s) blocked or
disconnected.
• Cable clamp for connection to fan(s)
disconnected.
• Condenser fan fuse or relay defective.
• Check the causes of the blocking or failure, correct or replace the condenser fan(s).

• Minimum 24V DC fully charged battery at the unit’s power input.

• Leave the system running for 15 minutes at maximum power and fan speed.

T1: Recirculated air temperature. Air return.
T2: Blown air temperature. Output.
Condiciones
• The cabin must not be exposed to direct sunlight.
• Minimum 12V DC fully charged battery at the unit’s power input.
• Doors and windows closed throughout the test.
• Leave the system running for 15 minutes at maximum power and fan speed.
• Collect the data after running for 15 minutes.
• Temperatures in °C.
• Only one person in the cabin.
• Do not smoke or carry out any physical activity in the cabin.
• Outside temperature 35°C or under.
