everything.
• Ordinary laundry - Thanks to the high pressure, the laundry is ironed
faster and better than ever, even if there are several layers.
• Wool, velvet - Guide the iron 2 cm above the fabric, depressing the steam
key (a). The power of steam smoothes away creases and revitalizes the
fabric.

and put into shape again (vertically) while they are hanging.
You will soon appreciate the safe and easy use of your steam station. Do
read the instruction manual thoroughly and keep safe, so that, you can

HOW TO USE YOUR STEAM GENERATOR
1. Place your appliance horizontally and conveniently situated on the
support of your ironing board or any other stable surface nearby
2. Turn the filling cap (1) anticlockwise to unscrew.
3. Fill the tank with the water quantity indicated in the “Technical Features”.
4. Screw on the filling cap (1) clockwise (do not close too tightly).
5. Plug in the appliance to the mains
6. Turn on the boiler switch (3)
7. Turn on the steam/iron switch (4)
8. Select the thermostat button (b) to the required temperature.
(Attention: in order to obtain higher performances during the ironing, we
suggest not to select the thermostat button (b) under the steam symbol).
9. It takes about 20 to 25 minutes to attain correct pressure for an optimal
ironing. The boiler switch light (3) on the steam generator will then turn
off. Before ironing, release the air in the pipe onto a cloth in order to
release any condensation droplets. At each depression on the steam
key (a), the steam rushes through the openings under the tip of the
iron.
10. Only slight depressions of the steam key (a) are needed
ATTENTION! For your safety, if you want to iron with steam, it is definitely
necessary to wait for the boiler switch light to turn off once before ironing.
- Low water warning light (5)
It lights up when the water in the boiler is finished. Now see under “Filling
the tank”.

• The silk/nylon settings must not be used for steam ironing. These settings
are designed only for dry ironing.
• Place the iron down flat on the silicone mat on the steam generator. Never
leave the hot iron unattended!
IRONING TIPS
Wool: just vaporize, do not pull the fabric or jersey
Silk: just vaporize, then steam smoothly
Velvet: iron quickly and lightly from the wrong side, using little steam, or
vaporize first, then iron from the right side, hardly touching the fabric.

When your ironing is done:
• leave the steam/iron switch (4) on
• turn off the boiler switch (3)
• Thoroughly drain any remaining steam onto a cloth by pressing the
steam key (a) of the iron.
MAINTENANCE
When you use the steam station with tap drinkable water, descaling is
necessary in regular intervals, in order to maintain proper functioning for a
long time. The frequency of descaling depends on both, the hardness of the
water and the frequency of use. For an average hardness of the water (25°
- 30° french) and normal household use, we recommend regular rinsing of
the heating tank in order to eliminate any residue. Depending on the water
used, descaling may be needed once or twice a year for household use and
once or twice a month for professional use.
ATTENTION! BEFORE PREOCEEDING WITH THE MAINTENANCE, THE
PRODUCT HAS TO BE COLD, NOT CONNECTED TO THE MAINS, AND
MUST NOT HAVE BEEN USED FOR AT LEAST 8 HOURS.
- Unscrew and remove the filling cap (1) and eliminate possible water
residue from the boiler.
- Dissolve completely the contents of two sachets in 1 L of water and pour
the solution into the boiler carefully
- Leave the solution in the boiler for one night with the filling cap (1) open.
- Empty completely the boiler and rinse 5/6 times with water in order to
eliminate possible residues of scale.
ADVICE! Drain the first steam onto a cloth and not directly on the fabric to
be ironed, since there could be still some residues of scale.
ATTENTION!!! DO NOT USE ANY CHEMICALS RATHER THAN WHAT
SUGGESTED ABOVE!

MAINTENANCE OF THE IRON
Minor remains of starch or other products might stick to the aluminum alloy
plate. In such case just rub lengthwise with a soft, damp, non - metallic
cleaning pad.
BUBBLING SOUNDS
In case you should hear sounds from the boiler, turn off the boiler switch (3)
and steam/iron switch (4), unplug the appliance from the mains, unscrew
carefully the filling cap (1) to let out the air pressure. Then screw on the
filling cap (1) and turn on the boiler switch (3) and the steam/iron switch
(4).
