DST8000 Triple/Pro -Unpacking and Assembly Instructions
1. Each package has a drawing attached to it. Remove the pat from the package
only when needed for assembly
2. During assembly you will connect two low current electrical sockets/outlets, like this:

3. Each part has its bolts and nuts for assembly in its package. You will find some extra
nuts and bolts packed with a note: “Spare”.
4. Start by removing the top of the crate. It will be used as a ramp to roll off the main
part from the crate’s floor.
5. Remove this wall first and take out part # 11. Put it aside. This part weight 33 kg.
(70 lbs.)

6. Remove the remaining walls of the crate
7. Take out all wrapped parts. Leave them in their packages for now.
8. Part #12 (main part of the DST Triple, which is now on the crate's floor), has
retractable wheels. Take out the Lifting handle from the front ramp, lift the unit on its
wheels and roll off the main part, using the top of the crate as a ramp. Locate the main
part at its final position in the room. After completing the assembly of the DST Triple it is
impossible to move it. Important: fold the wheels when the main part is its final location.

9. Tips for locating the unit in the room:

10. After placing the main part (part #12) at its final location and folding the wheels,
connect part #11 as shown. Be carful not to pinch the electric cables shown at step 12.

12. Unfold the big ramp and the little ramp as shown. These ramps are connected.
Two people are needed for this step.

13. Connect the plug to the socket as shown

as A and B. Connect them together.

15. Connect the black press-fasteners of the bellow to part #11 (the frame of the slope).
Insert the bellow’s black press-fasteners
to the appropriate holes in the frame
