Dr. Clark Mini User manual

Mesh Nebulizer User Manual
This device utilizes state-of-the-art microporous atomizing mesh technology that
sprays liquid medication into aerosol/vapor form and delivers it directly to the
patient for inhalation. Both adult and pediatric patients suffer from asthma,
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) such as emphysema and chronic
bronchitis, or other respiratory disease that are characterized by obstruction to air
flow and/or patients who are on and off ventilation or other positive pressure
breathing assistance.
For pure soluble liquid only. Please don't use purified water, oil, milk, or thick
liquid. The atomization volume varies varies with the concentration of the
liquid.
Clean the mesh plate after each use to avoid blockage. Note: Do not touch the
mesh with your hand, brushes or any hard objects.
Do not rinse or immerse the nubulizer in any liquid. Any liquid spilled on or
inside the nubulizer should be allowed to dry before operating.
Do not place the nubulizer on heated surfaces.
Do not turn on the nebulizer when the medicine container has no liquid.

Insufficient medicine in the nebulizer.
The nebulizer is not held in an upright position.
The medicine used is unsuitable for spraying
(e. g. too thick, viscosity must be less than 3).
The indoor temperature is too low. Fill with 3 to

There are air bubbles inside the medicine
container that are preventing the medicine
from coming into continuous contact with the
mesh plate. Check and remove any bubbles.
Particles on the mesh are impeding output. To
remove the particles, fill the nebulizer with 2 to
3 drops of vinegar and 3 to 6 ml of water, then
nebulize this solution completely. Do not
inhale this spray and ensure that you clean and
