DRHO’S TRIPLE ACTION BACK BELT IMPORTANT!
DR-HO’S Triple Action Back Belt is a
medical device class IIA. Please read all
guidelines carefully and keep it for future
reference.
This complete system (the Triple Action
Back Belt and the electrode body pads) is
intended to relieve pain associated with
sore or aching muscles in your (lower) back
and other parts of your body, due to strain
from exercise or activities of daily living,
regular household and work activities.
Usage advice
Frequency of the treatment should be at
least one to three times per day. However,
you may treat yourself for as often as you
like. Chronic problems will need more
frequency and longer treatments.
Note: Do not use this system while
sleeping, in the bathroom, when taking
a bath or having a shower, driving or
operating machinery. Treatment may cause
involuntary arm movements and may make
you drowsy.
During treatment you can sit straight up,
lean back, or lie down.
You can use the Triple Action Back Belt
with and without stimulation. Before using
the belt with stimulation you should con-
nect it to the DR-HO’S operating console. If
used without stimulation the back pain belt
provides excellent and ergonomic com-
pression support for your back.
Care & maintenance
Do not immerse the Triple Action Back Belt
in water or wash it in a washing machine.
The electronic components may be dama-
ged if they come into contact with water. If
you wish, you can wipe the back pain belt
clean with a damp cloth and then simply
hang it up somewhere to dry.
To avoid battery corrosion, remove the
batteries from the device if not used for 4
weeks or more.
Electrode body pads
• Do NOT use the large and small body
pads under your feet.
• If the pads feel dry or irritating, spray
them with a small amount of DR-HO’S
Electro Therapy Conductive Gel, wait 30
seconds and re-attach the pads to your
body.
• For optimal results replace the electrode
pads after 30 to 50 sessions.
• Electrode pads are intended for personal
use and should not be used by others.
Refer to the pad placement chart on
how to position the large or small format
pads, depending on the area to be trea-
ted.

Pain Therapy Device (model P.T.S-IIB)
This operating console is central to DR-HO’S Triple
Action Back Belt system. You can use it in combination
with the Triple Action Back Belt or with the individual
body pads.
Program button
You can choose from 3 programs with dierent intensity
intervals.
Timer button
You can choose from 3 treatment times, namely 10, 20
and 40 minutes. The treatment will end automatically at
the end of the chosen program.
Electrode outlet
Connects to either the Triple Action Back Belt or body
pads.
Intensity switch
Increase or decrease the intensity of the intended
treatment by turning the wheel using your index finger.
Triple Action Back Belt
Ergonomic design for eective treatment or back
support, whenever you need.
Dual-core support band
The belt can be tightened or loosened as desired to
provide extra support for your core.
Unique built-in electrodes
Clinically proven to help relax tight muscles, improve
circulation and relieve pain.
Apply DR-HO’S Electro Therapy Conductive Gel over
the entire surface of the two electrodes before use and
respray every 30 minutes during treatment or if you
experience any slight stinging sensations.
Inflatable lumbar support
For extra support for your lumbar region or lower back
which you can inflate as desired using the little pump.
Belt extender
You can use this to extend the black back pain belt if it
is too short for you.

Insert the plug from the se-
lected set of electrode pads
into the Pain Therapy Device.
To use the pads, remove the
transparent protective film
from both electrode pads
to expose the self-adhesive
and sticky gel layer.
Spray a little bit of gel evenly
over the surface of the pads,
using the handy spray bottle
supplied.
Refer to the pad placement
chart on page 6.
Note: The system ONLY
works if you attach both pads
from the same set to your
body.
Attach both pads to the area
of the body that you wish to
treat. Make sure the pads do
not touch each other.
After using the pads, stick
the transparent film onto the
self-adhesive gel layer again.
Plug the wire firmly into the
top of the device.
Both the wires must be clic-
ked into the back belt.
Before use you should
spray DR-HO’S Electro The-
rapy Conductive Gel over
the entire surface of the
electrodes and repeat this
during treatment, or as soon
as you experience any light
irritation or tingling.
Put on the black back belt
and make sure the elec-
trodes are pressed against
your bare skin in your lower
back region.
Use the pump to inflate the
lumbar support cushion until
the electrodes on the inside
of the back belt are firmly in
contact with your bare skin.
It should feel comfortable.

Insert 2 AAA batteries in the back of the device. It is best to use
alkaline batteries.

Turn the switch to ‘ON’
by turning the wheel to
the left with your index
finger. Then increase
the intensity slowly
until your muscles start
moving of their own

Relax and enjoy!
Extending the belt
If the back belt is too short,
you can extend it using the
belt extender as shown in
the picture.
Extra support
You can tighten the dual support belt to
provide extra support for your core, lower
back or if you need to lift something.
For extra support for your lumbar region
you can pump up the cushion until it feels
comfortable. Keep pressing the button to
deflate the inflatable pillow after use.

DRHO’S TRIPLE ACTION BACK BELT BELANGRIJK!
DR-HO’S Triple Action Back Belt is een
klasse IIA medisch apparaat. Lees alle
informatie zorgvuldig door en bewaar
deze voor toekomstig gebruik.
Dit complete pijnbestrijdingssysteem is
bedoeld voor het verlichten van pijn als
gevolg van spanning, inspanning of het
uitvoeren van dagelijkse, huishoudelijke of
werkgerelateerde, werkzaamheden.
Gebruiksadvies
We adviseren u minimaal één behandeling
per dag van minimaal 10-20 minuten.
U kunt uzelf echter zo vaak als u wil op
een behandeling trakteren. Chronische
problemen zullen een hogere frequentie en
langere behandelingen nodig hebben.
Let op: Niet gebruiken tijdens het slapen, in
de badkamer, in bad of tijdens het douchen,
als u autorijdt of machines bedient.
De behandeling kan onwillekeurige
bewegingen veroorzaken en u slaperig
maken.
Gaat u tijdens een behandeling comfortabel
rechtop zitten, achterover leunen of liggen.
U kunt de Triple Action Back Belt met en
zonder stimulatie gebruiken. Voor gebruik
mét stimulatie sluit u de rugband aan op
de DR-HO’S bedieningsconsole. Zónder
stimulatie is de rugband een uitstekende,
ergonomische ruggensteun.
Onderhoudsinstructie
Houd de Triple Action Back Belt schoon
met een vochtige doek en laat aan de lucht
drogen. Dompel de Triple Action Back
Belt niet onder in water en was het niet
in de wasmachine; water beschadigt de
elektronische onderdelen.
Tip voor batterijgebruik
Voorkom dat de batterijen gaan
lekken. Verwijder ze daarom uit de
bedieningsconsole als u het apparaat
langer dan 4 weken niet gaat gebruiken.
Elektrode lichaamspads
• Verwijder vóór gebruik het doorzichtige
folie. Breng na elke behandeling het
doorzichtige beschermfolie weer aan op
de pads.
• Voelen de pads droog of irriterend aan?
Sproei er dan gel op, wacht 30 seconden
en bevestig ze weer op uw lichaam.
• Vervang de pads voor het beste resultaat
na 30 tot 50 behandelingen.
• Elektrodepads zijn bedoeld voor
persoonlijk gebruik, niet om ook door
anderen gebruikt te worden.
• De elektrodenpads werken ALLEEN als u
beide elektroden van dezelfde set op uw
lichaam aanbrengt.

Bedieningsapparaat (model P.T.S-IIB)
Dit vormt het hart van DR-HO’S Triple Action Back Belt
systeem voor geavanceerde pijnbestrijding. U kunt het
gebruiken in combinatie met de Triple Action Back Belt
of met de losse elektrodepads.
Programmaknop
U heeft de keuze uit 3 programma’s met verschillende
intensiteit.
Timerknop
U kunt kiezen uit 3 behandeltijden: 10, 20 en 40
minuten. Na afloop van het gekozen programma zal de
behandeling automatisch eindigen.
Aansluitpunt voor elektrodes
Hierop sluit u de Triple Action Back Belt óf de bodypads
aan.
Intensiteitsschakelaar
Verhoog of verlaag de intensiteit van de beoogde
behandeling door met uw wijsvinger aan het wieltje te
draaien.

Tweevoudige steunband
Strakker aan te trekken voor extra ondersteuning van
uw core of onderrug.
Unieke, geïntegreerde elektroden
Klinisch bewezen werking: ontspant de spieren,
verbetert de bloedsomloop en verlicht pijn.
Spray voor elk gebruik gel over het oppervlak van de
twee elektroden. Herhaal dit elk half uur of als u een
onaangenaam prikkend gevoel ervaart.
Opblaasbaar supportkussen
Voor extra ondersteuning van de lendenen of onderrug,
op te blazen met het pompje.
Verlengstuk

Steek de stekker van een set
elektrodepads in de bedie-
ningsconsole.
Verwijder het doorzichtige
beschermfolie van beide
pads zodat de zellevende
gellaag vrijkomt.

Klik de twee snoeren in de

herhaal dit zodra u lichte

Doe de band strak om uw
middel zodat de elektroden

tabel voelen.
Pomp het opblaasbare
supportkussen zodanig op

het beste alkaline-batterijen gebruiken.

Extra ondersteuning
Voor uw onderrug, core en bij tillen:
Trek de tweevoudige rugband strakker
aan.
Voor uw lendenen:
Pomp het steunkussen op tot een stevig-
heidsniveau dat voor u prettig is. Houd de
knop ingedrukt om het steunkussen na
gebruik leeg te laten lopen.

Le Triple Action Back Belt est un dispositif
médical de classe IIA. Lisez attentivement
toutes les notices livrées avant toute
utilisation.
Cet appareil de thérapie de la douleur
complet est conçu pour soulager la douleur
associée aux courbatures ou tensions
causées par des activités sportives ou du
quotidien, les activités ménagères et profes-
sionnelles classiques.
Conseils d’utilisation
La fréquence du traitement doit être d’au
moins une à trois fois par jour. Cependant,
vous pouvez vous faire plaisir aussi souvent
que vous le souhaitez. Les problèmes chro-
niques nécessiteront des traitements plus
fréquents et plus longs.
Remarque importante : Ne pas utiliser
quand vous prenez un bain ou une douche,
pendant le sommeil, et en conduisant ou en
utilisant des machines. Le traitement peut
causer des mouvements involontaires des
bras et des somnolences.
Pendant le traitement, vous pouvez rester
debout, vous asseoir ou vous allonger.
Vous pouvez utiliser DR-HO’S Triple Action
Back Belt avec ou sans stimulation. Pour
l’utiliser avec stimulation, connectez la cein-
ture lombaire à la console de commande
DR-HO’S ; sans stimulation, la ceinture
lombaire est un excellent soutien dorsal
ergonomique et ferme.
Instructions d’entretien
N’immergez pas la Triple Action Back Belt
dans l’eau et ne la lavez pas dans la ma-
chine à laver. Les composants électroniques
peuvent être endommagés au contact de
l’eau. Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez net-
toyer la ceinture lombaire avec un chion
humide en la laissant sécher à l’air libre.
Remarque : Pour éviter la corrosion des
piles, retirez-les si vous n’utilisez pas l’appa-
reil pendant 4 semaines ou plus.
Patchs pour le corps
• Avant d’utiliser les patchs, enlevez le film
transparent qui les protège. Remettez
le film en place sur la face adhésive des
patchs à la fin du traitement.
• Que faire si les patchs semblent secs ou
irritants? Vaporisez un peu de gel, atten-
dez 30 secondes puis replacez les patchs
sur le corps.
• Pour un résultat optimal, remplacez les
patchs tous les 30 à 50 traitements.
• Les patchs sont destinés à être utilisés sur
soi-même et pas sur quelqu’un d’autre.
• Les deux patchs d’une paire doivent être
placés sur le corps en même temps pour
pouvoir fonctionner. Veillez à ce que les
patchs ne se touchent pas, sinon les
impulsions ne seront pas ressenties.

Vous pouvez opter entre 3 programmes à intervalles et
intensité de stimulation variables.
Bouton de réglage de la durée
Vous pouvez choisir parmi 3 durées: 10, 20 ou
40minutes. Le traitement s’arrête automatiquement une
fois la durée du programme écoulée. Le cas échéant,
vous pouvez prolonger le traitement en sélectionnant à
nouveau le programme et la durée.
Sortie des électrodes
Se branche au Triple Action Back Belt ou aux
électrodes pour le corps.
Régulateur d’intensité
Vous pouvez augmenter ou réduire l’intensité du
traitement en tournant la molette à l’aide de l’index.

• Предлагаме ви първоначално да
