Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result
in injury.
PERSONAL SAFETY
a. Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use
common sense when operating a tool. Do not use
of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment of
inattention while operating tools may result in serious
personal injury.
b. Use personal protective equipment. Always wear
eye protection.
c. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance
at all times. This enables better control of the tool in
unexpected situations.
d. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or
jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves away
from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery or long
hair can be caught in moving parts.
TOOL USE AND CARE
a. Do not force the tool. Use the correct tool for your
application. The correct tool will do the job better and
safer at the rate for which it was designed.
b. Do not use the tool if the switch does not turn it
on and off. Any tool that cannot be controlled with the
switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
c. Store idle tools out of the reach of children and do
not allow persons unfamiliar with the tool or these
instructions to operate the tool. Tools are dangerous
in the hands of untrained users.
d. Maintain tools. Check for misalignment or binding
of moving parts, breakage of parts and any other
condition that may affect the tool’s operation. If
damaged, have the tool repaired before use. Many
accidents are caused by poorly maintained tools.
e. If there is any possibility that the machine or
detergents could harm or discolour a surface, it
is recommended that compatibility be tested in an
inconspicuous area before use.
f. Do not use undiluted acids, acetone or solvents.

BATTERY TOOL USE AND CARE

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR
ALL OPERATIONS
a. The operator must use the machine in accordance
with the regulations. He/she must take local conditions
into account and be aware of other people, especially
children, when operating the machine.
b. Particular care must be taken when using the
machine at height.
c. Do not lean out of the window when using the
machine.
d. The operator is responsible for persons in the
working area.
e. Do not use accessories which are not
toolmanufacturer. Just because the accessory can be
attached to your tool, it does not assure safe operation.
f. The rated speed of the accessory must be at least
equal to the maximum speed marked on the tool.
Accessories running faster than their rated speed can
break and y apart.
g. The outside diameter and the thickness of your
accessory must be within the capacity rating of your
tool. Incorrectly sized accessories cannot be adequately
guarded or controlled.
h. Threaded mounting of accessories must match
the spindle thread. For accessories mounted by

workpiece or of a broken accessory may y away and

come to a complete stop. The spinning accessory may
grab the surface and pull the tool out of your control.
m. Do not run the tool while carrying it at your side.
Accidental contact with the spinning accessory could
snag your clothing, pulling the accessory into your body.
n. Children should be supervised to ensure that they
do not play with the appliance.

CHARGING BATTERY PACK

Charge Dremel Versa with a USB cable provided by
Dremel. Use of other USB cables may result in tool

Your Dremel PC10 does not come completely charged
from the factory. Be sure to charge tool prior to initial use.
1. Insert USB cable “F” into USB port of power adapter

“H”. If power adapter is not included, charge tool using
5V/1A minimum USB power supply.
2. Plug power adapter “H” into standard power outlet.
3. Plug micro USB “E” into Micro USB port “B”.
4. The battery charge indicator I indicates the charging
progress.The blue LED light located on the tool
housing below the USB outlet will turn on to signal the
battery is receiving a charge.
When the tool is fully charged (approx. 2 Hrs 45 min.),
charging will automatically stop and the blue LED light
will turn off.
5. It is normal for the handle of the tool to get warm
during charging.
Note: charging function stops while tool is running and
resumes again after tool is turned off.
6. When the battery is fully charged, disconnect the Micro
USB end of the cable “E” from the tool
Unplug the power adapter from the power outlet
(unless you are charging another tool).
8. When the battery is depleted, the tool will turn off
automatically. This will be a sudden stop as opposed
to a gradual slow down of the tool. Simply recharge
the tool.
IMPORTANT CHARGING NOTES
Lithium-ion battery will hold its charge while in storage for
up to 2 years so it’s always ready when you need it.
• The charger was designed to fast charge the battery
• A substantial drop in operating time per charge may
mean that the battery pack is nearing the end of its

ALWAYS COMPLY WITH THE APPLICATION,
DISPOSAL AND WARNING INSTRUCTIONS OF THE
CLEANING SOLUTION MANUFACTURER. Improper use
can result in personal injury and property damage.
The Dremel Versa is designed to work with spray, foam,
gel, or liquid cleaners. Before using cleaning solutions
please read and follow manufacturer’s warnings and
instructions for use. Cover the surrounding area that you
are cleaning to protect from spray. Use splash guard
on open surfaces to contain spray. Recommended to
apply water and cleaning agent to the surface that needs
cleaning and/or to the accessory directly. If applying water
or cleaning agent directly on accessory, shake excess
liquid off or “pulse” the tool by quickly turning it “on” and
then “off” in a contained areas (i.e. bucket or sink) to
reduce spray.
To start cleaning, press and release the On/Off button (Fig.
1) while the accessory is in contact with the surface to be
cleaned. The tool will come up to speed quickly. Gently
press to the surface to be cleaned, do not press too hard,
let the tool do the work. Move the tool in a circular pattern.
Do not hold the tool in one spot for more than 5 seconds.
To turn the tool off, press and release the on/off button.
ELECTRONIC MONITORING
Your tool is equipped with an internal electronic monitoring
system that helps to maximize motor and battery
performance by limiting the current to the tool when
overload and stall conditions occur.
If you stall the tool for too long the tool will automatically
turn off. Once this happens, simply press and release the
on/off button twice to start the tool again, and continue
using it.
When the battery becomes close to empty, the tool may
shut down more frequently than normal. If this happens, it
is time to recharge the tool.
ACCESSORIES
The kit includes a backing pad, splash guard, and 4

different accessories. Spot-test a small section of the
surface that you intend to clean for acceptability before
cleaning entire job.
SPLASH GUARD
It is recommended to use the splash guard for all wet
cleaning applications. Keep splash guard in the “extended”
position while tool is running to contain the spray of water
and cleaning solutions.
To get into tighter spaces, the splash guard can be
retracted into the “up” position.
To remove the splash guard entirely, turn the tool off,
unscrew the backing pad, then twist the splash guard a
quarter turn to remove. Screw the backing pad back on.
WHITE FOAM ERASER PAD – PC362
Multipurpose pad recommended for use on hard surfaces,
painted walls, shoes, and non-stainless steel appliances.
Due to the micro-abrasive technology, the pad will help to
remove stains without using an abrasive cleaner; however,
light pressure before use.
Wood with high gloss, polish, brushed, satin, Faux, or bare;
copper; stainless steel; non-stick coating or vehicle body.
BLUE MICROFIBER NON-SCRATCH PAD – PC363
Recommended for tough jobs without scratching. Good
for use on pots and pans, grill exterior, sink, stove top
and stove grates, kitchen appliances, and outdoor tools/
equipment.
BROWN ABRASIVE HEAVY-DUTY PAD – PC361
Abrasive pad has embedded grit for jobs that require more
aggressive cleaning and removal, such as metal prep, lawn
furniture, paint removal, uncoated cookware and more. It
quickly cuts through and removes tough stuck-on messes.
BLACK NYLON BRISTLE BRUSH – PC364
Use for tough scrubbing applications, such as: grout, tire
rims, sinks, xtures, equipment, patio furniture, and various
other surfaces in your bathroom and kitchen.
Durable polypropylene bristles are angled to allow you to
get into corners better.
STALL PROTECTION
This tool has a stall protection feature built into it to protect
the motor and battery in the event of a stall. If you put too
much pressure on the tool for too long, the motor will stop.
Simply take the tool off of the material you were stalled
on, and restart the tool with the On / Off button. When the
battery becomes close to empty, the tool may shut down
automatically more frequent than normal. If this happens, it
is time to recharge the battery.

The tool can be cleaned most effectively with compressed
dry air. Always wear safety goggles when cleaning
tools with compressed air.

TO AVOID ACCIDENTS, ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE
TOOL AND/OR CHARGER FROM THE POWER
SUPPLY BEFORE CLEANING
Ventilation openings and switch levers must be kept clean
and free of foreign matter. Do not attempt to clean the tool
by inserting pointed objects through an opening.

CERTAIN CLEANING AGENTS AND SOLVENTS
DAMAGE PLASTIC PARTS. Some of these are:
gasoline, carbon tetrachloride, chlorinated cleaning solvents,
ammonia and household detergents that contain ammonia.
SERVICE AND WARRANTY
We recommend that all tool service be performed by a
Dremel Service Centre.
This Dremel product is guaranteed in accordance with
normal wear and tear, overload or improper handling are
excluded from the warranty.
In case of a complaint, send the undismantled tool and/or
charger and proof of purchase to your dealer.

Schalter ist eine Gefahrenquelle und muss repariert

von Kindern lagern. Personen, die mit dem
Gerät oder dieser Anleitung nicht vertraut sind,

VERWENDUNG UND PFLEGE AKKUBETRIEBENER

c. Halten Sie nicht benutzte Akkus von
Metallgegenständen wie Heftklammern, Münzen,
Schlüsseln, Nägeln, Schrauben oder anderen
Metallteilen fern, die zu einer Überbrückung
der Pole führen können. Das Kurzschließen der
Akkuklemmen kann zu Verbrennungen und Bränden
führen.
d. Bei unsachgemäßer Handhabung kann es zum
Austreten von Flüssigkeiten aus dem Akku
kommen. Vermeiden Sie Hautkontakt. Nach
Hautkontakt gründlich mit Wasser spülen.
Bei Augenkontakt zusätzlich einen Arzt rufen.
Akkuüssigkeit kann zu Reizungen und Verbrennungen
führen.
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE FÜR
ALLE ANWENDUNGEN
a. Der Bediener muss die Maschine in
Übereinstimmung mit den geltenden Vorschriften
benutzen. Er/sie muss die örtlichen Gegebenheiten
berücksichtigen und bei der Arbeit mit dem Werkzeug
auf weitere anwesende Personen achten, besonders
Kinder.
b. Beim Arbeiten an erhöhten Arbeitsplätzen
besondere Vorsicht walten lassen.
c. Beim Arbeiten mit dem Werkzeug nicht aus dem
Fenster lehnen!
d. Der Bediener ist verantwortlich für Personen im
Arbeitsbereich.
e. Keine Zubehörteile verwenden, die vom
Werkzeughersteller speziell konstruiert und
empfohlen sind. Dass sich bestimmte Zubehörteile am
Werkzeug befestigen lassen, ist kein Hinweis auf deren
sicheren Einsatz.
f. Die Nenndrehzahl von Zubehörteilen muss
mindestens der auf dem Werkzeug angegebenen
maximalen Drehzahl entsprechen. Zubehör, das sich
schneller dreht als zulässig, kann zerstört werden.
g. Außendurchmesser und die Dicke Ihrer
Zubehörteile müssen innerhalb der Toleranzgrenzen
des Geräts liegen. Falsch bemessene Zubehörteile
können nicht ausreichend abgeschirmt und kontrolliert
werden.
h. Gewindemontierte Zubehörteile müssen zum
Spindelgewinde passen. Flanschmontierte
Zubehörteile müssen zu den Maßen des Flansches
passen. Zubehörteile, die nicht präzise auf die Spindel
des Werkzeugs passen, drehen sich mit Unwucht und
vibrieren sehr stark. Es kann dann zum Verlust der
Kontrolle kommen.
i. Beschädigtes Zubehör nicht verwenden. Vor
jedem Gebrauch Zubehör wie Schleifscheiben auf
Späne und Risse, Stützteller auf Brüche sowie

übermäßigen Verschleiß prüfen, Drahtbürsten auf
lose oder gerissene Borsten. Fällt ein Werkzeug
oder Zubehörteil zu Boden, auf Beschädigungen
prüfen oder unbeschädigtes Zubehörteil
installieren. Nach Inspektion und Installation
eines Zubehörteils, Rotationsebene so ausrichten,
dieser Ausrichtung Werkzeug eine Minute lang
mit maximaler Leerlaufdrehzahl laufen lassen.
Beschädigtes Zubehör bricht meist innerhalb dieser
Testzeit.
j. Dieses Gerät darf nicht von Personen (einschließlich
Kindern) mit eingeschränkten physischen,
sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten oder von
im Umgang mit elektrischen Geräten unerfahrenen
Personen verwendet werden, es sei denn, diese
werden von Personen beaufsichtigt und angeleitet,
die für ihre Sicherheit verantwortlich sind.
k. Achten Sie bei anderen Personen auf sicheren
Abstand zum Arbeitsbereich. Jeder, der den

Werkstücks oder gebrochenes Zubehör können

LADEN DES AKKUS
Verwenden Sie zum Laden des Dremel Versa ein
entspricht.
Verwenden Sie zum Laden des Dremel Versa ein
USB-Kabel von Dremel. Die Verwendung anderer USB-
Kabel kann zu Werkzeug- und Sachschäden sowie
Verletzungen führen.
Bei Lieferung ist Ihr Dremel PC10 nicht vollständig
aufgeladen. Werkzeug vor der ersten Verwendung
1. USB-Kabel „F“ in den USB-Anschluss des Netzteils
„H“ stecken. Wurde kein Netzteil mitgeliefert, laden
Sie das Gerät mit einem USB-Netzteil mit mindestens
5 V / 1 A.
2. Netzteil „H“ in eine normale Steckdose stecken.
3. Micro USB-Stecker „E“ in den Micro USB-Anschluss
„B“ stecken.
4. Der Ladevorgang wird durch die Ladeanzeige
signalisiert. Die blaue LED-Anzeige am
Werkzeuggehäuse unter der USB-Schnittstelle leuchtet,
während der Akku geladen wird.
Ist das Gerät vollständig aufgeladen (ca. 2 Stunden
45 Minuten), wird der Ladevorgang automatisch
gestoppt. Die blaue LED-Anzeige erlischt.
5. Während des Ladevorgangs wird der Griff des
Werkzeugs warm. Das ist normal.
Hinweis: Bei laufendem Werkzeug wird der
Ladevorgang unterbrochen. Nach dem Ausschalten des
Werkzeugs wird er fortgesetzt.
6. Wenn der Akku vollständig geladen ist, trennen Sie das
Micro USB-Ende des Kabels „E“ vom Werkzeug.
Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose (es sei
denn Sie wollen noch ein anderes Werkzeug laden).
8. Ist der Akku leer, wird das Gerät automatisch
ausgeschaltet. In diesem Fall erfolgt ein plötzlicher
Stopp, keine allmähliche Verlangsamung des
Werkzeugs. Laden Sie in diesem Fall einfach den Akku
auf.
WICHTIGE LADEHINWEISE
Der Lithium-Ionen-Akku hält seine Ladung bis zu 2 Jahre.
Das Gerät ist deshalb bei Bedarf jederzeit betriebsbereit.
• Das Ladegerät ist so konstruiert, dass eine
Schnellladung des Akkus nur bei Akkutemperaturen
zwischen 0 °C und 45 °C erfolgt.
• Eine wesentlich verkürzte Betriebszeit nach der

ausgewechselt werden muss. Für die Wartung
Ihres Werkzeugs wenden Sie sich bitte an eine

b. Überprüfen Sie, ob die Steckdose an einen
Lichtschalter angeschlossen ist, der die

Zimmerbeleuchtung ausgeschaltet wird.
c. Überprüfen Sie die USB-Anschlüsse auf
Verschmutzungen. Bei Bedarf mit Wattestäbchen
und Alkohol reinigen.
d. Überprüfen Sie, ob das USB-Kabel ordnungsgemäß
mit dem Gerät und dem Netzteil verbunden ist.
e. Wird der Akku noch immer nicht richtig aufgeladen,
senden Sie Werkzeug und Netzteil an Ihr Dremel
Service Center.
Hinweis: Die Verwendung von Netzteilen oder Akkupacks
von anderen Herstellern als Dremel kann zum Erlöschen
der Garantie führen.

CHARGEMENT DU PACK DE BATTERIE
Utilisez un adaptateur secteur correspondant aux
Dremel Versa.
Chargez le Dremel Versa avec un câble USB fourni
par Dremel. L’utilisation d’autres câbles USB pourrait
endommager l’équipement, causer des dégâts
matériels et entraîner des blessures.
Votre outil Dremel PC10 n’est pas chargé totalement
quand il est expédié de l’usine. Assurez-vous de charger
l’outil avant la première utilisation.
1. Insérez le câble USB “F” dans le port USB de
l’adaptateur secteur “H”. Si l’adaptateur secteur n’est
pas inclus, chargez l’outil en utilisant une alimentation
USB de 5 V/1 A minimum.
2. Branchez l’adaptateur secteur “H” dans une prise de
courant standard.
3. Branchez la prise micro USB “E” dans le port micro
USB “B”.
4. Le voyant de charge de la batterie I indique la
progression de la charge. Le voyant bleu situé sur le
pour signaler que la batterie reçoit une charge.
Lorsque l’outil est entièrement chargé (environ 2h45),
la charge s’arrête automatiquement et le voyant bleu
s’éteint.

5. Il est normal que la poignée de l’outil chauffe pendant
la charge.

est en marche et reprend à nouveau après que l’outil

6. Lorsque la batterie est complètement chargée,
débranchez l’extrémité micro-USB du câble “E” de
l’outil.
Débranchez l’adaptateur secteur de la prise de courant
(sauf si vous chargez un autre outil).
8. Lorsque la batterie est déchargée l’outil s’éteint
automatiquement. Cela provoquer un arrêt soudain,

Le Dremel Versa est conçu pour fonctionner avec du
spray, de la mousse, du gel ou des nettoyeurs liquides.
Avant d’utiliser des solutions de nettoyage, veuillez lire et
suivre les avertissements et les instructions d’utilisation
du fabricant. Couvrez la zone environnante en cours de
nettoyage pour la protéger du spray. Utilisez le carter de
protection sur les surfaces ouvertes pour contenir le spray.
Il est recommandé d’appliquer de l’eau et un agent de
nettoyage sur la surface qui a besoin d’être nettoyée et/ou
directement sur l’accessoire. En cas d’application directe
d’eau ou d’un agent de nettoyage sur l’accessoire, enlevez
le mettant rapidement sous tension, puis hors tension dans

ACCESSOIRES
Le kit inclut un plateau de ponçage, un carter de protection
et 4 accessoires différents. Procédez à un test ponctuel
d’acceptabilité d’une petite section de la surface avant
d’effectuer tout le travail de nettoyage.
CARTER DE PROTECTION
Il est recommandé d’utiliser le carter de protection pour
toutes les applications de nettoyage en phase humide.
Maintenez le carter de protection en position étendue
lorsque l’outil est en cours d’utilisation pour contenir les
gouttelettes d’eau et de solutions de nettoyage.
Pour accéder aux espaces plus réduits, le carter de
protection peut être replacé en position haute.
Pour retirer entièrement le carter de protection, mettez
l’outil hors tension, dévissez le plateau de ponçage, puis
de le retirer. Revissez le plateau de ponçage.
