1. HOW TO USE YOUR OVEN
This multi-function oven combines the advantages of traditional convection ovens
with those modern models assisted by a fan in a single appliance. It is an extremely
versatile device that allows you to choose between different cooking modes easily
and carefully. The different characteristics offered by the oven are selected by
means of the selection button "B" and the thermostat "C" located in the control
panel.
Pressure-Inside Control Button (Only available on certain models) the control
button can be pressed in, and you can press the button slightly to release or close it.
Note: The first time you use your appliance we recommend that you set the
thermostat to the highest setting and leave the oven on for about half an hour with
nothing in it, with the oven door closed. After this open the oven door and allow
room air to circulate inward. The odor that is frequently detected during this initial
use is due to the evaporation of the substances used to protect the oven during
storage until it is installed.
Note: Place the filler provided on the rack to the bottom of the oven to prevent any
sauce and / or grease from spilling over the bottom of the oven, only when roasting
food or when using the grill (only available on certain models). For all other types of
cooking never use the shelf in the bottom and never put anything to the bottom of
the oven when in operation because this can damage the enamel. Place your
cooking utensils (plates, foil, etc.) on the rack provided and move them according to
the oven guides.
Note: To use the oven in manual mode (not using the final cooking time
programmer): the symbol must be aligned with the reference marked on the
control panel.
Convection Mode 2100-2520W Position of thermostat knob: between 60 ℃and
Max. In this setting the electric heaters on the top and the bottom are turned on. This
is the classic, traditional type of oven that has been perfected, with fire distribution
and reduced energy consumption. The convection oven has no comparison when it
comes to cooking dishes with ingredients such as ribs with cabbage, Spanish style
cod, Ancona style cod, veal strips with rice, etc. Excellent results are achieved by
preparing beef as well as meat dishes (stewed meats, stew, stewed Hungarian style,
non-domestic animals, ham, etc.), which need to be cooked slowly, basting or
adding liquid. It is the best system to cook cakes as well as fruits and plates of

covered casseroles for baking. When cooking in convection mode uses only one
cooker hood or rack at a time, otherwise the fire distribution will be uneven. Using
the different shelf heights available you can balance the amount of fire between the
top and the bottom of the oven. Select the various shelf heights depending on
whether the dish requires more or less fire from above.
Mode "Fast Cooking”2125-2560W Position of thermostat knob: Between 60 ℃
and Max. The electric heaters on the top and bottom, just like the fan, will light up
ensuring constant fire evenly distributed throughout the oven. This mode is
especially recommended for cooking pre-cooked fast foods (as no preheating is
required) as well as for some "homemade" dishes.
The best results when using the "Quick cooking" mode are obtained if you use only
one cooking tray (use the second tray from the bottom), please see the table titled
"Practical Cooking Tip".
Multi-Cooking Mode 2370-2924W Thermostat knob position "C": Between 60 ℃
and Max. The top circle and bottom heaters, as well as the fan, will turn on
alternately. As the fire remains constant and uniform throughout the oven, the air
cooks and dora the food evenly over its entire surface. With this mode you can also
cook several dishes at the same time, as long as their respective cooking
temperatures are the same. A maximum of two shelves can be used at the same
time, following the instructions in the section titled "Cooking on more than One
Shelf".
This cooking mode is particularly recommended for dishes requiring a gratin finish or
for those requiring prolonged cooking times, such as: lasagna, roasted chicken and
potatoes, etc. In addition the excellent distribution of fire makes it possible to lower
the temperature when cooking roasts. This results in less juice loss, meat being
tenderer and a decrease in roast weight loss. The multi-cooking mode is especially
suitable for cooking fish, which can be prepared with the addition of a limited amount
of seasoning, thus maintaining taste and appearance.
Excellent results can be obtained when cooking dishes based on vegetables such
as curettes, aborigines and peppers, etc. Desserts: this mode is also perfect for
cooking yeast cakes. This mode can also be used to quickly defrost white or red
meat by setting the temperature to 80 ° C. To thaw more delicate foods, set the
thermostat to 60 ° C or use only the cold air circulation feature by setting the
thermostat to 0 ° C.
Pizza Mode 2772-3420W Thermostat knob position "C": Between 60 ℃and 250
℃. The bottom and circular heaters, as well as the fan, will turn on. This combination
quickly heats the oven due to the large amount of energy used by the appliance,

which results in considerable fire production coming from the bottom. The pizza
mode is ideal for foods that require high temperatures for cooking, such as pizzas
and large roasts. Use only one tray or rack at a time. However, if more than one is
used, these should be exchanged halfway through the cooking process.
Delicate Cooking 1220-1460W Position of thermostat knob "C": Between 60 ℃
and 250 ℃. The heater on the bottom and the fan are turned on. Suitable for non-dry
cakes, pies and sweets in tin trays or molds. Excellent results are also obtained in
cooking that requires all the fire from the bottom. You are advised to set the tray to a
low level.
"Superior" oven 940-1110W Position the "C" thermostat knob: Between 60 ℃
and Max. The heater on the top turns on. This mode can be used to brown food at
the end of cooking.
Roasting Grill 2090-2520W Thermostat knob position "C": Max. The top center
theater is turned on. The extremely high and direct temperature of the grill makes it
possible to brown the surface of the meats and roasts while enclosing the juices to
keep them tender. The grill is also highly recommended for dishes requiring a high
surface temperature: beef steak, veal, rib steak, steaks, burgers, etc.
Cook the food with the oven door ajar. Some examples of roasting are included in
the paragraph of "Practical Cooking Tip".
Fan-assisted Roasting 2100-2550W Position of thermostat knob "C": Between
60 ℃and 200 ℃. The central heaters and fan turn on. This combination of features
increases the effectiveness of unidirectional thermal radiation from heaters through
forced air circulation throughout the furnace. This helps prevent food from burning
on the surface, allowing the fire to penetrate the food. Excellent results are achieved
with skewers made with meats and vegetables, pepperoni, ribs, lamb chops, chicken
in spicy sauce, quail, pork chops, etc..
Cook food in "Fan-assisted Roasting" mode with oven door closed.
This mode is also ideal for cooking fish steaks, such as swordfish, stuffed sepia, etc.
Baking Mode 1660-2020W Position of thermostat knob "C": Between 60 ℃and
250 ℃. The backs of the heaters and the fan are turned on, guaranteeing the
delicate distribution of fire evenly throughout the oven. This mode is ideal for baking
and cooking delicate foods especially cakes that need to rise, and for the
preparation of certain tartlets on 3 shelves at the same time. Here are some
examples: cream buns, sweet or savory biscuits, salty snacks, Swiss rolls, and small
portions of gratin vegetables, etc.

"Defrost" mode 45-55W Thermostat knob position "C": Anyone the fan located
on the bottom of the oven causes air to circulate at room temperature around the
food. This is recommended to defrost all types of food, but in particular delicate
foods, which do not require fire, for example: ice cream cakes, cream or custard,
and fruit cakes. Using the fan, the defrost time is reduced by half. In the case of
meat, fish and bread, it is possible to accelerate the process using the "Bake" mode
and adjusting the temperature to 80 ℃-100 ℃.
The Rotisserie (only available on certain models) To start the rotisserie proceed as
follows: • place the oven pan on the first rack; • insert the special rotisserie holder
into the second rack and position the rotisserie by inserting it through a hole inside
the rotisserie at the bottom of the oven; • start the grill using the "B" button to select
the setting.

2. HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR OVEN IN GOOD
CONDITION
Before cleaning the oven or any maintenance, disconnect it from the mains. To
lengthen the life of your oven, it must be cleaned frequently, taking into account:
•Enameled or stainless steel parts should be washed in warm water
without using abrasive powders or corrosive substances that could
damage them; Stainless steel may be stained. If these stains are
difficult to remove, use the special products available in the market.
After cleaning, it is advisable to rinse thoroughly and dry.
•The interior of the oven should be cleaned preferably after use, when it
is still hot, with soap and hot water; the soap should be rinsed and the
interior thoroughly dried. Avoid using abrasive detergents (eg cleaning
powders, etc.) and abrasive sponges for dishes or acids (such as
removers, etc.) as these could damage the enamel. If grease and dirt
stains are particularly resistant to removal, use a special oven cleaning
product, following the instructions provided on the package. Never use
steam cleaners to clean inside the oven.
•If you use your oven for a long period of time, it may form
condensation. Wipe dry with a soft cloth.
•There is a rubber seal that surrounds the opening of the oven and
guarantees its perfect operation. Check the condition of this seal on a
regular basis. If necessary, clean it by avoiding abrasive products or
objects. If it is damaged, please contact the nearest service center. We
recommend that you avoid using the oven until it is replaced.
•Never cover the bottom of the oven with foil, as a result of the
accumulation of heat could compromise its operation and even
damage the enamel.
•Clean oven glass by avoiding abrasives or sponges, dry with a soft
cloth.

Cooking with more than one grid
If you are going to cook food using more than one grid, use the "Baking" mode.
This style allows you to cook up to 3 grids at the same time (1st, 3rd and 5th
positions from bottom to top). Some examples are included in the table of
practical knowledge.
When cooking other types of food on several grids use the "Multi-cooking" mode
and follow the following suggestions:
•The oven comes with 5 grids. During ventilation assisted cooking, use
2 of the 3 central grids; the lowest and the highest when cooking
delicate products so that the food receives the hot air directly and
prevents them from burning.
•As a general rule, use the 2nd and 4th grille from below, place the food
you need, plus cooking on grid 2, eg preparation of roasted meat along
with other foods, place the delicate foods on the 4th grid.
•When cooking foods that require different times and temperatures,
place the temperature in a range between the two required
temperatures, place the most delicate food on the 4th grid from below,
remove the food that needs the least amount of cooking first.
•Use the collection tray on the bottom and the grid on the top.
Using the "Fast Cooking" mode
Function for prepackaged foods, eg foods (frozen or precooked). Find some
suggestions on the practical cooking table, below.
Using the Grill This multifunction oven offers you 2 different ways to grill food. Use
the "Grill" mode, with the door ajar, place the food under the center of the grill,
placed on the 3rd or 4th grid from below, since only the central part of the resistance
will be the one that warm. Use the bottom grill (the 1st from below) place the
included collection tray to collect any sauce or grease to avoid any spillage on the
bottom surface of the oven. When using this mode we recommend placing the
thermostat in the highest position. However this does not mean that you cannot use
a lower temperature, simply adjust the knob to the desired temperature. To install
the "fan assisted grill", grill only with forced or assisted ventilation with the door
closed is absolutely necessary to grille the foods quickly. This function not only
causes the food to be cooked also to cook the food in the lower part of the oven. It is
also used to brown or gratin the food at the end of cooking. When using this mode,
place the grill on 2nd or 3rd level from bottom to top (see cooking table). Place the

User Manual
ELECTRIC IN BUILT OVEN | EUROPA 60 ELÉCTRICO
12
grease trays on a rack on the 1st level so that it does not fall out and smoke or
fumes are left.
Important: always use the "fan assisted grill" with the door closed. This will allow you
to obtain two things an excellent result and also save energy (10% aprox.). When
using this mode, set the thermostat to 200 ° C for a more efficient grill, which is
based on the use of infrared. However this does not mean that you cannot use lower
temperatures, set the knob to the desired temperature.
For best results when using grill mode, you get by placing the rack on the lowest
level (see the practical cooking chart) Place the grease tray on a rack on the 1st
level so that it does not fall out and smoke Or smoked food. For baking piques and
cakes. When baking cakes, preheat the oven first, be sure to wait until the oven is
completely warm (the "E" light will go out) Do not open the oven door during baking
time to prevent it from lifting the cake.
Very dry pasta Increase the temperature by 10% and reduce the cooking time
Pasta does not lift Use less liquid or lower temperature about 10% approx.
Very dark paste on the surface Place it on a lower rack, lower the temperature and
increase the cooking time.
Well cooked inside, raw on the outside Use less liquid, lower the temperature,
increase the cooking time.
The paste is glued to the mold. Grease the mold well and spray it with flour or use
waxed paper
When using more than one level to cook several foods with different Use a lower
temperature and take out each food at a different time the one that is ready first.
Cooking Pizza for a better pizza baking result, use the "Pizza Mode": Pizza mode. •
Preheat the oven for at least 10 min; • Use a lightweight aluminum tray; place it on
the oven rack. If you use the oven grease tray, increase the temperature, otherwise
the cooking time will be extended, making the pizza not crusty. • Do not open the
door Of the oven very often when baking • If the pizza has too many trimmings
(three or four), it is recommended to add the mozzarella cheese in the middle of the
cooking process • When cooking pizza in two grids, use the 2nd and 4th with a
Temperature 220 ℃and place the pizzas in the oven after a preheating of at least
10 minutes..
Cooking Meats and Fish When cooking white meats, poultry, fish, use temperatures
ranging from 180 ° C to 200 ° C. For well cooked red meat tender and juicy on the
inside, it is recommended to start with a high temperature between (200 ° -220 °) for
a short time and then lower the temperature. In general, to lengthen the roasted,

lower the temperature slightly. Place the meat in the center of the grate and place
the grate very close to grasp the grease. Make sure that the grille is inserted in the
center of the oven. If you want to increase the amount of heat from below, use the
high rack. For a tastier roast (with duck and turkey), wrap with bacon above.
