Assembly Instructions
Please read and understand the complete instructions prior to assembly and use of your outdoor leisure product. Customer agrees not to hold

Organize your pieces neatly on the ground.
Holding the walls flush together, secure them using the
provided 2 ½” (64mm) screws from the inside of the
front wall into the side wall.
Set up the front wall where the Tropical Paradise tiki bar
will be placed.
Slide one of the side wall pieces flush into the front wall.

Repeat this process for the other side wall piece.
Secure the base to the bar top using the provided 2 ½”
(64mm) screws from the inside of the front wall up into
the bar top.
Be careful not to overtighten as screws will go through
top of bar.
Place the bar top onto the assembled bottom base.
* The bar top should “slip” over the assembled walls.
If the roof option is chosen, secure the bar top to the
base through the post holes.
If the roof option is not selected, continue to next step.

Place the bar cabinet inside the base of the tiki bar.
If no bar cabinet was chosen, skip the next 3 steps.
Repeat the process by fastening inside the mini fridge
compartment to the tiki bar base using 2 ½” (64mm)
screws.
Slide the bar cabinet tight to the front wall of the tiki bar.
Secure the frame on the inside of the bar cabinet to the
tiki bar base using 2 ½” (64mm) screws.

Insert the bar posts into the holes on the top of the tiki
bar.
Organize the roof support pieces.
The longer 4 are for the corners and the shorter ones go
in between.
The posts should go into the holes so they sit tight to the
tiki bar top.
Lay the roof frame on a clean flat surface.

To make installation easier, pre place 3” (76mm) screws
into the ends of the roof supports.
Repeat for the remaining 3 corners.
Locate the roof cap assembly.
With assistance from a helper, hold the corner roof
support flush to the corner of the roof cap assembly.
Secure the post to the assembly with 3” (76mm) screws.
(2 screws per corner)

Center the roof cap assembly on top of the roof frame.
Install 3 supports for each side.
1 at either end and one centered between them.
Repeat for the other side.
Screw the corners of the roof supports to the roof frame
using 3” (76mm) screws.
Ensure that the supports are centered on the corners.
Position one of the shorter supports flush to the side
and top of the side of the roof cap and secure with 3”
(76mm) screws.

Center 1 roof support on the end and secure as in the
previous step.
Repeat for the other end.
The roof boards are tongue and groove.
The boards with a straight cut on the groove side are for
the bottom of the roof.
Screw the bottoms of the roof supports to the roof
frame using 3” (76mm) screws.
Gather up and organize your roof boards.
The short ones are for the ends and the longer ones are
for the sides.

Starting on one of the sides, insert the shortest board up
tight to the roof cap.
Install the bottom roof boards in the same manner.
Secure the roof boards into the roof supports with the
provided 2” (51mm) screws.
Continue adding the roof boards working around the
roof assembly.
Use a rubber mallet to tap boards tight together.

Gather up your synthetic palm thatch pieces.
Add the next piece of thatch overlapping the last piece
by a couple inches.
(To keep the thatch level you can use the roof board as a
guide for a straight line)
Place the thatch onto the roof with the synthetic palm
leaves hanging over the bottom as in picture.
Secure with staples
Please note you are going to want to use a lot of
staples to hold thatch pieces to the roof.

When you get to the end of the roof, cut off the excess
thatch with a utility knife.
Cut some thatch into “thirds”
These will be used in the corners.
Use the cut off piece to start the first row on the short
side. Cut the excess off the corner in the same manner.
Continue to add the synthetic thatch in this manner
around the roof.

Take the cut corner pieces and fasten them to the
corners with staples.
This will cover up the corners of the thatch underneath.
Cut approximately 3-4” of the top of a few pieces of
thatch.
Fasten a row of thatch, then the cut corner pieces.
Continue this method until you get to the top.
When you reach the top, overlap the 2 sides as shown.

Use these cut pieces to cover the thatch at the top.
Now cut some thatch pieces just past the leaf ends as in
picture.
Attach 2 more corner pieces at each end of the roof.
Use cut corner pieces to make a ridge cap cover coming
in from each end until they meet in the middle.

Overlap the 2 cut pieces back to back then secure into
place with staples.
Secure any loos thatch you may find with staples
Secure the bar posts from the inside of the base using
the provided 3” (76mm) wood screws.
Repeat on other side
With a helper, place the roof up onto the bar posts.
Center the roof ensuring it is overhanging the same front
and back and side to side.
Secure the bar posts to the assembled roof using the
supplied lag screws.
Repeat on all 4 corners.
