IMPORTANT SAFETY RULES
When using the vibrator always prevent exposure and breathing of harmful
dust and particles.
WARNING: Some dust created by power sanding, sawing, grinding, drilling and
other construction activities contains chemicals known to the State of California to
cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.
Some examples of these chemicals are:
• Lead from lead-based paints.
• Crystalline silica from bricks and cement and other masonry products, and
arsenic and chromium from chemically-treated lumber.
Your risk from these exposures varies, depending on how often you do this type of
work. To reduce your exposure to these chemicals: work in a well ventilated area,
and work with approved safety equipment, such as dust masks that are specially
designed to filter out microscopic particles.
WARNING: Handling the power cord on corded products may expose you to lead, a
chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other
reproductive harm. Wash hands after handling.
PERSONAL SAFETY
Be sure to connect the charger to the AC120V outlet when using the
charger.
Do not use it at other voltages. Otherwise, rapture, fire, smoking, high-heat,
electric shock may result.
Do not put combustible material like a cloth on the battery or charger
while the battery is being charged.
Otherwise ignition, heat generation, or rapture may result.
Remove the battery from the charger if charging is not completed even
after charging for a long time. Otherwise heat generation, ignition, or rapture
may result.
Do not use batteries if it is extremely short operating time. It may cause
high-heat, ignition, or leakage.
Be sure to read the operation manual and label descriptions of the charger.
WARNING
DANGER

1English1
English -4
Be sure to understand them well before using the product.
Put on a safety helmet, safety boots, anti-vibration gloves, face protector
(safety glasses and mask) and safety belt before using the vibrator.
If the work place is hard to stand on, such as reinforcing steel, lay a plate
on it to gain the scaffold for walking.
If the machine stops suddenly, turn off the switch and remove the battery.
Otherwise, the motor may burn or electric shock may occur.
When using the vibrator near feet or in places that are not very deep,
concrete may be splattered around. Use a face protector (e.g. safety glasses
and mask) to protect your eyes and mouth.
WORK AREA
The power switch should be turned ON/OFF only
when the head assembly is not inserted in the
ready-mixed concrete.
If the power is turned OFF,
while it is the vibrator is inserted in the ready-
mixed concrete, it may not be able to remove the
head assembly.
Forcibly pulling it out may cause injury.
Do not pry or twist the vibrator with a small force
among the reinforcing bars or the mold form with
the head assembly. Otherwise the vibration unit
may become abraded.
Do not place heavy objects on the product.
The head assembly of this product should not be operated on hard surfaces such
as concrete or steel plate. Bearings and shafts might be damaged.
Do not attach or detach the battery while the switch is turned on.
CAUTION
WARNING

1English1
English -5
Otherwise the motor or battery terminal may be damaged.
Do not turn on the switch within 3 seconds after turning it off.
The protection circuit of the battery may work and the vibrator may not start up.
Be careful to prevent entering water and concrete into the motor from the
ventilation holes during operation.
Motor assembly and batteries may be damaged.
If the motor assembly went under the water, pull it out immediately. Turn off
the power and then, remove the battery.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
Do not put the battery on the fire. When the battery is burned, toxic gases and
hazardous substance may be generated.
Be sure to use the dedicated battery B6029LA when using the vibrator.
It may result in liquid leakage, high-heat generation, ignition, or explosion.
Be sure to use battery charger DC60UN26-C25 for battery B6029LA. Never
use other battery charger. Do not use the charger for any purpose other than
charging Battery B6029LA. It may result in liquid leakage, high-heat
generation, ignition, or explosion.
Do not disassemble or modify the vibrator, charger, or battery.
Do not use the vibrator, replace the battery, or charge the battery in a place
exposed to rain or water, or with wet hands. It may result in electric shock or
malfunction.
Do not store batteries with nails, screwdrivers, or metal boxes. By
contacting metal with the battery terminal may cause a short circuit, resulting in
fire, high-heat generation, electric shock, or damage.
Do not damage the battery, such as sticking with a nail, throwing, or
dropping.
It may result in high-heat generation, ignition, or explosion. Do not use or
charge the damaged battery. Otherwise, it may cause heat generation, ignition,
explosion, or explosion.
If the battery liquid get into the eyes or attach to the skin, wash it with clean
water, such as tap water immediately. After that, consult a doctor.
If the damaged battery leaks, wear rubber gloves to avoid to contact it directly.

may cause skin damage.
BATTERY SAFETY
(to prevent death)
Do not use the charger in a humid or wet place. A well-ventilated place is
recommended. Otherwise, it may result in smoking, heat, fire, or electric shock.
Do not block the ventilation holes of the charger. Clean the ventilation holes to
ensure adequate air circulation.
Be sure to pull out the power plug of the charger when unplugging it. Do
not pull the power cord to unplug.
Be careful not to break the power cord due to deterioration caused by heat or oil
or sharp projections. If the power cord or power plug is damaged, replace the
charger. It may cause a short circuit, a fire, heat, electric shock, or damage.
During charging, use the charger at an ambient temperature within the
range of 10°C to 45°C. Charging at temperature outside the range may cause
fatal damage to the battery.
Unplug the power plug from the outlet before cleaning the charger.
Remove the battery from the main unit before maintenance.
Store and use the battery, charger and vibrator in place where out of reach
of children for safety reason.
Do not store batteries in locations where the ambient temperature exceeds
40 or humidity is high℃. Smoke, heat, or malfunction may result (in hot sun, a
car in the summer, a box made of metal near a heating appliance or a warehouse
with poor ventilation).
Do not put the battery in a microwave oven or a high-pressure container.
The inside of the battery may be damaged, resulting in heat generation, ignition,
or explosion.
During charging or using the vibrator, if abnormal odor, heat generation,
fuming, deformation, discoloration occurs, stop using it immediately and
remove the battery. It may cause ignition, overheating or explosion.
