Introduction
Overview
Thank you for purchasing this product. For proper installation and optimum
performance, please read the instructions in this manual carefully.
This product is a VGA to HDMI converter that transmits VGA and stereo audio
signal from PC to an HDMI display device. This converter can be powered by
computer via a Micro USB cable.

Troubleshooting
No Picture
1. Check that the converter is connected to the laptop to receive power with
the included USB to Micro-USB cable.
2. Check wire connections at each device.
3. Ensure that the source is turned on and connected properly.
4. Verify that there is video from the source selected. Select another source if
necessary.
5. Check that the display is switched to a correct source input mode, for
example switching to HDMI 1 if its HDMI 1 port is connected.
6. Check that source video resolution is supported. For more information, see
"Specification".
No Sound
1. Check that audio cable is connected properly.
2. Verify that there is audio from the source selected. Select another source if
necessary.
3. For more solutions, see suggestions in "No Picture".

Warranty Terms and Conditions
For the following cases we shall charge for the service(s) claimed for the
products if the product is still remediable and the warranty card becomes
unenforceable or inapplicable.
1. The original serial number (specified by us) labeled on the product has
been removed, erased, replaced, defaced or is illegible.
2. The warranty has expired.
3. The defects are caused by the fact that the product is repaired,
dismantled or altered by anyone that is not from an authorized service
partner. The defects are caused by the fact that the product is used or
handled improperly, roughly or not as instructed in the applicable User
Guide.
4. The defects are caused by any force majeure including but not limited to
accidents, fire, earthquake, lightning, tsunami and war.
5. The service, configuration and gifts promised by salesman only but not
covered by normal contract.
6. We preserve the right for interpretation of these cases above and to make
changes to them at any time without notice.
