Weight Loss:Guarantee light weight, long time and multiple times. Use
elementary or medium elastic exercise bands (such as Eackrola's
Blue/Orange/Red band), Short intervals and multiple times, the time needs
to reach more than 30 minutes. It can effectively reduce the fat in the arms,
legs and waist.
Muscle Strength: Similar to exercise in the gym,through the training of several
moves on the same part. Elasticity can be selectedfrom elementary(Blue/
