Welcome to EasiWise, the Intelligent Hot Water Solution for electric and solar geysers. The easy to
read LCD display will give you all the information you need to know of the status of your hot water at
any time, the hours your geyser has been on and KWh use.
EasiWise allows you to set up to four daily timers for weekdays and weekends. There is also a holiday
mode setting for when you go away or want your geyser off for a long period and a BOOST button,
which when pressed overrides the timer settings to instantly start the geyser.
Your installer will most likely have set the system to standard settings; however, you can change
these easily at any time to suit your lifestyle. The default settings are set to turn the geyser OFF during peak load
times, which are 5am to 9am AND 6pm to 9pm. The temperature of the geyser water is set to heat up to 55° (called
the geyser set point).
How to set up your personal preferences - Setting the unit is done by using a series of “long presses” (4 seconds) and
short, quick presses of the four display buttons, either singly or in a combination. This guide will take you through the
available settings and we have also provided you with a small card quick set guide which you can place behind
your unit for handy and easy reference to the combinations once you have the hang of it! If you wish, you may
download a full manual from the website, http://www.easiwise.co.za, support menu, select downloads and the
manual PDF.
