GEBRAUCH
■Das Gerät ist zum zusätzlichen Hei-
zen von Innenräumen geeignet.
■Dieses Gerät ist nur für gut isolier-
te Räume oder für den gelegentli-
chen Gebrauch geeignet.
■Das Gerät ausschließlich als
Standgerät, niemals als Einbau-
gerät oder an der Wand bzw. Decke
befestigt benutzen.
■Das Gerät ist für den privaten Ge-
brauch, nicht für eine gewerbliche
Nutzung bestimmt.
■Das Gerät nur für den angegebenen
Zweck und nur wie in der Gebrauchs-
anleitung beschrieben nutzen. Jede
weitere Verwendung gilt als bestim-
mungswidrig.
■Von der Gewährleistung ausge-
schlossen sind alle Mängel, die durch
unsachgemäße Behandlung, Be-
schädigung oder Reparaturversuche

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
VORSICHT – Einige Teile des Gerätes können sehr
heiß werden und Verbrennungen verursachen.
Besondere Vorsicht ist geboten, wenn Kinder und
schutzbedürftige Personen anwesend sind.
WARNUNG: Um eine Überhitzung des Heizgerätes zu
vermeiden, darf es nicht abgedeckt werden. Es besteht
Brandgefahr.
■Kinder jünger als 3 Jahre sind fernzuhalten, es sei denn, sie
werden ständig überwacht.
■Kinder ab 3 Jahren und jünger als 8 Jahre dürfen das Gerät
nur ein- und ausschalten, wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich
des sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes unterwiesen wurden und
die daraus resultierenden Gefahren verstanden haben, vor-
ausgesetzt, dass das Gerät in seiner normalen Gebrauchslage
platziert oder installiert ist. Kinder ab 3 Jahren und jünger als
8 Jahre dürfen nicht den Stecker in die Steckdose stecken, das
Gerät nicht regulieren, das Gerät nicht reinigen und/oder die
Wartung durch den Benutzer durchführen.
■Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und darüber
sowie von Personen mit verringerten physischen, sensorischen
oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und Wis-
sen benutzt werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich des
sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes unterwiesen wurden und die
daraus resultierenden Gefahren verstehen. Kinder dürfen nicht
mit dem Gerät spielen. Reinigung und Benutzer-Wartung
dürfen nicht von Kindern ohne Beaufsichtigung durchgeführt
werden.
■WARNHINWEIS: Das Heizgerät darf nicht in kleinen Räumen
benutzt werden, die von Personen bewohnt werden, die nicht
selbstständig den Raum verlassen können, es sei denn, eine
ständige Beaufsichtigung ist sichergestellt.
■WARNHINWEIS: Um die Brandgefahr zu mindern, sind Texti-
lien, Vorhänge und alle brennbaren Sto󰀨e mindestens 1 m vom
Luftaustritt fernzuhalten.

■Dieses Heizgerät nicht mit einem Programmschalter, einem
Zeitschalter, einem separaten Fernwirksystem oder irgendeiner
anderen Einrichtung verwenden, die das Heizgerät automatisch
einschaltet, da Brandgefahr besteht, wenn das Heizgerät abge-
deckt oder falsch aufgestellt wird.
■Das Gerät darf nicht unmittelbar unterhalb einer Wandsteck-
dose aufgestellt werden.
■Dieses Heizgerät nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe einer Badewanne,
einer Dusche oder eines Schwimmbeckens benutzen.
■Dieses Heizgerät nicht benutzen, wenn es zuvor fallen gelas-
sen wurde.
■Dieses Heizgerät nicht benutzen, wenn es sichtbare Anzeichen
von Beschädigungen aufweist.
■Dieses Heizgerät auf einer waagerechten und stabilen Fläche
benutzen.
■Das Feuerschutzgitter bietet keinen ausreichenden Schutz für
kleine Kinder und gebrechliche Personen.
■Keine Veränderungen am Gerät vornehmen. Wenn das Gerät
oder die Anschlussleitung beschädigt werden, müssen diese
durch den Hersteller, Kundenservice oder eine ähnlich quali-
zierte Person (z.B. Fachwerkstatt) ersetzt bzw. repariert wer-
den, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
■Das Gerät ist bei nicht vorhandener Aufsicht, bei Nichtbenut-
zung und vor dem Reinigen stets vom Netz zu trennen.
GEFAHR –
Stromschlaggefahr
■Das Gerät nur in geschlossenen
Räumen verwenden und lagern.
■Das Gerät nicht in Räumen mit hoher
Luftfeuchtigkeit verwenden.
■Es darf keine Flüssigkeit in das Gerät
eindringen. Niemals in Wasser tau-
chen und sicherstellen, dass es nicht
ins Wasser fallen oder nass werden
kann.
■Sollte das Gerät ins Wasser fallen,
sofort den Netzstecker aus der
Steckdose ziehen. Erst danach das
Gerät aus dem Wasser herausho-
len. Niemals versuchen, es aus dem
Wasser zu ziehen, während es an das
Stromnetz angeschlossen ist!
■Das Gerät und die Anschlussleitung
niemals mit feuchten Händen berüh-
ren, wenn das Gerät an das Strom-
netz angeschlossen ist.
■Das Gerät nicht verwenden, wenn
es eine Fehlfunktion hatte oder ins
Wasser gefallen ist. Vor erneuter In-
betriebnahme in einer Fachwerkstatt
überprüfen lassen.

WARNUNG –
Verletzungsgefahr
■Verpackungsmaterial von Kindern
und Tieren fernhalten. Es besteht
Erstickungsgefahr.
■Kinder beaufsichtigen, um sicherzu-
stellen, dass sie sich nicht am Gerät
verbrennen.
■Die Anschlussleitung so verlegen,
dass sie keine Stolpergefahr darstellt.
WARNUNG – Brandgefahr
■Das Gerät nur benutzen, wenn die
Füße ordnungsgemäß montiert sind.
Niemals direkt auf den Boden oder
andere Untergründe legen! Die Hitze
könnte einen Materialschaden oder
einen Brand verursachen.
■ Nichts in die Ö󰀨nungen des Gerätes
stecken und sicherstellen, dass diese
stets frei sind. Es könnte ansonsten
überhitzen und beschädigt werden.
■Das Gerät nicht zusammen mit ande-
ren Verbrauchern (mit hoher Watt-
leistung) an eine Mehrfachsteckdose
anschließen, um eine Überlastung
und ggf. einen Kurzschluss (Brand) zu
vermeiden.
■Das Gerät nicht mit Kabeltrommeln
oder Verlängerungskabeln, die länger
als 3m sind, benutzen. Kabeltrom-
meln und Verlängerungskabel voll-
ständig abwickeln.
■Im Brandfall: Nicht mit Wasser
löschen! Flammen mit einer feuer-
festen Decke oder einem geeigneten
Feuerlöscher ersticken.
HINWEIS – Risiko von Material-
und Sachschäden
■Das Gerät nur an eine vorschrifts-
mäßig installierte Steckdose, die mit
den technischen Daten des Gerätes
übereinstimmt, anschließen. Die
Steckdose muss auch nach dem An-
schließen gut zugänglich sein, damit
die Netzverbindung schnell getrennt
werden kann.
■Die Anschlussleitung so verlegen,
dass sie nicht gequetscht, geknickt
oder über scharfe Kanten gelegt wird
und nicht mit heißen Flächen (z.B.
des Gerätes), in Berührung kommt.
■Das Gerät immer zuerst ausschalten,
bevor der Netzstecker aus der Steck-
dose gezogen wird. Den Netzstecker
bei Störungen des Gerätes sofort aus
der Steckdose ziehen.
■Vor einem Gewitter den Netzstecker
aus der Steckdose ziehen.
■Das Gerät niemals an der Anschluss-
leitung ziehen oder tragen. Beim He-
rausziehen aus der Steckdose immer
am Netzstecker und nie am Netzkabel
ziehen!
■Das Gerät vor anderen Wärmequel-
len, Feuer, Minustemperaturen, lang
anhaltender Feuchtigkeit, Nässe und
Stößen schützen.
■Nur Original-Zubehörteile des Her-
stellers verwenden, um die Funktions-
weise des Gerätes nicht zu beein-
trächtigen und eventuelle Schäden zu
vermeiden.
■Das Gerät und sein Zubehör keinen
Stößen aussetzen.
■Keine schweren Gegenstände auf das
Gerät, die Anschlussleitung sowie die
Fernbedienung legen oder stellen.
■Bei einem Stromausfall die Schalter
des Gerätes auf Aus-Position stellen.

VOR DEM ERSTEN
GEBRAUCH
Vor dem ersten Gebrauch müssen die
beiden mitgelieferten Füße am Gerät
montiert werden. Dazu wird zusätzlich ein
Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher benötigt.
1. Auf der Unterseite des Gerätes
benden sich an den Enden pro Fuß
4 Bohrungen. Hier die Füße mit den
mitgelieferten Schrauben befestigen.
2. Das Gerät umdrehen und auf die
Füße stellen. Es ist jetzt einsatzbereit.
BENUTZUNG
Beachten!
■Das Gerät ist mit einem Überhitzungs-
schutz ausgestattet. Bei Überhitzung
schaltet sich das Gerät ab. In diesem
Fall den Netzstecker aus der Steck-
dose ziehen und das Gerät abkühlen
lassen. Danach ist es wieder einsatz-
bereit.
■ Das Gerät nicht auf Hochorteppi-
chen oder weichen Untergründen
aufstellen. Der Kaltlufteinlass auf der
Unterseite muss frei sein.
1. Das Gerät mit einem Mindestabstand
von 1m zu allen Seiten auf einen
festen, stabilen sowie wärmeresis-
tenten Untergrund stellen. Dabei die
Vorgaben im Kapitel „Sicherheitshin-
weise“ befolgen.
2. Die Anschlussleitung vollständig ab-
wickeln und den Netzstecker in eine
Steckdose stecken.
3. Den Thermostat-Knopf im Uhrzeiger-
sinn auf Position MAX drehen.
4. Je nach gewünschter Wärmeleistung
den Ein-/Aus-Schalter der Wärme-
stufe 750W oder 1250 W bzw. beide
Ein-/Aus-Schalter für 2000 W betätigen.
Die Kontrollleuchte am Ein-/Aus-Schal-
ter leuchtet, wenn das Gerät heizt.
L Das Thermostat muss einge-
schaltet sein.
5. Für ein schnelleres Aufheizen des
Raumes den Lüfter aktivieren. Dazu
seinen Ein- /Aus-Schalter kippen,
sodass die Kontrollleuchte darauf
leuchtet.
6. Ist die gewünschte Wärme im Raum
erreicht, den Thermostat-Knopf
langsam gegen den Uhrzeigersinn
drehen, bis ein Klicken zu hören ist.
Danach reguliert das Thermostat die
Temperatur. Die Kontrollleuchten ge-
hen dabei ggf. aus und wieder an.
7. Um das Gerät auszuschalten, den
Thermostat-Knopf gegen den Uhrzei-
gersinn auf Position MIN drehen und
die Ein-/ Aus-Schalter der Heizele-
mente sowie des Lüfters auf Aus-
Position kippen. Die Kontrollleuchten
erlöschen.
8. Den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose
ziehen und das Gerät vollständig
abkühlen lassen.
REINIGUNG UND
AUFBEWAHRUNG
Beachten!
■Zum Reinigen nicht Alkohol oder
sonstige ätzende bzw. scheuernde
Reiniger oder raue Schwämme ver-
wenden. Diese können die Oberä-
chen beschädigen.
• Vor dem Reinigen sicherstellen, dass
das Gerät vom Stromnetz getrennt
und abgekühlt ist.
• Das Gerät sauber halten und regelmä-
ßig abstauben.
• Verschmutzungen mit einem feuch-
ten Tuch abwischen. Anschließend
mit einem weichen Tuch abtrocknen.
Das Gerät muss vor der Benutzung
vollständig trocken sein.

• Das Gerät bei Nichtgebrauch vor
Staub geschützt an einem sauberen,
trockenen, für Kinder und Tiere unzu-
gänglichen Ort aufbewahren.
PROBLEMBEHEBUNG
Sollte das Gerät nicht ordnungsgemäß
funktionieren, überprüfen, ob ein Problem
selbst behoben werden kann. Lässt sich
mit den nachfolgenden Schritten das
Problem nicht lösen, den Kundenservice
kontaktieren.
Nicht versuchen, ein elektrisches
Gerät selbst zu reparieren!
Das Gerät funktioniert nicht.
Das Gerät ist nicht eingeschaltet.
►Das Gerät funktioniert nur, wenn das
Thermostat eingeschaltet ist. Den
Thermostat-Knopf weiter im Uhrzei-
gersinn drehen.
►Den Ein-/Aus-Schalter mindestens
eines Heizelementes kippen. Die
Kontrollleuchte auf dem Ein- /Aus-
Schalter muss leuchten.
Der Netzstecker sitzt nicht richtig in der
Steckdose.
►Den Sitz des Netzsteckers korrigie-
ren.
Die Steckdose ist defekt.
►Eine andere Steckdose probieren.
Es ist keine Netzspannung vorhanden.
►Die Sicherung im elektrischen Vertei-
ler (Sicherungskasten) überprüfen.
Der Überhitzungsschutz wurde ausge-
löst.
►Das Gerät ausschalten, den Netz-
stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen
und das Gerät vollständig abkühlen
lassen. Danach erneut versuchen.
Falls das Gerät weiterhin nicht
funktionieren oder sich immer wieder
ausschalten sollte, den Kundenser-
vice kontaktieren.
Die Sicherung im elektrischen
Verteiler (Sicherungskasten) wird
ausgelöst.
Zu viele Geräte am selben Stromkreis
angeschlossen.
►Anzahl der Geräte im Stromkreis
reduzieren.
Während des Gebrauchs lässt sich
ein unangenehmer Geruch fest-
stellen.
Das Gerät ist verstaubt bzw. verschmutzt.
►Das Gerät reinigen.
Das Gerät wird zum ersten Mal verwen-
det. Es benden sich Produktionsrück-
stände in/am Gerät. Dies ist normal und
tritt später nicht mehr auf.
►Für einen gut durchlüfteten Raum
sorgen!

SAFETY NOTICES
CAUTION – Some parts of the device may get very
hot and cause burns. Special care must be taken in
the presence of children or vulnerable persons.
WARNING: To prevent the heater from overheating, it
must not be covered. There is a risk of re.
■Children under 3 years of age must be kept away, unless they
are under constant supervision.
■Children between 3 and 8 years of age may only ever switch
the device on and o󰀨 if they are supervised or have received
instruction on how to use the device safely and have under-
stood the resulting dangers, provided that the device is placed
or installed in its normal position of use. Children between 3
and 8 years of age must not insert the plug into the plug sock-
et, regulate the device, clean the device and/ or carry out the
user maintenance.
■This device may be used by children aged 8 and over and by
people with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or a
lack of experience and/or knowledge if they are supervised or
have received instruction on how to use the device safely and
have understood the dangers resulting from failure to comply
with the relevant safety precautions. Children must not play
with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance must not be
carried out by children without supervision.
■WARNING: The heater must not be used in small rooms
inhabited by people who are unable to leave the room without
help, unless constant supervision is guaranteed.
■WARNING: To reduce the risk of re, textiles, curtains and all
combustible substances must be kept at least 1m away from
the air outlet.
■Do not use this heater with a program switch, a timer, a sep-
arate remote control system or any other type of device that
switches the heater on automatically because there is a risk of
re if the heater is covered or not set up correctly.

■The device must not be set up directly beneath a wall socket.
■Do not use this heater in the immediate vicinity of a bath, a
shower or a swimming pool.
■Do not use this heater if it has previously been dropped.
■Do not use this heater if it has visible signs of damage.
■Use this heater on a horizontal and stable surface.
■The protective grille does not o󰀨er su󰀩cient protection for
small children and frail people.
■ Do not make any modications to the device. If the device or
the connecting cable are damaged, they must be replaced or
repaired by the manufacturer, customer service department or
a similarly qualied person (e.g. specialist workshop) in order
to avoid any hazards.
■The device must always be disconnected from the mains power
when left unattended, when not in use and before cleaning it.
DANGER –
Danger of Electric Shock
■Use and store the device only in
closed rooms.
■Do not use the device in rooms with
high humidity.
■No liquid must be allowed to enter the
device. Never immerse in water and
ensure that it cannot fall into water or
become wet.
■If the device does fall into water, pull
the mains plug out of the plug socket
immediately. Only after this should
you retrieve the device from the water.
Never attempt to pull it out of the wa-
ter while it is connected to the mains
power!
■Never touch the device and the con-
necting cable with wet hands when
the device is connected to the mains
power.
■Do not use the device if it has mal-
functioned or fallen into water. Have
it checked in a specialist workshop
before using it again.
WARNING – Danger of Injury
■Keep the packaging material away
from children and animals. There is a
danger of su󰀨ocation.
■Supervise children to ensure that they
do not burn themselves on the device.
■Lay the connecting cable in such a
way that it does not present a trip
hazard.
WARNING – Danger of Fire
■Only use the device if the feet have
been properly mounted. Never place it
directly on the oor or other surfaces!
The heat could cause material dam-
age or a re.
■Do not insert anything into the open-
ings of the device and make sure that
they are always clear. Otherwise it
could overheat and be damaged.
■Do not connect the device along with
other consumers (with a high wattage)
to a multiple socket in order to prevent
overloading and a possible short
circuit (re).

■Do not use the device with cable
extension reels or extension cables
which are longer than 3m. Fully
unwind cable extension reels and
extension cables.
■ In the event of a re: Do not extinguish
with water! Smother the ames with
a reproof blanket or a suitable re
extinguisher.
NOTICE – Risk of Damage to
Material and Property
■Only connect the device to a plug
socket that is properly installed and
matches the technical data of the
device. The plug socket must also be
readily accessible after connection so
that the connection to the mains can
quickly be isolated.
■Lay the connecting cable so that it is
not squashed, bent or laid over sharp
edges and does not come into contact
with hot surfaces (e.g. of the device).
■ Always switch o󰀨 the device rst
before the mains plug is pulled out of
the plug socket. Remove the mains
plug from the plug socket immediately
if there is a fault with the device.
■Pull the mains plug out of the plug
socket before a thunderstorm.
■Never pull or carry the device by the
connecting cable. When you pull it out
of the plug socket, always pull on the
mains plug and never the mains cable!
■Protect the device from other heat
sources, ames, sub-zero tempera-
tures, persistent moisture, wet condi-
tions and impacts.
■Use only original accessories from the
manufacturer in order to guarantee
that there is no interference that may
prevent the device from working and
to avoid possible damage.
■Do not subject the device and its
accessories to any impacts.
■Do not lay or place any heavy objects
on the device, the connecting cable or
the remote control.
■If there is a power cut, move the
switches of the device to the O󰀨
position.
BEFORE INITIAL USE
Before the device is rst used, the two
feet that are supplied need to be mounted
on the device. A cross-head screwdriver is
also required to do this.
1. On the bottom of the device, there
are 4 holes at the ends for each foot.
Attach the feet here using the screws
that are supplied.
2. Turn the device over and place it on its
feet. It is now ready to be used.
USE
Please Note!
■The device is equipped with overheat-
ing protection. The device switches
o󰀨 if it overheats. In this case, pull the
mains plug out of the plug socket and
allow the device to cool down. It is
then ready to be used again.
■Do not place the device on deep-pile
carpets or soft surfaces. The cold air
inlet on the bottom must be clear.
1. Place the device with a minimum gap
of 1m on all sides on a solid, stable
and heat-resistant surface. When you
do this, follow the specications in the
“Safety Notices” chapter.
2. Fully unwind the connecting cable and
plug the mains plug into a plug socket.
3. Turn the thermostat dial clockwise to
the MAX position.
4. Depending on what level of heat you
want, operate the On / O󰀨 switch for
heat level 750W or 1250 W or both
On / O󰀨 switches for 2000W.

The control lamp on the On / O󰀨
switch lights up when the device is
heating.
L The thermostat must be switched
on.
5. Activate the fan to heat up the room
faster. To do this, ick its On / O󰀨
switch so that the control lamp on it
lights up.
6. Once the room gets to the level of heat
you want, slowly turn the thermostat
dial anticlockwise until you hear a click.
The thermostat will then regulate the
temperature. As part of this, the control
lamps may turn o󰀨 and on again.
7. To switch o󰀨 the device, turn the ther-
mostat dial anticlockwise to the MIN
position and ip the On / O󰀨 switches
for the heating elements and the fan
to the O󰀨 position. The control lamps
go out.
8. Pull the mains plug out of the plug
socket and allow the device to cool
down completely.
CLEANING AND
STORAGE
Please Note!
■Do not use alcohol or other caustic or
abrasive cleaners or rough sponges to
clean the device. These may damage
the surfaces.
• Before you clean the device, make
sure that the device has been discon-
nected from the mains power and has
cooled down.
• Keep the device clean and dust it
regularly.
• Wipe o󰀨 any dirt with a damp cloth.
Then dry with a soft cloth. The device
must be completely dry before it is
used.
• Store the device in a clean, dry place
which is protected from dust and is out
of the reach of children and animals
when it is not in use.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the device does not work properly,
check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself. If the problem cannot
be solved with the steps that are listed,
contact the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair an elec-
trical device yourself!
The device does not work.
The device is not switched on.
►The device only works when the
thermostat is switched on. Turn the
thermostat dial a little further clock-
wise.
► Flip the On / O󰀨 switch for at least one
heating element. The control lamp on
the On / O󰀨 switch must light up.
The mains plug is not inserted in the plug
socket correctly.
►Correct the fit of the mains plug.
The plug socket is defective.
►Try another plug socket.
There is no mains voltage.
►Check the fuse in the electrical dis-
tributor (fuse box).
The overheating protection has been
triggered.
►Switch off the device, pull the mains
plug out of the plug socket and allow
the device to cool down completely.
Then try again. If the device still does
not work or still switches off, contact
the customer service department.

The fuse in the electrical distribu-
tor (fuse box) is triggered.
Too many devices connected to the same
circuit.
►Reduce the number of devices in the
circuit.
During use, an unpleasant smell is
detected.
The device is dusty or dirty.
►Clean the device.
The device is being used for the rst time.
There are production residues in/ on the
device. This is normal and will not occur
again later.
►Make sure that the room is well
ventilated!
DISPOSAL
Dispose of the packaging material in an environmentally friendly manner so that
it can be recycled.
The adjacent symbol (crossed-out bin underlined) means that used devices
should not be disposed of in the domestic waste, but should instead be taken to
special collection and return systems.
Owners of used devices from private households can take them free of charge
to the collection points of the public waste disposal authorities or the disposal
