SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read carefully and save for future use!
Warning:The safety measures and instructions, contained in this manual, do
not include all conditions and situations possible. The user must understand
that common sense, caution and care are factors that cannot be integrated
into any product.Therefore, these factors shall be ensured by the user/susing
and operating this appliance. We are not liable for any damages caused
during shipping, by incorrect use, voltage uctuation or the modication or
adjustment of any part of the appliance.
To protect against arisk of re or electric shock, basic precautions shall be
taken while using electrical appliances, including the following:
1. Make sure the voltage in your outlet corresponds to the voltage provided
on the appliance label and that the socket is properly grounded. The
outlet must be installed in accordance with applicable electrical codes
according to EN.
2. Never use the appliance if the power cord is damaged or if the appliance
is broken, if you have dropped or otherwise damaged the appliance.
All repairs, including cord replacements, must be carried out at
aprofessional service centre! Do not remove the protective covers
from the appliance; there is arisk of electric shock!
3. Protect the appliance against direct contact with water and other liquids,
to prevent potential electric shock.
4. Do not use the appliance outdoors and in wet environment and do not
touch the power cable or the appliance with wet hands. Risk of electric
shock.
5. Pay closer attention when using the appliance near children.
6. The appliance should not be left unattended when in operation.
7. Do not use the device for any other purpose than the stated one. Use for
processing food only. Do not use it to stir hot foods and liquids! Always
add liquid to the blended ingredients.
8. Do not leave the appliance with the power cable plugged in unattended.
Prior to maintenance, installation, assembly and disassembly of parts or
cleaning, unplug the power cord from the power outlet. Do not remove

10. Never cover the appliance during operation and do not use it close to

like paper, metal, cardboard, plastics, etc.
12. Before switching on the appliance, prepare the container in place, insert
the beaters or kneading hooks in the motor and only then insert the plug
into the outlet. This reduces the risk of injury.
13. Do not touch the moving parts.
14. Hair, ngers or parts of clothing shall be kept far enough from the moving
parts of the appliance. Do not place any tools or hands into the bowl
while blending, risk of injury or damaging the appliance. Spatula may be
used only when the appliance is o.
15. Always use the appliance on an even and stable surface.
16. Do not allow the power cord to touch hot surfaces or run the cord over
sharp edges.
17. Use accessories only advised by the manufacturer, otherwise you risk
losing the warranty.
18. Prior to replacing accessories and accessible parts, or before approaching
the moving parts during operation, switch o the device and disconnect
it from the power supply.
19. Always unplug from outlet immediately after use.
20. Use this appliance only in accordance with the instructions in this manual.
Incorrect use may result in injury. This appliance is designed for domestic
use only. The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by the
improper use of this appliance.
21. This appliance should not be used by children. Keep the appliance and
its power supply out of reach of children. The appliance can be used by
the physically and mentally impaired or by individuals with insucient
experience and knowledge, if supervised or trained to use the appliance

in asafe manner and understand potential dangers. Children shall not
play with the appliance.
Do not immerse in water!
Do not press switch by hand!
DANGER for children: Children must not play with the packaging
material. Do not let the children play with plastic
bags. Risk of suocation.
USING THE APPLIANCE
Prior to use
Before use, wash all parts that come into contact with food (container, beaters and kneading hooks) thoroughly.
Assembling the appliance
1. Make sure the power cord is unplugged and the speed switch is in the "0" position.
2. Select the desired attachments according to what you want the mixer to use: beaters for whipping and mixing or
kneading hooks for kneading.
3. Insert the dough hooks/beaters.
The hooks or beates should be inserted in acertain position. The beater or the hook with gear can be
inserted only in the smaller hole and the second beater or hook with the pinion can be inserted only
into the bigger socket.
Notes:
• Make sure that the beaters or hooks are inserted in the correct sockets. Otherwise, the operation of the beater may
be adversely aected.
• You can use only one type of attachments at any one time.
Use as atable mixer
1. Place the base on an even and rm surface.
2. Insert correctly the beaters or the dough hooks.
3. Place the beater in the beater holder and make sure that the recesses on the beater are snapped onto the protrusions
of the holder. Correct placement is indicated by asnap.
4. When releasing the beater from the holder, press and hold the beater safety lock with one hand and pull the beater
out of the holder with the other hand.
5. Place the required ingredients in the bowl. Fill the bowl to max. 2/3 container height
6. Make sure that the speed switch is in the„0“ position and plug the power cord into the electrical outlet.
7. Set the required speed on the speed controller. 5 dierent speeds are available. When kneading the leavened
dough, we recommend setting alower speed rst and then increasing the speed for optimal results.The maximum
speed of the blender is achieved by pressing theTurbo button.
Warning: Do not insert knives, metal spoons, forks, etc. into the container during operation.
If aforeign object e.g. aspatula, falls into the container while the mixer is running, immediately turn the
speed selector to the "0" position and remove the object!
8. The maximum operating time should not exceed 4 minutes. Allow the appliance to cool down for at least 20
minutes between two cycles.
9. When whipping or kneading is complete, turn the speed selector to the "0" position and unplug the power cord.
10. Press and hold the stand tilt button and lift the beater holder so that the beater locks in the tilted position.
11. If necessary, wipe o any food residue from the beaters or hooks with arubber or wooden spatula.

12. Grasp the beaters or hooks with one hand, press the beater release button with the other hand, and pull the beaters
or kneading hooks out of the beater.
Note: Remove the beaters or the hooks only when the speed selector is set to“0”!
13. You can use the mixer also separately, without placing it in the stand: First, press and hold the beater lock button
with one hand and remove the beater from the holder with the other hand.
Speed table
1 ROLLING This speed is suitable for the initial blending/mixing of larger pieces of food, like for
example butter, our or potatoes.
2 MIXING This speed is suitable for the initial blending/mixing of liquid foods. For example, salad
and other sauces.
3 MIXING For mixing dough for cakes, pies and sponge doughs.
4 WHIPPING This speed is suitable for whipping butter, icing for desserts and sauces.
5 WHIPPING The speed is suitable for whipping egg whites or eggs, mashed potatoes and whipped
cream.
Turbo TURBO Pulse at maximum speed.
USEFUL TIPS
• Remove refrigerated foods, such as butter or eggs, from the refrigerator in good time and allow them to warm to
room temperature before processing.
• To prevent the shells from falling in or spoiling the whole dish with aspoiled egg, rst break the eggs in aseparate
bowl and only then add bowl of the mixer.
• Do not mix more than necessary. Mix or whip the ingredients to the consistency recommended in the recipe. Mix
the dry ingredients carefully so that they are blended together. Always use low speed.
• Climatic conditions: Dierent temperature in dierent seasons, the temperature of the ingredients and their
structure - all this aects the required whipping time and the results achieved.
• Always start mixing at low speed. Gradually increase to the recommended speed specied in the recipe.
• When whipping liquids, especially hot liquids, gradually add small quantities to avoid splashing.
• Add the individual ingredients to the container gradually as indicated in the recipe.
• Remove the beaters or hooks immediately after whipping or kneading for easier cleaning and rinse them with
warm water.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning
• Before cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the power supply and let it cool down thoroughly!
• Clean the outer surface of the beater with aslightly damp cloth, if necessary with asmall amount of detergent.
Never immerse the mixer and power cord in water when cleaning!
• Clean the food remains from the power cord using cloth.
• Remove the container from the stand, wash in water and then wipe dry.
• Wash the beaters and kneading hooks after each use with aregular dishwashing detergent, rinse with lukewarm
water and wipe dry.
• You can wash the beaters, hooks and bowl in the dishwasher.
• Do not use any aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the appliance and accessories. Never use scouring
pads and abrasive cloths that could damage the surface of the appliance.
• Let all the parts dry thoroughly before reassembling.
Storage
• Make sure that the appliance is clean and dry before storing it.

Demontieren Sie niemals die Schutzabdeckungen des Gerätes. Dies
könnte zu einem Stromunfall führen!
3. Schützen Sie das Gerät vor direktem Kontakt mit Wasser und sonstigen
Flüssigkeiten, um Stromunfälle zu vermeiden.

nicht unbeaufsichtigt gelassen werden. Stromkabel vor der Wartung,
Installation, Montage, Demontage von Teilen sowie vor der Reinigung
aus der Steckdose herausziehen. Ziehen Sie nicht am Kabel, um den
Stecker aus der Steckdose zu ziehen. Ziehen Sie am Stecker, um das Kabel
aus der Steckdose zu ziehen.
9. Gerät nicht in der Nähe von Wärmequellen verwenden (z.B. Kochherd).

ANWENDUNGSHINWEISE
Vor der Erstverwendung
Waschen Sie vor der Erstverwendung sorgfältig alle Teile ab, die in Kontakt mit Nahrungsmitteln kommen (Behälter,

Zusammensetzung des Gerätes
1. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Stromkabel aus der Steckdose gezogen und die Geschwindigkeitstaste in Position
„0“ versetzt ist.
2. Wählen Sie einen Aufsatz gemäß des vorgesehenen Verwendungszwecks: Quirle zum Schlagen oder Mischen und
Knethaken zum Kneten.
3. Setzen Sie die Knethaken/Quirle auf.

Die Knethaken oder Quirle müssen in einer bestimmten Position xiert werden. Quirle oder Knethaken
mit Getriebe gehören in die kleinere Önung und die anderen Quirle oder Knethaken mit Zahnrad
gehören in die größere Önung.
Bemerkungen:
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Quirle oder Knethaken in die richtigen Önungen eingeschoben wurden. Anderenfalls
könnte die Funktion des Handrührers negativ beeinusst werden.
• Es kann nur ein Aufsatztyp auf einmal benutzt werden
Verwendung als Tisch‑Handrührer
1. Platzieren Sie die Gerätebasis auf eine ebene und feste Oberäche.
2. Setzen Sie Quirle oder Knethaken richtig auf.
3. Befestigen Sie den Handrührer in der Halterung. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass dieVertiefungen am Handrührer in die
hervorstehendenTeile der Halterung eingeschnappt sind. Die richtige Position wird mit einem Klick‑Ton signalisiert.
4. Falls Sie den Handrührer aus der Halterung lösen möchten, halten Sie mit der einen Hand den Sicherungsknopf
gedrückt und ziehen mit der anderen Hand den Handrührer aus der Halterung heraus.
5. Geben Sie die gewünschte Zutaten in den Behälter. Befüllen Sie die Schüssel nur bis max. 2/3 der Behälterhöhe.
6. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich der Geschwindigkeitsschalter in Position „0“ bendet. Schließen Sie das Gerät an
das Stromnetz an.
7. Stellen Sie mit Hilfe des Geschwindigkeitsschalters die gewünschte Geschwindigkeitsstufe ein.Wählen Sie zwischen
5 Geschwindigkeitsstufen aus. Beim Kneten von Hefeteig empfehlen wir zunächst eine niedrigere Geschwindigkeit
einzustellen und anschließend die Geschwindigkeit zu erhöhen, damit ein optimales Ergebnis erzielt wird. Die
Turbo‑Taste dient zur Einstellung der maximalen Geschwindigkeit.
Warnung: Stecken Sie während des Rührvorganges keine Messer, Metalllöel, -gabel und ähnliche
Gegenstände in den Behälter.
Sollte während des Betriebes ein fremder Gegenstand (z.B. eine Spatel) in den Behälter gelangen, versetzen
Sie die Geschwindigkeitstaste in Position„0“ und nehmen den Gegenstand heraus!
8. Die maximale Betriebsdauer sollte nicht 4 Minuten überschreiten. Lassen Sie das Gerät vor der nächsten
Verwendung mindestens 20 Minuten abkühlen.
9. Sobald Sie mit dem Schlagen oder Kneten fertig sind, versetzen Sie die Geschwindigkeitstaste in Position „0“ und
ziehen den Stecker aus der Steckdose.
10. Drücken und halten Sie die Taste zum Auskippen des Ständers und heben Sie die Halterung mit dem Handrührer
hoch, damit der Handrührer in ausgekippten Position xiert wird.
11. Falls nötig, entfernen Sie Nahrungsmittelreste vom Quirl oder Knethaken mit Hilfe einer Gummi‑ oder Holzspatel.
12. Halten Sie mit einer Hand Quirle oder Knethaken und drücken mit der anderen Hand die Taste zur Freigabe der
Quirle. Ziehen Sie die Quirle oder Knethaken heraus.
Bemerkung: Quirle oder Knethaken nur dann herausnehmen, nachdem die Geschwindigkeit in Position
„0“ versetzt wurde!
13. Der Handrührer kann auch ohne Ständer verwendet werden: Halten Sie mit einer Hand die Sicherungstaste
gedrückt und nehmen mit der anderen Hand den Handrührer aus der Halterung heraus.

NÜTZLICHE TIPPS
• Nehmen Sie gekühlte Lebensmittel wie Butter oder Eier rechtzeitig aus dem Kühlschrank heraus und lassen diese
vor der Zubereitung auf Zimmertemperatur erwärmen.
• Damit die Speise nicht durch Eierschalen oder faule Eier entwertet wird, schlagen Sie das Ei zunächst in einer
separaten Schüssel auf geben es erst dann in den Behälter des Handrührers.
• Schlagen Sie nicht allzu lange. Vermischen und schlagen Sie die Zutaten vermischen so lange, bis diese die im
Rezept beschriebene Konsistenz erreichen. Trockene Zutaten vorsichtig umrühren, bis sich diese vermischen. Sie
sollten immer eine niedrige Geschwindigkeitsstufe einstellen.
• Klimatische Bedingungen: UnterschiedlicheTemperaturen zu unterschiedlichen Jahreszeiten, sowie dieTemperatur
und Struktur der Zutaten– das alles beeinusst die Zubereitungsdauer und das Ergebnis.
• Sie sollten immer mit einer niedrigen Geschwindigkeitsstufe beginnen. Erhöhen Sie allmählich die Geschwindigkeit,
bis Sie die im Rezept angeführte Geschwindigkeit erreichen.
• Beim Rühren von Flüssigkeiten, vor allem von heißen Flüssigkeiten, nach und nach kleine Mengen hinzugeben,
damit diese nicht herausspritzen.
• Fügen Sie einzelne Zutaten allmählich hinzu, so wie es im Rezept angeführt ist.
• Ziehen Sie die Quirle und Knethaken unmittelbar nach dem Schlagen oder Kneten heraus und spülen mit warmen
Wasser ab. Das erleichtert die anschließende Reinigung.
WARTUNG UND REINIGUNG
Reinigung
• Trennen Sie das Gerät vor der Reinigung vom Stromnetz und lassen es abkühlen!
• Reinigen Sie die äußere Fläche des Handrührers mit einem leicht befeuchtetenTuch, falls nötig, benutzen Sie etwas
Reinigungsmittel. Handrührer und Stromkabel während der Reinigung niemals ins Wasser tauchen!
• Wischen Sie das Stromkabel mit einem Tuch ab, damit sämtliche Lebensmittelreste entfernt werden.
• Nehemn Sie den Behälter vom Ständer ab, waschen mit Wasser ab und wischen trocken.

POKYNY KPOUŽÍVÁNÍ
Před použitím
Před použitím omyjte pečlivě všechny díly, které přicházejí do styku spotravinami (nádobu, šlehače ihnětací háky).
Sestavení spotřebiče
1. Ujistěte se, že je napájecí šňůra vytažena ze zásuvky apřepínač otáček je vpoloze „0“.
2. Vyberte požadované nástavce podle toho, kčemu chcete šlehač použít: metly pro šlehání amísení nebo hnětací
háky pro hnětení.
3. Zasuňte hnětací háky/šlehací metly.
Háky nebo metly by měly být zasunuty vurčité poloze. Metlu nebo hák spřevodem lze zasunout pouze
do menší zdířky adruhou metlu nebo hák spastorkem lze zasunout pouze do větší zdířky.
Poznámky:
• Ujistěte se, že jsou metly nebo háky řádně zasunuty ve správných zdířkách. V opačném případě může být
negativně ovlivněna činnost šlehače.
• Vdaný okamžik může být použit pouze jeden typ nástavců
Použití jako stolního šlehače
1. Postavte základnu na rovný apevný povrch.
2. Do šlehače nasaďte správně šlehací metly nebo hnětací háky.
3. Šlehač umístěte do držáku šlehače aujistěte se, že jsou prohlubně na šlehači nacvaknuty na výstupky držáku.
Usazení do správné pozice je signalizováno cvaknutím.
4. Při uvolňování šlehače zdržáku jednou rukou stiskněte apodržte bezpečnostní pojistku šlehače adruhou rukou
šlehač vytáhněte zdržáku.
5. Do nádoby vložte požadované ingredience. Mísu plňte do max. 2/3 výšky nádoby.
6. Ujistěte se, že je přepínač rychlostí vpoloze „0“, azapojte napájecí kabel do elektrické zásuvky.
7. Na ovladači rychlosti nastavte požadovaný rychlostní stupeň. K dispozici je 5 různých rychlostí. Při hnětení
kynutého těsta doporučujeme nastavit nejprve nižší rychlost a poté zvýšit rychlost pro dosažení optimálních
výsledků. Stiskem tlačítka Turbo docílíte maximálních otáček šlehače.
Varování: Během provozu nestrkejte do nádoby nože, kovové lžičky, vidličky apodobně.
Pokud do nádoby během chodu šlehače spadne cizí předmět, například stěrka, přepněte volič rychlosti
okamžitě do polohy „0“ apředmět vyjměte!
8. Maximální doba chodu by neměla překročit 4minuty. Mezi dvěma cykly nechejte spotřebič nejméně 20minut
zchladnout.
9. Když je šlehání nebo hnětení dokončeno, přepněte volič rychlosti do polohy „0“ avytáhněte napájecí kabel ze
zásuvky.
10. Stiskněte a podržte tlačítko vyklopení stojanu a zdvihněte držák se šlehačem tak, aby se šlehač zajistil ve
vyklopené poloze.
11. Je‑li třeba, otřete zmetliček nebo háků pomocí gumové nebo dřevěné stěrky zbytky pokrmů.
12. Jednou rukou uchopte metly nebo háky, druhou rukou stiskněte tlačítko uvolnění metel aze šlehače vytáhněte
šlehací metly nebo hnětací háky.
Poznámka: Metly nebo háky odnímejte pouze tehdy, je‑li volič rychlosti nastaven do polohy „0“!
13. Šlehač lze použít také samostatně, bez upevnění ve stojanu: Nejprve jednou rukou stiskněte apodržte tlačítko
pojistky šlehače adruhou rukou vyjměte šlehač zdržáku.

UŽITEČNÉ TIPY
• Chlazené potraviny, jako například máslo nebo vejce vyjměte včas zchladničky a nechejte před zpracováním
zahřát na pokojovou teplotu.
• Abyste zabránili vniknutí skořápek nebo znehodnocení celého pokrmu zkaženým vejcem, rozklepněte vejce
nejprve do samostatné misky ateprve poté přidejte do nádoby šlehače.
• Nešlehejte více než je třeba. Ingredience promíchejte nebo našlehejte tak, aby dosáhly konzistence doporučené
vreceptu. Suché přísady míchejte opatrně tak, aby se vzájemně promísily. Vždy použijte nízký rychlostní stupeň.
• Klimatické podmínky: Odlišná teplota vrůzných obdobích, teplota ingrediencí ajejich struktura– to vše ovlivňuje
potřebnou dobu šlehání adosažené výsledky.
• Vždy začněte šlehat pomalou rychlostí. Postupně zvyšujte na doporučenou rychlost uvedenou vreceptu.
• Při šlehání kapalin, zejména horkých kapalin, přidávejte postupně po malých množstvích, aby se zamezilo
vystříknutí.
• Jednotlivé ingredience přidávejte do nádoby postupně tak, jak je uvedeno vreceptu.
• Pro snazší čištění odejměte metly nebo háky ihned po šlehání nebo hnětení aopláchněte je teplou vodou.
ÚDRŽBA AČIŠTĚNÍ
Čištění
• Před čištěním odpojte spotřebič od napájení anechejte důkladně zchladnout!
• Vnější povrch šlehače očistěte lehce navlhčeným hadříkem, vpřípadě potřeby smalým množstvím saponátu.
Šlehač anapájecí kabel při čištění nikdy neponořujte do vody!
• Napájecí kabel očistěte hadříkem od zbytků potravin.
• Ze stojanu odejměte nádobu, omyjte ve vodě apoté vytřete do sucha.
• Šlehací metly a hnětací háky omyjte po každém použití běžným saponátem používaným pro mytí nádobí,
opláchněte vlažnou vodou aotřete do sucha.
• Metly, háky amísu je možné mýt vmyčce na nádobí.

OHUTUSJUHISED
Tutvuge põhjalikult ning säilitage edaspidiseks kasutamiseks!

4. Ärge kasutage seadet välistingimustes ning niiskes keskkonnas ning ärge
puudutage toitejuhet või seadet märgade kätega. Elektrilöögi oht.
5. Seadme kasutamisel laste läheduses olge eriti ettevaatlikud.
6. Ärge jätke töötavat seadet järelevalveta.
7. Kasutage seadet ainult vastavalt kasutuseesmärgile. Kasutage ainult
toiduainete töötlemiseks. Ärge kasutage kuumade toiduainete või
vedelike segamiseks! Alati lisage vedelik segatavatesse koostisosadesse.
8. Ärge jätke toitevõrku ühendatud seadet järelevalveta. Enne seadme
hooldamist, paigaldamist, kokkupanekut ja lahtivõtmist ühendage
seade toitevõrgust lahti. Toitevõrgust lahtiühendamisel ärge tõmmake
toitejuhtmest. Toitevõrgust lahtiühendamisel tõmmake pistikust.
