About This Manual
Please keep the manual properly
Caution：After the driver version installation is completed,
DO NOT manually pull or push the sub panels. Make sure the
path before the sub panels are cleared. Any hinders on the
sub panels would damage the driver.

This product is a extendable solar panel kit designed for RV. It is divided into two
parts: the main panel and the sub panels. There are two sub panels which are
hidden under the main panel. When a higher PV power is needed, the sub
panels can be pull out to absorb more sunlight. There are two ways to extend the
panel: manually pull out or automatically extend it using a remote control
(requires the driving module). When the sub panel is extended, the charging
power can be increased by 70%, which effectively solves the problem of insuffi-
cient power generation on the limited roof of the RV.
This product has the characteristics such as simple design, easy installation, no
need to change the structure of the car body, simple operation, sensitive
response, low noise, reliable and durable.
High-efficiency monocrystalline solar panels, one 160W main panel and two
60W sub panels;
Conversion efficiency up to 23%;
50mm aluminum frame of main panel, light in weight and more solid &
reliable;
The sub panel is made of PET material which is light weighted and has a
good sunlight transmittance;
The sub-panel is hidden under the main panel when not in use, and does not
occupy additional space;
There are two ways to expand the sub-panel: manually pull out or automati-
cally extend it using a remote control (requires the driving module);
Equipped with a junction box for the main panel and the sub panels to be
connected in parallel easily;
Equipped with ABS RV Mounting bracket for installing and fixing.

5.1 Driver Version Installation
Notice!! There are two sub-panel locks in the package (As
shown in the figure) that are supposed to be installed on the
sub-panels in the manual version installation. The two
sub-panel locks are NOT for driver version installation. Please
DO NOT install the two sub-panel locks if you are proceeding
the driver version installation. If you already installed them,
please uninstall them before proceeding to the next steps.

5.11 Driver Installation
a). Turn the panel over and thread the main panel wires and sub panel wires
through the hole on the driver. Then put the driver on the middle and lock it to the
side of the main panel with screws (M5*14).
b). Put one the Z-spin bar exactly like the picture below: The yellow sensor on
the top and the small metal screw on the right.

c). Lock the center swivel bearing with the headless screw and tighten it with the
M2 hexagon wrench.
d). Lock both ends of the Z-spin bar to the corner of each sub panels with the M5
flange nuts and the L-socket wrench.

b)Apply glue to the bottom of all four brackets.
c)Turn the panel over, place it where you want to on the roof, and tap the ABS
bracket properly to make sure it is in good contact with the position surface
5.2.3 Wiring
1.Connect the the main panel cables to one of the two mc4 connectors on the
junction box and connect the sub panel cables to the other one.
2.Connect the solar cable (not included in this set) to the positive and negative
output port in the junction box and thread through the hole to the solar charge
controller inside of the vehicle.
5.2.2 Junction Box Installation
Apply glue evenly to the bottom of the junction
box, and then fix it somewhere on the roof of the
vehicle but not too far from the panel. Drill a
suitable hole through the roof for solar cables to
go inside of the vehicle.
5.2 Panels Installation
5.2.1 RV bracket installation
a)Align the mounting holes of the RV bracket with the reserved mounting holes
on the main panel frame, and fix them with screws.

3.Thread the Driver-Battery cable through the side bus of the junction box (as it’s
shown in Pic-1), then connect it with the driver cable that come out from the
driver, make sure the knob lock is tightly locked (as it’s shown in Pic-2). Then
connect the bare wire ends of the driver-battery cable to the battery (the brown
cable to the positive and the blue one to the negative).
6.1 Driver Version Operation
Use the remote control to extend the sub panels. Button “A” for extend and
button “B” for pulling back. If the driver-battery cable is connected to the battery
in a reversed polarity, the functions of remote control buttons would be reversed
too.
Note: Before starting the vehicle, be sure the sub panels are NOT extended to
avoid damage during driving.

6.2 Wiring Guide
If you purchase two or more extendable solar panel set and want to connect
them in series or parallel, install the other one separately according to the instal-
lation instructions above and then connect the output cables that come from the
junction box in series or in parallel. Do not directly connect two or more extend-
able solar panel in any ways.

1.Check the open-circuit voltage of each panel with
multimeter, to see if the panel works, if the value has big
difference from the number in this manual, contact us
2.If the open-circuit voltage of each panel is normal,
please check the states of junction box MC4 output
cable, if there is no output current, please contact us

battery correctly (the brown cable to the positive and the
blue one to the negative), refer to 6.1.3

Über diese Anleitung
Bitte bewahren Sie das Handbuch ordnungsgemäß auf
Achtung: Nachdem die Installation der Treiberversion abges-
chlossen ist, ziehen oder drücken Sie NICHT manuell an den
Subpanels. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Pfad vor den Neben-
tafeln geräumt ist. Jegliche Hindernisse auf den Subpanels
würden den Treiber beschädigen.

Dieses Produkt ist ein erweiterbares Solarpanel-Kit für Wohnmobile. Es ist in
zwei Teile unterteilt: das Hauptpanel und die Subpanels. Es gibt zwei Unter-
felder, die unter dem Hauptfeld verborgen sind. Wenn eine höhere PV-Leistung
benötigt wird, können die Subpanels herausgezogen werden, um mehr Sonnen-
licht zu absorbieren. Es gibt zwei Möglichkeiten, das Paneel auszufahren: man-
uell ausziehen oder automatisch über eine Fernbedienung ausfahren (erfordert
das Fahrmodul). Wenn das Subpanel ausgefahren wird, kann die Ladeleistung
um 70 % erhöht werden, wodurch das Problem der unzureichenden Stromerze-
ugung auf dem begrenzten Dach des Wohnmobils effektiv gelöst wird.
Dieses Produkt hat die Eigenschaften wie einfaches Design, einfache Installa-
tion, keine Notwendigkeit, die Struktur der Karosserie zu ändern, einfache Bedi-
enung, empfindliche Reaktion, geringe Geräuschentwicklung, Zuverlässigkeit
und Langlebigkeit.
Hocheffiziente monokristalline Solarmodule, ein 160-W-Hauptpanel und
zwei 60-W-Subpanels;
Umwandlungseffizienz bis zu 23 %;
50 mm Aluminiumrahmen der Hauptplatte, leicht und solider und zuverläs-
siger;
Die Unterplatte besteht aus PET-Material, das leicht ist und eine gute
Sonnenlichtdurchlässigkeit aufweist;
Das Nebenpanel wird bei Nichtgebrauch unter dem Hauptpanel versteckt
und nimmt keinen zusätzlichen Platz ein;
Es gibt zwei Möglichkeiten, das Subpanel zu erweitern: manuell ausziehen
oder automatisch per Fernbedienung ausfahren (erfordert das Fahrmodul);
Ausgestattet mit einer Anschlussdose für das Hauptpanel und die Neben-
panels, die einfach parallel geschaltet werden können;
Ausgestattet mit ABS RV-Halterung zur Installation und Befestigung.

5.1 Driver Version Installation
Notiz!! Im Paket befinden sich zwei Sub-Panel-Schlösser
(wie in der Abbildung gezeigt), die bei der Installation der
manuellen Version an den Sub-Panels installiert werden
sollen. Die beiden Verriegelungen der unteren Blende sind
NICHT für die Installation der Treiberversion vorgesehen.
Bitte installieren Sie die beiden Sub-Panel-Sperren NICHT,
wenn Sie mit der Installation der Treiberversion fortfahren.
Wenn Sie sie bereits installiert haben, deinstallieren Sie sie
bitte, bevor Sie mit den nächsten Schritten fortfahren.

5.11 Treiberinstallation
a). Drehen Sie die Platte um und führen Sie die Drähte der Hauptplatte und der
Nebenplatte durch das Loch am Treiber. Setzen Sie dann den Treiber auf die
Mitte und befestigen Sie ihn mit Schrauben (M5*14) an der Seite der Haupt-
platte.
b). Setzen Sie die Z-Spin Bar genau wie im Bild unten ein: Den gelben Sensor
oben und die kleine Metallschraube rechts.

c). Arretieren Sie das mittlere Schwenklager mit der Madenschraube und ziehen
Sie es mit dem M2-Innensechskantschlüssel fest.
d). Befestigen Sie beide Enden der Z-Drehstange mit den M5-Flanschmuttern
und dem L-Steckschlüssel an der Ecke jeder Unterplatte.
