About This Manual

This product is a extendable solar panel kit designed for RV. It is divided into two
parts: the main panel and the sub panels. There are two sub panels which are
hidden under the main panel. When a higher PV power is needed, the sub
panels can be pull out to absorb more sunlight. There are two ways to extend the
panel: manually pull out or automatically extend it using a remote control
(requires the driving module). When the sub panel is extended, the charging
power can be increased by 70%, which effectively solves the problem of insuffi-
cient power generation on the limited roof of the RV.
This product has the characteristics such as simple design, easy installation, no
need to change the structure of the car body, simple operation, sensitive
response, low noise, reliable and durable.
High-efficiency monocrystalline solar panels, one 160W main panel and two
60W sub panels;
Conversion efficiency up to 23%;
50mm aluminum frame, light in weight and more solid & reliable;
The sub panel is made of PET material which is light weighted and has a
good sunlight transmittance;
The sub-panel is hidden under the main panel when not in use and does not
occupy additional space;
There are two ways to expand the sub-panel: manually pull out or automati-
cally extend it using a remote control (requires the driving module);
A self-lock is added on the edge of each sub panel In to prevent the sub-pan-
el from slipping out during normal driving of the vehicle (Manual version
only);
Equipped with a junction box for the main panel and the sub panels to be
connected in parallel easily;
Equipped with ABS RV Mounting bracket for installing and fixing

5.1 Manual Version Installation
Notice!!! this manual is for manual version only. if you purchased a driver
version set, please refer to the Driver Version Manual in the driver set package
and do not proceed any installation in this manual.
5.1.1 Sub Panel Lock Installation
As shown in the figure, use the screws in package to install the sub panel locks
to the reserved position on the aluminum frame of sub panel(the triangle head
faces the middle space)
5.1.2 Panels Installation
a)Turn the panel over, align the mounting holes of the RV bracket with the
reserved mounting holes on the main panel frame, and fix them with screws.
b)After the RV brackets all installed on the main panel, apply glue to the bottom
of all four brackets
c)Turn the panel over again, place it where you want to on the roof, and tap the
ABS bracket properly to make sure it is in good contact with the position surface

5.1.3 Junction Box Installation
5.1.4 Wiring
1). Connect the the main panel cables to one of the two mc4 connectors on the
junction box and connect the sub panel cables to the other one.
2).Connect the solar cable (not included in this set) to the positive and negative
output port in the junction box and thread through the hole to the solar charge
controller inside of the vehicle.

Apply glue evenly to the bottom of the junction box,
and then fix it somewhere on the roof of the vehicle
but not too far from the panel. Drill a suitable hole
through the roof for solar cables to go inside of the
vehicle

6.1 Manual Version Operation
When you want to extend the sub panels, press the sub panel lock button to
unlock it first and pull out the sub panel at the same time.
When you want to draw back the sub panels, just push the sub panel all the way
in and it will be locked automatically.
Note: Before starting the car, be sure the sub panels are NOT extended.
6.2 Wiring Guide
If you purchase two or more extendable solar panel set and want to connect
them in series or parallel, install the other one separately according to the instal-
lation instructions above and then connect the output cables that come from the
junction box in series or in parallel. Do not directly connect two or more extend-
able solar panel in any ways.

Dieses Produkt ist ein erweiterbares Solarpanel-Kit für Wohnmobile. Es ist in
zwei Teile unterteilt: das Hauptpanel und die Subpanels. Es gibt zwei Unter-
felder, die unter dem Hauptfeld verborgen sind. Wenn eine höhere PV-Leistung
benötigt wird, können die Subpanels herausgezogen werden, um mehr Sonnen-
licht zu absorbieren. Es gibt zwei Möglichkeiten, das Paneel auszufahren: man-
uell ausziehen oder automatisch über eine Fernbedienung ausfahren (erfordert
das Fahrmodul). Wenn das Subpanel ausgefahren wird, kann die Ladeleistung
um 70 % erhöht werden, wodurch das Problem der unzureichenden Stromerze-
ugung auf dem begrenzten Dach des Wohnmobils effektiv gelöst wird.
Dieses Produkt hat die Eigenschaften wie einfaches Design, einfache Installa-
tion, keine Notwendigkeit, die Struktur der Karosserie zu ändern, einfache Bedi-
enung, empfindliche Reaktion, geringe Geräuschentwicklung, Zuverlässigkeit
und Langlebigkeit.
Hocheffiziente monokristalline Solarmodule, ein 160-W-Hauptpanel und
zwei 60-W-Subpanels;
Umwandlungseffizienz bis zu 23 %;
50-mm-Aluminiumrahmen, leicht und robuster und zuverlässiger;
Die Unterplatte besteht aus PET-Material, das leicht ist und eine gute
Sonnenlichtdurchlässigkeit aufweist;
Das Nebenpanel wird bei Nichtgebrauch unter dem Hauptpanel versteckt
und nimmt keinen zusätzlichen Platz ein;
Es gibt zwei Möglichkeiten, das Subpanel zu erweitern: manuell ausziehen
oder automatisch per Fernbedienung ausfahren (erfordert das Fahrmodul);
Eine Selbstverriegelung ist an der Kante jeder Unterplatte In hinzugefügt,
um zu verhindern, dass die Unterplatte während des normalen Fahrens des
Fahrzeugs herausrutscht (nur manuelle Version);
Ausgestattet mit einer Anschlussdose für das Hauptpanel und die Neben-

5.1 Installation der manuellen Version
Notiz!!! Dieses Handbuch gilt nur für die manuelle Version. Wenn Sie einen
Treiberversionssatz erworben haben, lesen Sie bitte das Treiberversionshand-
buch im Treibersatzpaket und führen Sie keine Installation in diesem Handbuch
durch.
5.1.1 Installation des Sub-Panel-Schloss
Wie in der Abbildung gezeigt, verwenden Sie die mitgelieferten Schrauben, um
die Verriegelungen der Nebenblende an der reservierten Position am Alumini-
umrahmen der Nebenblende zu installieren (der dreieckige Kopf zeigt zum
mittleren Raum).
5.1.2 Panel-Installation
a) Drehen Sie das Paneel um, richten Sie die Befestigungslöcher der RV-Halter-
ung mit den reservierten Befestigungslöchern am Hauptpaneelrahmen aus und
befestigen Sie sie mit Schrauben.
b) Nachdem alle RV-Halterungen an der Hauptplatte installiert sind, Klebstoff
auf die Unterseite aller vier Halterungen auftragen
c) Drehen Sie die Platte wieder um, platzieren Sie sie an der gewünschten Stelle
auf dem Dach und klopfen Sie die ABS-Halterung richtig an, um sicherzustellen,
dass sie in gutem Kontakt mit der Positionsfläche steht

5.1.3 Installation des Anschlusskastens
5.1.4 Verkabelung
1). Schließen Sie die Kabel des Hauptpanels an einen der beiden mc4-An-
schlüsse an der Anschlussbox an und verbinden Sie die Kabel des Subpanels
mit dem anderen.
2).Schließen Sie das Solarkabel (nicht in diesem Set enthalten) an den positiven
und negativen Ausgangsanschluss in der Anschlussdose an und führen Sie es
durch das Loch zum Solarladeregler im Inneren des Fahrzeugs.

Tragen Sie Klebstoff gleichmäßig auf die Unterseite
der Anschlussdose auf und befestigen Sie sie dann
irgendwo auf dem Fahrzeugdach, aber nicht zu weit
von der Verkleidung entfernt. Bohren Sie ein
geeignetes Loch durch das Dach, damit die Solark-
abel ins Innere des Fahrzeugs geführt werden
können

6.1 Bedienung der manuellen Version
Wenn Sie die Sub-Panels erweitern möchten, drücken Sie zuerst die Sub-Pan-
el-Sperrtaste, um sie zu entriegeln, und ziehen Sie gleichzeitig das Sub-Panel
heraus.
Wenn Sie die Sub-Panels zurückziehen möchten, drücken Sie einfach das
Sub-Panel ganz hinein und es wird automatisch verriegelt.
Hinweis: Stellen Sie vor dem Starten des Fahrzeugs sicher, dass die
Nebenverkleidungen NICHT ausgefahren sind.
6.2 Verdrahtungsanleitung
Wenn Sie zwei oder mehr erweiterbare Solarpanel-Sets kaufen und diese in
Reihe oder parallel schalten möchten, installieren Sie das andere separat
gemäß den obigen Installationsanweisungen und verbinden Sie dann die
Ausgangskabel, die von der Anschlussdose kommen, in Reihe oder parallel.
Verbinden Sie zwei oder mehr erweiterbare Solarmodule nicht direkt mitein-
ander.

mit einem Multimeter, um zu sehen, ob das Panel
funktioniert, wenn der Wert stark von der Zahl in diesem
