Questa pistola saldante a doppia temperatura è dotata di un
meccanismo per l’avanzamento del lo di stagno. Questo prodotto
combina perfettamente un saldatore e alimentazione lo di
saldatura. Il design in due in uno signica che puoi operare con
una sola mano.
Premere il grilletto e il lo nella bobina rotolerà no alla punta.
Il grilletto può regolare con precisione la quantità di stagno che
viene fornita alla punta e le doppie temperature Hi/Low (30W/60W)
sono progettate per un funzionamento conveniente.
Caratteristiche:
• Pistola saldante a doppia potenza.
• Avanzamento a scatto con una sola mano per l'alimentazione
dello stagno.
• Ideale per lavori continui su linee di produzione, uso industriale
o hobbista elettronico
• Adatta per li di saldatura del diametro da 0,8 mm a 1,5 mm.
• L'avanzamento dello stagno può regolare con precisione la
quantità di lo di saldatura, min 3 mm (in lunghezza) e max 8 mm
(in lunghezza).
• La bobina di stagno può essere facilmente sostituita in un batter
d'occhio.

Utilizzo:
1. Inserire il lo di saldatura nella parte 1, quindi premere la parte
2 nché il lo non entra nel foro sul retro.
2. Premere la parte 3 nché non si vede il lo di saldatura uscire
dalla parte 4 (becco) e raggiungere la punta sul lato anteriore.
3. La parte 4 (becco) può essere utilizzata per regolare il lo per
garantire che il lo sia perfettamente posizionato sotto la punta
pronta per la saldatura.
4. Quindi collegare l'alimentazione, premere la parte 3 e impostare
la parte 5 (pulsante), è ora possibile eseguire comodamente il
lavoro di saldatura.
Note:
È possibile bloccare il grilletto per controllare bene la capacità di
trasporto del lo di saldatura, da 0,8-1,5 mm.
C'è un interruttore di conversione di potenza sul manico della
pistola. II è alta potenza, I è bassa potenza.
Avvertimento:
1. È normale che il saldatore fumi leggermente durante il primo
utilizzo. Ciò è causato dal riscaldamento iniziale dei componenti
elettronici all'interno del dispositivo. Il fumo scompare dopo 10
minuti.
2. Assicurarsi che il saldatore sia conservato in un ambiente
asciutto. Non è adatto all'uso esterno o in condizioni di lavoro
umido.
3. Il saldatore non deve essere lasciato cadere, smantellato o
modicato.
4. Se la punta di saldatura non esegue la saldatura del componente,
si prega di stagnare la punta con pasta per saldatura o usare un
detergente per punte per prestazioni migliori.
5. Non immergere mai la punta nell'acido muriatico. In caso
contrario, si vericherà erosione e si pregiudicherà l'utilizzo.
6. Tenere sempre le punte rivestite con stagno per garantire una
lunga durata.
7. Questo apparecchio non è destinato all'uso da parte di persone
(compresi i bambini) con capacità siche, sensoriali o mentali
ridotte, o mancanza di esperienza e conoscenza, a meno che
non siano stati supervisionati o istruiti sull'uso dell'apparecchio
da parte di una persona responsabile della loro sicurezza.
8. I bambini devono essere sorvegliati per assicurarsi che non
giochino con l'apparecchio.
9. Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, deve essere sostituito
dal produttore, dal suo agente di assistenza o da personale
qualicato per evitare rischi.

Informazione agli utenti ex art. 26 D.Lgs. 49/2014
Il simbolo riportato sull’apparecchiatura (Allegato IX D.Lgs. 49/2014)
indica che il riuto deve essere oggetto di “raccolta separata” e che è stato
immesso sul mercato, in Italia, dopo il 31/12/2010. Pertanto, l’utente
dovrà conferire (o far conferire) il riuto ai centri di raccolta dierenziata
predisposti dalle amministrazioni locali, oppure consegnarlo al rivenditore
contro acquisto di una nuova apparecchiatura di tipo equivalente.
L’utente ha dunque un ruolo attivo: la raccolta dierenziata del riuto e le
successive operazioni di trattamento, recupero e smaltimento favoriscono
la produzione di apparecchiature con materiali riciclati e limitano gli
eetti negativi sull’ambiente e sulla salute eventualmente causati da
una gestione impropria del riuto. Nel caso di RAEE di piccolissime
dimensioni (<25 cm), l’utente ha diritto al conferimento gratuito, senza
obbligo di contestuale acquisto, ai distributori al dettaglio la cui supercie
di vendita specializzata eccede i 400 mq.

SOLDERING GUN WITH SOLDER WIRE FEEDER

This dual temperature soldering gun is with trigger operated
solder feed. This product perfectly combines a soldering iron and
the solder feeder together. It's two in one design means you can
operate it with a single hand. Pull the trigger and the solder will roll
from the feeder to the tip.
The trigger can precisely adjust the amount of solder being fed to
the tip and dual Hi / Low temperatures (30W / 60W) is designed for
convenient operation.

How to use:
1. Feed the soldering wire into part 1, then press part 2 until the
wire enter into the hole on the backside.
2. Trigger part 3 until you see the solder wire enter into the part 4
(hook) and reach the tip on the front side.
3. Part 4 (hook) can be used to adjust the wire to ensure the wire is
perfectly located under the tip ready for soldering.
4. Then connect the power, by triggering part 3 and press part 5
(button), you can do your soldering job conveniently.
Note:
You can buckle the trigger to well control the conveying capacity of
soldering wire, from 0.8-1.5mm.
There is a conversion switch of power at the handle of iron.
II is high power, I is low power.
Warning:
1. It is normal that the soldering iron will smoke slightly during
the rst use. This is caused by the initial heating of electronic
components within the device. The smoke will disappear after
10minutes.
2. Ensure the soldering iron is kept in a dry environment. It is not
suitable for use outside or working over wet conditions.
3. The soldering iron should not be dropped, dismantled or
modied.
4. If the soldering tip does not solder your component, please tin the
tip with solder paste or use a tip cleaner for better performance.
5. Never dip the tip in muriatic acid. Failure to do this will result in
erosion and affect usage.
6. Always keep tips coated with tin to ensure a long service life.
7. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
8. Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with
the appliance.
9. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualied persons in
order to avoid a hazard.

The symbol labelled on the appliance (Annex IX D. 49/2014) indicates that
the rubbish is subject to “separate collection” and it has been placed on the
Italian market after the December 31, 2010.
The user must therefore assign or (have collected) the rubbish to a
treatment facility according to indications by the local administration, or
hand it over to the reseller in exchange for an equivalent new product. The
separate collection of the rubbish and the subsequent treatment, recycling
and disposal operations encourage the production of appliances made
with recycled materials and reduce negative eects on health and the
environment caused by improper treatment of rubbish.
In the case of very small WEEE (no external dimension more than 25 cm),
the user is eligible to get free of charge assignation to retail shops with
sales areas relating to EEE of at least 400 m².
