ATTENZIONE!
Al primo utilizzo del saldatore la punta potrebbe emettere un fumo
leggero, questo non è un difetto ma solo l’evaporazione dei residui
di lavorazione oleosi presenti sulla punta del saldatore, sostanze
comunque non pericolose per l’operatore.
CARATTERISTICHE:
Cassettino incorporato nella base per conservare le punte di
ricambio.
Stazione saldante da 30W a temperatura controllata con
regolazione della temperatura da 160°C a 550°C

Spegnere l’unità e staccare dalla corrente quando non si usa o
prima di pulirla. Non strappare la spina dalla presa di corrente
della rete per spegnere la stazione.
Permettere che la punta saldante coli e si raffredi prima di pulire
o ritirare l’unità.
Non utilizzare la stazione saldante all’esterno.
Non immergere assolutamente la punta del saldatore o la
stazione saldante nell’acqua per raffreddarla. Non utilizzare la
stazione saldante per riscaldare liquidi o parti in plastica.
Non aprire per nessuna ragione l’apparecchio autonomamente,
nè compiere riparazioni di propria iniziativa.
OPERAZIONI:

utilizzare l’apparecchio.
Posizionare il supporto del saldatore sulla stazione saldante,
inumidire quindi la spugnetta per la pulizia della punta saldante.
Posizionare il saldatore sull’apposito supporto.

Collegare la stazione saldante alla rete elettrica ed accenderla
mediante l’interrutore principale (I=ON/0=OFF).
Quando la stazione saldante è accesa, l’interrutore è illuminato.
Il display LCD indicherà un valore di temperatura di 300°C.
Premere il tasto "+" o "–" sotto lo schermo LCD per aumentare o
diminuire la temperatura. Ogni pressione corrisponde a ±10°C.

La stazione saldante raggiungerà quel valore gradualmente in
massimo 10 minuti.
Attenderealtri2-3minutiperconsentirechelapuntadelsaldatore
raggiunga la temperatura di lavoro desiderata, avvicinare la

iniziare a saldare.
La gamma di temperatura ottimale per saldare è compresa
tra 250°C e 450°C, evitare di lavorare a temperature superiori
per periodi prolungati.
Durante la saldatura, pulire regolarmente la punta con la spugna;
se si formasse una pellicola di ossido, pulirla sfregando la punta
con la spugna leggermente umida.
Riscaldare il materiale che si desidera saldare con la punta

punta dopo ogni pulizia con spugnetta.
Lasciare raffreddare il punto di saldatura.
Terminato il lavoro di saldatura pulire la punta sulla apposita
spugnetta inumidita.
Terminato il lavoro di saldatura, sistemare l’apparecchio sul
suo supporto e lasciare che si raffreddi prima di metterlo via.
L’apparecchio deve essere sempre riposto sul supporto quando
non è in uso.

Diminuire la temperatura durante le pause per risparmiare
energia e incrementare la vita della punta del saldatore.
Non limare mai la punta del saldatore per rimuovere l’ossido.
Si raccomanda di riporre il saldatore sull’apposito sostegno
durante le pause e lasciarlo raffreddare senza farlo entrare
in contatto con cose o persone.
Assicurarsi che la zona di lavoro sia sempre pulita e che vi
sia sempre la necessaria visibilità.
Utilizzare unicamente leghe per applicazioni elettroniche.
L’utilizzo di leghe acide può danneggiare le punte o i pezzi
da saldare.
Non toccare mai la punta del saldatore con le mani.
Lasciare raffreddare la stazione saldante dopo l’uso e prima
di immagazzinarla.
Non immergere il saldatore in nessun tipo di liquido.
Dopo l’utilizzo, il saldatore deve essere riposto sul suo
apposito supporto.

MANUTENZIONE:
Questo strumento deve essere posizionato nell’apposito supporto
quando non in uso. Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato,
deve essere sostituito dal costruttore o presso un centro di

SOSTITUZIONE DELLA PUNTA:
Nota: La sostituzione della punta o la pulizia devono essere
eseguite solo quando il metallo si trova a temperatura ambiente.
La sostituzione della punta avviene semplicemente svitando il
cilindro zigrinato. La stazione di saldatura deve essere spenta
e lasciata raffreddare prima e durante tale operazione. In caso
contrario essa potrebbe danneggiarsi se accesa senza che la
punta sia stata inserita. Dopo la rimozione della punta, eliminare la
polverediossidoeventualmenteformatasi nellazonadibloccaggio
GHO FLOLQGUR VXOOD SXQWD 3UHVWDUH DWWHQ]LRQH DI¿QFKq OD SROYHUH
non entri in contatto con gli occhi. Sostituire la punta e riavvitare
il cilindro zigrinato solo esercitando pressione con la mano per
stringere. Le pinze devono essere usate solo per stringere il dado
in caso di allentamento quando il metallo è caldo, per evitare
scottature. Prestare attenzione a non stringere eccessivamente,
per evitare danni all’elemento.
PULIZIA GENERALE:
Per la pulizia dell’involucro esterno del saldatore e della stazione,
utilizzareunicamenteunpannomorbido e poco liquido detergente.
Non fare penetrare acqua o altri liquidi all’interno della stazione di
saldatura. Non fare uso di solventi per la pulizia dell’involucro.

Place the soldering station on a solid and dry surface

on, the power switch is lit. The LCD screen will show the set
temperature as 300°C.

the temperature. Each press will be ±10°C. Do such pressing
until you get your target set temperature. The soldering iron will
reach your target temperature in 10 minutes .
Wait about 2-3 minutes until the soldering tip reaches the

soldering tip with solder, if the solder melts away easily you can
start soldering.
The range of optimum soldering temperature is between 250°C

Tin the hot soldering tip with solder; wipe off excessive solder on
the wet cleaning sponge.
Heat up the soldering location with the soldering tip and add
solder.
Let the soldering point cool down.
Clean the soldering tip on the wet sponge after each soldering

Note: Tip replacement or cleaning should be done only when the
iron is at room temperature or below. The tip can be changed or

The station must be switched off and allowed to cool before and
during this operation, as damage may occur if the system is left
on without the tip inserted, after removing tip, remove any oxide
dust that may have formed in the tip retaining area of the barrel.
Be careful to avoid getting dust in your eyes. Replace the tip and

pressure to tighten. Pliers should only be used to tighten the nut if

Do not over tighten as this would damage the element.
GENERAL CLEANING:
The outer case of the iron or station may be cleaned with a damp
cloth using small amounts of liquid detergent Never submerse the
unit in liquid or allow any liquid to enter the case of the station.
Never use solvent to clean the case.
