Thank you for choosing your electriQ robot vacuum cleaner.
This instruction manual is designed to provide you with all required instructions
related to the installation, use and maintenance of the appliance. In order to operate
the unit correctly and safely, please read this instruction manual carefully before
installation and usage.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
IMPORTANT
•Carefully read the instructions before operating the unit. Please retain
the manual for future reference.
•This appliance is for indoor use only.
•Rating: This unit must be only connected to a 220-230 V earthed
outlet.
•Always check the rating label against your electrical supply.
•If you are in any doubt about the suitability of your electrical supply
have it checked and, if necessary, retested by a qualified electrician.
•This robotic vacuum cleaner been tested and is safe to use. However,
as with any electrical appliance - use it with care.
•Disconnect the power plug from unit before dismantling, assembling or
cleaning.
•Do not clean the unit by spraying it or immersing it in water.
•Never operate this appliance if the cord or power supply is damaged.
Ensure the power cord is not stretched or exposed to sharp objects /
edges.
•Do not use the appliance if any part or any accessory is damaged or
defective.
•A damaged power supply should be replaced only with original parts
from the manufacturer.
•Avoid touching any moving parts of the appliance.
•Never insert fingers, or any other objects while machine is in
operation.
•This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children)
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities. It is also not
intended for use by those with a lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
•Do not leave children or animals unsupervised with this appliance.
•Only use the original battery or charger from the manufacturer, any
third-party components may damage the unit.
•Any service other than regular cleaning should only be performed by
an authorised service representative. Failure to comply could result in
a voided warranty.
•Do not use the appliance for any purpose other than its intended use.
•Do not use the appliance in places with high humidity (>80%RH).
•Do not immerse the robot in water or other liquids. If the robot is
immersed in water or other liquids by mistake, do not touch it with your
hands. If the appliance is immersed in water or other liquids, discard it.
•Do not use if there are spilled liquids on the floor.

•Do not use in an environment where there is a risk of fire or explosion.
•Do not use to clean printer toner spilled on the floor as this could
cause fire.
•Before using the robot cleaner, remove any fragile objects from the
floor e.g. glasses, bottles, candles, lamps. Also removes any sharp
metals, needles, nails, sharp glass pieces or any other objects that
could block or damage the robot.
•Do not place any object on the top of the robotic cleaner.
•Do not leave any fragile objects on the side of the tables, cabinets etc
where the robot could bump into and cause them to fall.
•Before operating the robot, ensure that there are no obstructions
which could cause the robot to become trapped or jammed.
Unit Safety Protection and Performance Tips
•Make sure unit is assembled correctly before use.
•Charge for 24 hours before operating for the first time. If not using the
robot for a long time please fully charge and remove the battery.
•Always use the battery charger provided.
•Clean the robot and brushes regularly. Empty and vacuum the dust
container.
•If the robot become entangled, remove brushes, clean the debris and
reassemble.

INITIAL SET UP
SIDE BRUSHES
Install the side brushes paying attention to
the ‘L’ and ‘R’ markings
BUMPER PROTECTORS
Remove the bumper protectors
2 IN 1 e-TANK
Press the dust box release button to eject the dust box.
1. Fit the mop onto the
mopping plate
2. Turn over the dust box and clip the mopping plate onto the
base of the dust box
3. Turn the dust box back over,
open the water tank filler
plug and pour in water.
Secure the plug.
4. Re-insert the dust box assembly to
start mopping.

CHARGE YOUR ROBOT
Place the charging station against a
wall on flat, level ground. Keep the
charging station free of obstructions
0.5m to the left and right and 1.5m in
front.
Turn on the power switch
There are two ways to charge the robot:
a. On the charging station
b. Charging directly from the power adapter
When charging, the indicator light flashes. When it is complete the indicator turns green.
During cleaning the robot monitors its own charge level and returns to the charging
station when required. You can also put the robot into recharging mode by pressing the
button on the remote control or on the app.
Please note:
•Do not operate the charging station in areas with strong reflections such as direct
sunlight or mirrors. If this is unavoidable please cover the reflective surfaces up to
7cm from the bottom.
•Please fully charge the robot before first use. Charging time is approximately 6
hours.
•For electrical safety and to prevent leaking to the floor, do not charge the robot
with the water tank fitted.
•During charging do not press any button other than
BATTERY CARE
To get the most from your robot’s battery, please charge product fully before any
expected long periods of inactivity.
To prevent the battery from self-discharging please recharge every three months.
If it reaches a level of deep discharge it may not be able to recover. In this case please
contact product support

OPERATION
The product has different cleaning modes to cater for different cleaning needs. The
cleaning mode can be chosen on the robot, on the remote control or on the app.
AUTOMATIC
CLEANING
The robot will scan the immediate environment and generate a
map in its internal memory. It will then clean the room in S-shape
cleaning patterns and finally clean around the perimeter of the
room.
To activate: with the robot in standby mode, switch on the power.
After hearing the robot voice prompt, press the start button or
press “ ” on the remote control or in the app. The robot will then
start to clean.
SPOT
CLEANING
This mode is useful where there is cleaning required concentrated
on one area. With the robot on standby/suspend, press the spot
cleaning button and the robot will clean in a spiral shape from its
starting position. After cleaning the robot will return to the start
position.
To activate: press the spot cleaning button in the app or on the
remote:
BORDER
CLEANING
The robot cleans along the perimeter or the room and returns to
the charging station once border cleaning is completed.
To activate: press the button on the remote control or start on
app.
MANUAL
CONTROL
To control the robot manually use the arrow buttons on the
remote control.
SUCTION
ADJUSTMENT
Press the button on the remote control or in the app to
adjust suction levels.
PAUSE
During operation of the robot press the “Start” button or the pause
button on the remote / app.
WAKE UP
After three minutes of inactivity, the robot goes into sleep mode
and all indicators turn off. You can use any buttons on the robot
or app to wake it up. If it has been inactive for more than 20
minutes, on the Start and Go Home buttons can wake it.
SHUT DOWN
After the robot has completed its task and come to rest, press the
main power switch at the side of the robot to shut down.
Note: it is recommended that after the robot has completed its
task, it is returned to the charging station to fully recharge the
battery. It not in use for a long time, then it can be shut down.

REMOTE CONTROL
Before using your robot vacuum cleaner:
oArrange your furniture so that your robot move around freely.
oBlock off hazards such as stairways and bannisters to prevent your robot from
danger.
oTake care to remove small objects from the floor, for example power leads, toys
etc as these may get tangled in the robot’s mechanism.
Do not use the mopping function on carpet and if you have any loose rugs, roll
them up to keep them away from the vacuum.

APP CONTROL
Before you start:
•Ensure your router provides a standard 2.4GHZ connection.
•If your router is dual band ensure that both networks have different network names (SSID).
The provider of your router / Internet service provider will be able to provide advice specific to
your router.
•Place the cleaning robot as close as possible to the router during setup.
•Once the app has been installed on your phone, turn off the data connection, and ensure your
phone is connected to your router via Wi-Fi.
DOWNLOAD THE APP TO YOUR PHONE
Download the WeBack app, from your chosen app store, using the QR codes below, or by
searching for the app in your chosen store.

REGISTER/LOG IN
1. Select the ‘Register’ button
at the bottom of the screen.
2. Enter your details and the
verification code to register
the app.
3. If you have already
registered the software, log
in.

ADD DEVICE
1. At the Device screen select
the + symbol to add a
device.
2. You will now be prompted to
scan the QR code which is
located on the underside of
your robot.
3. Now select your Wi-Fi
network from the list and
enter your Wi-Fi password.
4. Reset the device by
pressing the power switch.
After restarting, press and
hold the device button3-5
seconds. The device will
make a confirmation tone.
Click next on your phone.
Note: do not attempt to
connect from the charging
base.Make sure that after
the long press a network
prompt tone is received.
5. Now the phone, robot and
router will build a connection
to each other.
6. Confirm the message below.

7. Confirm WeBack’s
connection of the robot to
the Wi-Fi network.
8. Success –all devices
connected.
9. The WeBack home screen
now lists your robot.

CONTROLLING YOUR DEVICE THROUGH THE APP
THE DEVICE SCREEN
The device screen is the main control screen for the cleaning robot, providing access to the
controls to amend the functions and settings.
NOTE: Due to continuous development of the app, the layout and availability of
features are subject to change
Direction: control the
robot manually with the
arrow keys.
Back: Returns to the
WeBack home screen.
Positioning: used to
locate a missing robot.
Press this and the
robot will make a
sound for you to
retrieve it.
Cleaning modes:
This robot has a 2 in 1
e-tank, so if you clip
the mopping plate
onto the e-tank it will
activate the water tank
logo.
Virtual Line: create a
boundary that the
robot should not cross.
Instruction: choose
one spot and the robot
will focus cleaning on
that spot.
Clean Zone: choose a
specific area you want
the robot to clean.
Delete data: delete
maps from the robot’s
memory.
Settings e.g. adjust
volume, set schedules,
set up Alexa / Google,
see following page.
Status: the robot’s
current activity.

THE SETTINGS SCREEN
This screen gives you the option to turn off the
robot’s voice and update some of the device’s basic
settings.
Voice switch –switch voice on and off
Crossing Obstacles –whether to allow robot to
cross 1cm doorways and other obstacles.
Breakpoint Cleaning –permit robot to break off
from a cleaning job to recharge then continue the
remaining clean.
Set Remark –rename your Robot
Schedule –set a schedule for the robot to clean in
the future
Area unit –choose between ft² or m²
Shared device - share access to the controls of your
cleaning robot with friends and family.
Check for update –update to the latest firmware.
Model –this is the full model number.
Upload problem log –upload error file for support.
Third Party Control - This allows the unit to be
integrated with your favourite home automation
hardware such as Google Home and the Amazon
Echo.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
DUST BOX AND FILTER CLEANING
1. Press the dust box release button to remove the dust
box.
2. Open the dust box side cover.
3. Empty the contents into your waste bin.
4. Open the HEPA filter cover
5. Remove the HEPA filter, sponge filter and primary filter.
Clean with a cloth or brush. Don’t wash the HEPA filter
or sponge filter with water.
6. Remove the dust from the primary filter. Wash and dry it
before next use.
7. Clean the dust box with a soft cloth or cleaning brush.
8. Air dry the dust box and filters for 24 hours.
Please wash the primary filter every 15 to 30 days
and replace the HEPA filter every three months.

WATER TANK MAINTENANCE
1. Release the e-Tank.
2. Turn over and detach the
mopping plate.
3. Remove the mop.
4. Empty out any remaining water.
5. Clean the mopping plate under the tap.
6. Leave the mopping plate to air dry for 24
hours.
7. Rinse the mop under the tap.
8. Leave the mop to air dry for 24 hours.

CLEANING THE BRUSHES
1. Open the roller brush cover assembly.
2. Take out the roller brush
3. Use the cleaning brush provided to cut off
any hair tangled on the roller brush.
4. Take off the side brush. Clean with a soft cloth.
MAINTENANCE OF CHARGE TERMINALS AND WHEELS
Note: the charging terminals on the charging station and the underside of the robot
contain sensitive electronic components. Do not use water to clean them, use only a dry
cloth.

TROUBLESHOOTING
FAULT
POSSIBLE CAUSE
SOLUTION
Robot does not charge.
Poor connection between the
electrodes on the base of the
robot and the charging base.
Ensure contacts are clean and
free from obstruction.
The charging base is switched
off.
Keep charging base switched on
to charge robot when not
working
Robot gets stuck.
The robot may get entangled by
wires and cables on the floor, by
hanging curtains and by rugs
and carpets.
The robot will attempt to free
itself but may not be successful
and may require help.
Robot returns to charging station
without completing the cleaning.
Robot has detected power may
be too low to complete the job
and needs to recharge
Charge the robot
The robot works at different
speeds on different floor types.
For example, it works longer on
wood floors than carpets.
The length of time depends on
the complexity of room
environments, dust levels and
different cleaning modes
Robot does not perform cleaning

to an obstruction on the robot’s

Erratic behaviour when cleaning,
such as missed sweeps and a

Small slips in the wheels due to
climbing small steps, thresholds
and door bars may have
affected its judgement of
position in the house.
Cleaning one room at a time will
provide best results. Once
complete the robot will return to
its start position.
Small slips may occur on waxed
or polished floors or tiles,
affecting the robot’s judgement.
Ensure wax has fully dried
before cleaning.
Obstacles such as wires and
shoes can affect the operation of
the robot.
Before starting the machine
ensure the floor is free of
hazards.
