Gas boiling tops 4 burners
The Electrolux 900-Line of modular cooking equipment is designed to meet the heavy duty cooking
requirements of institutional caterers and the larger restaurants and hotel kitchens. The flexibility of the
modular design, with innumerable configurations either free-standing, bridged or cantilever, can be precisely
tailored to meet the needs of the caterer. Gas boiling tops are available in a choice of two, four, or six burners
for operation from Natural gas or LPG. The models detailed on this sheet are 4 burners gas boiling tops.

EASY TO INSTALL
• All models can be easily
mounted on open base
cupboards, bridging supports or
cantilever system.
• Main connections can be via the
rear or the base of the unit.
EASY TO CLEAN
• Worktop in 2 mm, 304 AISI
stainless steel.
• Front, side, rear and bottom
panels in stainless steel with
Scotch Brite finish.
• All models have right-angled
side edges to allow flush-fitting
joins between units, eliminating
gaps and possible dirt traps.
• The special design of the control
knob system guarantees against
water infiltration.
• Grids in cast iron are washable
in a dishwasher.
EASY TO USE
• Units are 93 cm deep to give an
unusually large working surface
area.
• Choice of two burner sizes for
efficiently heating both large and
small pans:
- 60 mm burners with continuous
power regulation from 1,5 to 6 kW
- 100 mm burners with continuous
power regulation from 2,2 to 10
kW.
• Energy efficiency: 60%.
• Manual ignition of the top
burners.
• Burners with optimized
combustion interchangeable on
site.
• All gas appliances are supplied
for use with natural gas, with LPG
conversion jets supplied as
standard.
• Flame failure device to each
burner protects against accidental
extinguishing of the flame.
• Protected pilot light.

• Access to all components from
the front.
• IPX5 water protection.
