Elite Casada Alphasonic Unboxing and Assembly Instructions
1. Using scissors or utility knife, cut all vertical and horizontal plastic shipping bands
from around box. Use caution as straps are applied by machines and so are under tension!
2. Using the cutout handles on each end of the box, lift lid off box and set aside.
There is no need to cut the tape on the lid (top) to remove it.

3. Remove top protection board (use caution for any sharp edges), packing materials,
and accessories bag from chair.
4. Lift footrest off of seat, and remove plastic wrapping from around chair.

Next, you will notice that the massage chair is shipped on a cardboard tray or base box.
5. Cut the packaging tape on the front edge of the box so that you can lay the
box edge flat. This is to allow the chair to be rolled forward off the base box.
As the front edge of the base box is held upright with tape only, the box may
be easily used again if necessary for re-boxing by re-applying packaging tape
where cut.
The chair can now be removed from the base box via two methods. Refer to Step 6 for
solo removal of the chair from the base box, or skip to Step 7 for two-person removal.
6. (Solo Removal) Roll chair out of box. Refer to the following diagram for
reference. The chair may be tilted back until the center of gravity is resting on
the rear wheels. Roll the chair out of the box and gently bring back to the
ground. Use care not to damage the plastic cover at the rear of the chair.

7. (Two-person Removal) Lift the chair upwards by gripping with two hands from
underneath the arms on each side, and out of the base box. Use caution if you
have any back problems or do not feel you have the strength, to avoid personal injury!

Footrest Assembly
1. Remove cotter pins, foam, and twist tie used for secure shipping.
2. Connect the air hose and footrest wire (harness) from chair to footrest.
Note the diagram on the chair showing the proper orientation of the plug

For orientation, this next step references the left side of the footrest. For the purposes
of these instructions, the left side is as you stand in front of the chair, or where the right
leg would be positioned for someone sitting in the chair.
3. Starting with the left side, slide the footrest mounting hole (located on the
footrest) onto the footrest mounting rod (located on the chair frame). Insert cotter
pin. Press the footrest onto the rod as far as it will go. Notice there is a plastic
sleeve on the rod which may need to be rotated slightly so the cotter pin can be
inserted into the holes on the steel mounting rod. This can be adjusted either while
the footrest mount is in place, or before the footrest is mounted.

4. The opposite side footrest mount requires a mostly blind install –as the
connection may be hidden from view by the footrest as you position it for install.
The opposite side footrest mounting bracket will not slide onto the mounting rod
with the footrest sitting on the floor. However, start by placing the footrest mount
up to the mounting rod as shown below while the footrest is on the ground (or in
the lowest possible position).

5. Next lift the footrest upward, while making sure the mounting bracket is resting
on top of the mounting rod as you pivot the footrest upward.
Once the footrest is all the way up, or slightly above level, the footrest mount should
slide down onto the mounting rod. You may need to apply slight pressure to the footrest
(pressing left toward the already-attached side mount). Also a hand can be inserted
between the footrest and the chair frame to help guide the mount on to the mounting
rod

6. Insert the cotter pin as on the opposite side. At this point the footrest installation
is completed.
7. Next insert the remote control cable at the rear of the chair, near the floor. Note
the indent on the remote cable is inserted at the top of the port on the chair, or so
that the indent aligns with a corresponding ridge in the controller port.

Plug in the Power cable and your Alphasonic unboxing and assembly are complete.
