General Information
Default User Credentials
Use the following credentials to access the Web Interface:
Username: admin
Password: admin
This password is only valid for a first-time connection and you will be prompted to change it after your first login.
Please ensure note down the changed password.

Default IP Configurations
The default Wi-Fi IP address for the Wireless Touchscreen RTU Thermostat Hotspot is 192.168.0.1.
The thermostat is also automatically set in DHCP mode and requires a connection to a router acting as DHCP server
to communicate to a network. This setting may be changed through the Web Interface.
Resetting Wi-Fi Configurations
The Reset Wi-Fi Configuration option will re-activate the Hotspot on the thermostat. It is used when a thermostat in
Wi-Fi client mode is unable to connect to its Wi-Fi network, because of a wrong password, for instance. To perform
this, select Main Menu > Settings > Advanced Settings (you may have to enter your login credentials again) > Reset
Wi-Fi Configuration.
Connection Procedures
There are two networking methods to connect to a thermostat for the first time:
• Wi-Fi.
• Wired (Ethernet connection to a router that will act as a DHCP server).
Once you have connected the thermostat(s) to a network, configure the thermostat.
Option A: Wi-Fi Hotspot Connection
1. On your PC or wireless device, connect to the wireless hotspot named ECLYPSE-XXYYZZ where XXYYZZ are the last 6
hexadecimal characters of the controller’s MAC address.
2. Enter the default password for the hotspot: eclypse1234.
3. Enter the following URL in your web browser’s address bar (Google Chrome is recommended):
https://192.168.0.1 to access the Web Interface.
4. a. Set up the thermostat to communicate as a client with your router.
b. Alternatively, set up the thermostat with a static IP according to your network, in the absence of a DHCP server.
Consult your IT department if you need help with this configuration.
CAUTION! Follow these simple steps to get started with the Lumity Wireless Touchscreen RTU Thermostat:
The thermostat cannot provide an IP address on its own when connecting the controller to an Ethernet port, you
must connect it to a router that will act as a DHCP server to provide the controller with an IP address for the initial
connection and configuration.

Option B: Wired IP Connection using DHCP Server
1. Plug both the Wireless Touchscreen RTU Thermostat and your PC to a router acting as DHCP server.
2. Make sure your PC is on the same IP subnet as the controller. Consult your IT department if you need help with this configuration.
3. Refer to the About screen in the Main Menu user interface and enter the Ethernet IP address in your web browser’s address bar
(Google Chrome is recommended) to access the Web Interface.
Next Steps
Once you have connected the Wireless Touchscreen RTU Thermostat(s) to a network, you may proceed with the
configurations using Emerson Controls’ XpressNetwork Utility to perform batch operations such as batch discovery,
IP or Wi-Fi configurations.
Refer to the Lumity Wireless Touchscreen RTU Thermostat User Guide for more information.
CAUTION! If no DHCP server is available, use Option A with Static IP configuration according to your network.
NOTE: You should allow one (1) minute after the home screen is displayed for the Wireless Touchscreen RTU
Thermostat to fully boot up before accessing the Web Interface.
