2) Slide on the first washer, the spring and
the second washer. Then insert the bolt
through the bottom two holes.
3) Insert the pin into the hole on the bolt
just above the top washer and hammer it
into place.
4) Screw the nut onto the bolt.
Assembling a 20/26/30’ Steel Boom
GETTING STARTED
1) Lay out the boom arms on each side of
the centerpiece. Insert the bolt through the
top hole of the centerpiece and the top of
the boom.

6) Slide the arm extension on the existing
arm.
5) Flip the boom arm up to a 90° angle
and tighten each side of the boom until the
spring is compressed.

8) Take the hose extension and screw it to
the existing brass fitting. Follow the same
procedure for the boom on the other side.
7) Insert the bolt through the top hole and
tighten the bolt.

2) Insert the bolt through the top hole, slide
the washer on and feed the bolt through
the boom arm and bottom hole.
3) Add the spring, the second washer and
the nut onto the bolt.
4) Insert the pin into the hole on the bolt
just above the top washer and hammer it
into place.
Assembling a 13’ Poly Boom
GETTING STARTED
1) Lay the boom arms on each side of the
centerpiece.
13’ POLY BOOM
6) Flip the arm up and down to ensure it
moves smoothly without catching. Follow
the same procedure for the other side.
5) Flip the boom arm up to a 90° angle
and tighten the bolt until the spring is
compressed.

2) Lay out both brackets.
3) Insert the bracket. The nozzles should be
facing down.
Assembling a Versatile Boom
GETTING STARTED
1) Unpack the hardware.
4) Secure the bracket by inserting a screw
through the hole. Then add a washer and
screw on the nut.
