This portable speaker allows you to enjoy your music like never before via Bluetooth 5.0 and TWS to pair two units
simultaneously. It features a microSD MP3 player, FM radio to listen to your favorite radio stations, an audio-in and
hands-free function to answer your calls. Take your music with you wherever you go thanks to its portable battery with
a 14-hour battery life.
Before you start using your Music Box 2+ we strongly recommend reading this manual to get used to it.
Care and maintenance
Do not expose your Music Box 2+ to humidity or heat.
Do not use neither corrosive nor abrasive cleaning products.
Do not disassemble the device. All repair works should be carried out exclusively by qualified staff of Energy

Switching on and off the device
Press and hold On/ Off (1) for 2 seconds to switch on the device. You will see that the LED indicator (6) turns on. At this
point, you will also hear a confirmation sound.
Press and hold On/ Off (1) for 2 seconds to switch off your device. You will hear a confirmation sound. At this point, the
LED indicator (6) switches off.
Playback modes
To select the preferred playback mode, press repeatedly Select playback mode (2), until you find the mode you want for
your music. There are several modes available: Bluetooth, FM radio, microSD and 3.5 mm mini jack stereo audio-in
(AUX) mode.
To start, pause or resume playback, press Play/ Pause/ Calls/ TWS (4).
Press Volume -/ Back (3) and Volume +/ Next (5) to adjust the volume level according to your preferences. You will hear

a warning sound when reaching the maximum and minimum volume levels.
If you want to hear another song, press and hold Volume -/ Back (3) or Volume +/ Next (5) for two seconds, until you
find it.
Bluetooth (BT)
Press Select playback mode (2) to find and select the Bluetooth mode. You will hear a sound and the LED indicator (6)
will flash blue. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone or tablet and select your "Music Box 2+". The devices will be
paired without codes. Once the connection has been established, you will hear a confirmation sound and the LED
indicator (6) will light up permanently.
At this point, you will be able to start music playback on your smartphone or tablet. The Bluetooth wireless connection
range is up to 20 metres.
You can also manage playback from the speaker. To do so, use the Play/ Pause/ Calls/ TWS (4), Volume -/ Back (3) and
Volume +/ Next (5) buttons.
Your Music Box 2+ connects to the last paired device automatically when you switch it on once again, provided that the
Bluetooth connection on your smartphone or tablet is enabled. Press and hold Play/ Pause/ Calls/ TWS (4) for 2 seconds
to disconnect the current device and pair it with a new one.
TWS (True Wireless Stereo)
This technology makes it possible to wirelessly pair another Music Box 2+ to get twice as much power and create a
stereo sound system made up of two different channels: left and right.
Switch on both Music Box 2+ and select Bluetooth mode on each of them. Pair your smartphone or tablet with one of
the speakers. Press and hold Play/ Pause/ Calls/ TWS (4) on the other speaker to pair them and start enjoying music with
TWS technology.
Playback can be managed from both speakers indistinctly.
Press and hold Play/ Pause/ Calls/ TWS (4) to disable the TWS function.
FM radio
The LED indicator (6) lights up green when selecting the FM radio mode. Once selected, you can start a search of FM
radio stations. To do so, press and hold Select playback mode (2) for two seconds. At this point, the LED indicator will
flash green. The process may take a few minutes. Once the search has been completed, press and hold Volume -/ Back
(3) or Volume +/ Next (5) for two seconds to select the radio station you want to hear from all saved radio stations.
Press Volume -/ Back (3) or Volume +/ Next (5) to adjust the volume level. You may also mute and unmute the sound of
the radio. To do so, press *Play/ Pause/ Calls/ TWS (4).
If you place the speaker somewhere else, you will have to carry out a new search to obtain a proper radio wave
reception.
MicroSD player
The device plays .mp3 and .wav files from microSD cards (up to 128 GB). Once the microSD card has been inserted into
the MicroSD slot (10), the LED indicator (6) starts flashing. This means that the device is reading the memory card and
the contents will play automatically after a few seconds.
If you switch off the speaker, the internal memory will save the moment where you paused playback. Playback will

resume and the last song you listened to will be played when you switch on the speaker once again.
Press and hold Volume -/ Back (3) or *Volume +/ Next (5) for 2 seconds to move to the next or previous song.
If you prefer to switch to another folder, press and hold Select playback mode (2) for two seconds.
Press and hold repeatedly Play/Pause/Calls/TWS (4) for two seconds to choose between Shuffle mode, Repeat one song
and sequence playback.
The root folders and files of your microSD cards will be read in chronological order and the songs included in your
folders in alphabetical order.

Auxiliary audio input (AUX)
It is also possible to enjoy your Music Box 2+ using the 3.5 mm mini jack audio-in (9) located on the back of the device.
Plug your external device using the provided 3.5 mm mini jack audio cable. When you connect the audio cable, your
Music Box 2+ enables the Audio-in mode automatically.
IMPORTANT: It is not possible to manage music playback from the speaker while using this mode. You will have to
manage playback from the connected music player.
Call control (hands-free function)
Once the speaker and your smartphone are paired, you will be able to answer incoming calls from the speaker itself.
When receiving a call, the song you are listening to stops and the ringing tone sounds instead. Press Play/ Pause/ Calls/
TWS (4) to answer an incoming call. Press it once again to hang up. The song will resume automatically.
Keep a distance of 30-50 cm from the speaker for a proper voice reception. The Microphone (7) is located on the front
part of the speaker, next to the LED indicator (6).
Charging the battery
When the battery level is below 5%, you will hear a sound to remind you to charge it. Plug the microUSB end of the
provided USB cable into the MicroUSB charging port (8) of your Music Box 2+ and the other USB end to any device with

a USB charging port to provide energy (PC, USB wall charger, car charger, etc.) to charge the battery. The LED indicator
(6) lights up red and switches off once the charging process has been completed. The charging time is approximately 2
hours.
Important:
Use a 5 V 1 A or 5 V 2 A AC/DC power adapter.
Do not leave your Music Box 2+ completely discharged for a long time.
Reset
To force the device to shut down, press the hidden reset button located inside the 3.5 mm mini jack audio-in (9).
Note: Avoid using metallic objects when performing the reset.
