4. ESCUTCHEON ASSEMBLY
• Orientate the exterior escutcheon as
shown and place on exterior side of
door.
• Orientate the interior escutcheon as
shown and place on interior side of
door.
• Fasten with screws
provided(M4x16mm)
5. STRIKE PLATE INSTALLATION
• Extend bolt-hook and close door bolt-hook
contacts jamb.
• Mark around bolt-hook on jamb.
• Position strike plate centrally to bolt-hook marking
on jamb and mark strike plate outline on jamb.
• Mark two hole positions and drill two 19mm holes,
15mm deep as shown in gure A.
• Chisel srike plate outline until the strike plates sits
ush with the jamb.
• Pre-drill holes and fasten the strike plate to the
jamb with wood screws provided (#6x20mm).
• Close door and test lock operation.
Test by rotating turnbutton - if the operation is
not smooth, loosen screws and re-adjust the
escutcheon positions
NOTES FOLLOWING
INSTALLATION: If the hook-
bolt wont enter the strike
plate, reposition the strike
plate on the jamb. If the
door gap is too large, recess
the strike plate deeper.
