Pleasetakeyourtimeinstalling XMContinuousInkSupplysystem.Donot
removeyouroldcartridgeuntilyou havethe XMCISsystemprimed and ready
toinstall(toprevent the dryingof heads). Inaddition, makesureyou aregetting
perfect nozzlechecks beforeinstallingthe XMCISsystem. The XMCISsystem
won t be abletoworkproperlyif thenozzlesarepreviouslyclogged.
MostpeoplegetaperfectnozzlecheckthefirsttimeafterinstallingtheXM
ContinuousInkSupplysystem;othersmayneed toruntwoorthree cleaning

CCheck whetherthereisairspaceinthetube. Ifthe lengthofairspaceismorethan
20cm, pleaseclean the printerheadfor2or3timesbeforeprinting.
Printertesting:
1)Check whetherthe printerisinnormalcondition,likemechanicalstatus,lubrication
statusetc.
2)Print testinglinestoensuretheprintinghead isgood condition.
3)Print picturestosee whethertheprintingimageisok.

2)InserttheCIScartridgesintothecartridgecar(PicB);Makesurethe
cartridgesinstalledwell.(Pic.C)

1) Tearoffthesticker(PicA); Measure2.6cmfromtheedgeoftheprinter,Attach
supportingarmontheprinterasPictureBshow;
2) TherightpositionlikePictureCshown
3) Tearoffthestickerofsmalltubeclamp;Attachitatthe4cmawayfromthe
edgeofthePrinter.AspictureFshown.
RipthelabelSticktheSupportarmat 3cmdistanceastheposition showon
fromtheleftside,andat 4cmdistancetheabovepicture.

7、Step Seven: Adjusting the Tube
Adjustthetubelengthandmovethecartridgecar. Insuretherewill noblock andcollisionwhenthetubes
movingwithcartridgecar.Insurethere'splentylengthoftubetomakethecartridgecartcanthoroughly
movetotheleft side.
Thetubeisexcessivelong,itThetubeistwist,itisnotok.Inthissituation,itisok
isnotok.
8、Step Eight: InstalltheclamplikethePictureShown(PicA),Plug thepower
connector(Pic.A);Turnonthepower(PicB).Watchforanythingunusual.

Ifthereshowsanybreaks (maybeitcausedbyairbubblesintheprintinghead),please
clean yourprintinghead.Ifitisstill shownlittlebreaks,especiallyonlyforonecolor,itis
unnecessarytorepeatedlycleanprinter-head.Justkeeptheprinterunuseforaboutone
hour, Ifit isstill abnormal, pleasekindlycontact localdealer.
ResetProcedure:
Ifthe indicatorlightflashingwhen printing,ittellsthatyouneedtoresetthechiptofull
status. Pleaseturnoff yourprinterforabout1minutesandswitchitback on.Inkmeterbar
shall showfullink.Youcanstart printingasusual.
Refill Ink:
Pleasepayattention totheinklevelinthe reservoirs; ifthe inklevelisbelow1CMasthe
abovepictureshown, pleaseuserefill kitstofillinkintoReservoirbottles.Carefullypull out

the rubberplugsfromthe refillholes.(thereispossibilityof inkspattering.Becareful!)Refill
inkaccordingtothecolorinshortsupply. Thenputtherubberback.(Pleasekeeptheprinter
and the reservoirat the samehorizontallineduringthe process ofrefillingink.)
Closethecartridgecoverasthebelowpicturesshown.
Attentionformaintenance:
TakeouttheCISS includingtheinnercartridgesandothercomponents.
Thenremovesupportarmfromprinter,andplacethe originalcartridgesin.
Pleaseinquirelocaldealerbeforesending tomaintenance.
Notice:
1.Pleasedon ttakeoutcartridge atrandomafterinstalling theCISsystem.
Keep the reservoirbottleson thesamelevelwiththe printer.
2.Trytokeep at least 1/2inchof inkinthe bottles, asyou don twanttorun out
of inkand drawairintothecartridge.
3. Don t placethe ReservoirBottleshigherorlowermuchthan the printer.
4.Tobeusedinadryplacebetween 15and 35degree.Avoidexposuretodirect
sunlight.
5.Don tputthe continuousinksupplysystemsreversedorleaningduring the
shipment. Pleasemakesureallthe inkfillingholesandVentilation holesare
closedtightlyduring the transportation. Otherwise, the inkshallleakout.
6. Don t swaythe cartridge frequently. It maycauseinkleakage.
7.Don tpull outthe connectorof cartridge anddon ttearoffadhesivetapeatthe
bottomof cartridge.
Warning:
1. Not drinkable; keepit outreachof children.
2.Avoidexposuretodirectsunshineanddon tkeepitinhighorfreezing
temperature.
3.Avoidcollision and fallendown.
