Part A: Attaching the discharge tubing to the top stem on the solenoid
Remove the
discharge valve nut.
Remove the protective
cap by popping it out.
Insert the opaque
tubing through
the nut.
Slide the locking collar
onto the tubing.
Insert the barb fitting
onto the tube.
Screw the nut back onto
the discharge valve.
The locking collar will
slide onto the barb
creating a compression
fitting.
Cut the injection valve to your specifications. Then insert it
into the water line so that the end of the injection valve is
midway in the pipe as seen below.
Attach the other end of
the tubing to the
injection valve following
steps 2 - 5.

remember that pumps may hold water inside.

- When connecting a metering pump either to a public
water supply or to its own water source, you must
respect the regulations in force concerning protection
of the soursce i.e. backflow prevention, etc.
CAUTION

Part B: Attaching the PVC exible suction valve tubing
Cut the clear PVC flexible tubing into two
pieces that are the correct size for your
application.
Then, attach one of the two clear PVC tubes
to the suction valve barb following
steps 2 - 5 on the previous page.
Reattach the nut to the suction valve.
Using the other end of the clear PVC
tubing, attach the foot filter using steps
2 - 5 on the previous page. Place the foot
filter into the stock solution tank.
Now take the other piece of PVC tube
(priming discharge tube) and attach it to the
bleed barb. Place the other end into the stock
solution tank.
To prime the pump, set the frequency
adjusting knob to 100%. Then, plug the
pump in and press the start button.
Unscrew the bleed valve nut and the
solution will begin to go down through the
priming discharge tube. Once this has
finished, re-tighten the nut.
NOTE: The eOne Basic is a manual pump. The dial
option has a 0-100% to 0-20%. The 0-20% function
can be selected by pressing the F button. The indica-
tor light will illuminate on the percentage that is select-
ed. This function increases the distance on the scale
for accurately dialing down for lower dosing.
