Hinweise beachten, sind wir sicher, dass Sie lange Zeit Fre de an Ihrem Ka f haben werden.
Nehmen Sie die Spiegelk gel a s der Verpack ng.
Prüfen Sie z erst, ob Transportschäden vorliegen. In diesem Fall nehmen Sie das Gerät nicht in Betrieb nd
setzen sich bitte mit Ihrem Fachhändler in Verbind ng.
Um einen gefahrlosen Betrieb sicherz stellen, m ss der Anwender die Sicherheitshinweise nd die

Dieses Gerät hat das Werk in sicherheitstechnisch einwandfreiem Z stand verlassen. Um diesen Z stand z
erhalten nd einen gefahrlosen Betrieb sicherz stellen, m ss der Anwender die Sicherheitshinweise nd die
Warnvermerke nbedingt beachten, die in dieser Bedien ngsanleit ng enthalten sind.
Unbedingt esen:
Bei Schäden, die durch Nichtbeachtung der Anleitung verursacht werden, erlischt der Garantiean-
spruch. Für daraus resultierende Folgeschäden übernimmt der ersteller keine aftung.
Die Spiegelk gel m ss immer z sätzlich mit einer zweiten Sicher ng versehen werden.
Kinder nd Laien vom Gerät fern halten!
BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG
Bei diesem Gerät handelt es sich m eine Effektk gel, mit der sich über eine entsprechende Bele cht ng
dekorative Lichteffekte erze gen lassen.
Achten Sie bei der Montage, beim Abba nd bei der D rchführ ng von Servicearbeiten dara f, dass der
Bereich nterhalb des Montageortes abgesperrt ist.
Soll die Spiegelk gel transportiert werden, verwenden Sie bitte die Originalverpack ng, m Transport-
schäden z vermeiden.
Wird die Spiegelk gel anders verwendet als in dieser Bedien ngsanleit ng beschrieben, kann dies z
Schäden am Prod kt führen nd der Garantieanspr ch erlischt. A ßerdem ist jede andere Verwend ng mit
Gefahren, wie z. B. Abstürzen verb nden.
INSTALLATION
LEBENSGEFAHR!
Bei der Installation sind insbesondere die Bestimmungen der BGV C1 (vormals VBG 70)
und DIN VDE 0711-217 zu beachten! Die Installation darf nur vom autorisierten Fachhan-
del ausgeführt werden!
Die A fhängevorricht ngen der Spiegelk gel m ss so geba t nd bemessen sein, dass sie 1 St nde lang
ohne da ernde schädliche Deformier ng das 10-fache der N tzlast a shalten kann.
Die Installation m ss immer mit einer zweiten, nabhängigen A fhäng ng erfolgen. Diese zweite
A fhäng ng m ss so beschaffen nd angebracht sein, dass im Fehlerfall der Ha pta fhäng ng kein Teil der
Installation herabfallen kann.
Während des A f-, Um- nd Abba s ist der nnötige A fenthalt im Bereich von Beweg ngsflächen, a f
Bele chterbrücken, nter hochgelegenen Arbeitsplätzen sowie an sonstigen Gefahrbereichen verboten.
Der Unternehmer hat dafür z sorgen, dass sicherheitstechnische nd maschinentechnische Einricht ngen
vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme nd nach wesentlichen Änder ngen vor der Wiederinbetriebnahme d rch
Sachverständige geprüft werden.

Vorgehensweise:
Die Spiegelk gel sollte idealerweise a ßerhalb des A fenthaltsbereiches von Personen installiert werden.
WICHTIG! ÜBERKOPFMONTAGE ERFORDERT EIN HOHES MAß AN ERFAHRUNG. Dies beinhaltet (aber
beschränkt sich nicht allein a f) Berechn ngen z r Definition der Tragfähigkeit, verwendetes Installations-
material nd regelmäßige Sicherheitsinspektionen des verwendeten Materials nd der Spiegelk gel.
Vers chen Sie niemals, die Installation selbst vorz nehmen, wenn Sie nicht über eine solche Q alifikation
verfügen, sondern bea ftragen Sie einen professionellen Installate r. Unsachgemäße Installationen können
z Verletz ngen nd/oder z r Beschädig ng von Eigent m führen.
Die Spiegelk gel m ss a ßerhalb des Handbereichs von Personen installiert werden.
Achtung: Spiegelk geln können beim Herabstürzen erhebliche Verletz ngen ver rsachen! Wenn Sie
Zweifel an der Sicherheit einer möglichen Installationsform haben, installieren Sie die K gel NICHT!
Vergewissern Sie sich vor der Montage, dass die Montagefläche mindestens 10 kg P nktbelast ng
a shalten kann.
Für die Spiegelk gel bis 20 cm darf a sschließlich der EUROLITE MD-1015 Drehmotor mit Netzstecker,
Best.-Nr. 50301150 oder EUROLITE MD-1030 Drehmotor mit Netzstecker, Best.-Nr. 50301205 oder ein
sicherheitstechnisch mindestens gleichwertiger Motor verwendet werden.
Die Spiegelk gel m ss über eine geeignete A fhäng ng (siehe oben) mit dem Motor verb nden werden.
Daz empfehlen wir die Knotenkette 2,5mm, WLL 20kg, 33cm, Best.-Nr. 50301600 oder Knotenkette
2,5mm, WLL 20kg, 1m, Best.-Nr. 50301605.
A s Aufhängungsmateria dürfen niema s scheuernde Materia ien wie z. B. Stah sei e verwendet
werden, um eine Abnützung aufgrund der hohen Reibung zu verhindern.
Die Länge der verwendeten Kette darf niemals 100 cm überschreiten.
Befestigen Sie die Lastkette mit dem Schra bkettenglied an der Befestig ngsöse der Spiegelk gel nd
ziehen Sie die Feststellm tter g t fest.
Hängen Sie die Lastkette mit der Spiegelk gel in dem Schra bkettenglied am Motor ein nd ziehen Sie die
Feststellm tter g t fest.
Achten Sie dara f, dass die Rotation der Spiegelk gel nicht d rch Dekorationsteile etc. abgebremst oder
nterbrochen wird.
Achten Sie dara f, dass niemals Seitenkräfte a f die Installation einwirken können.
Überprüfen Sie in regelmäßigen Abständen, ob sich die A fhängevorricht ng (z. B. Schäkel, Schra b-
karabiner oder Schra bkettenglieder) oder Kettenglieder der Kette Verform ngen a fweisen. In einem
solchen Fall hängen Sie die Spiegelk gel bitte sofort ab.
LEBENSGEFAHR!
Vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme muss die Einrichtung durch einen Sachverständigen geprüft werden!
REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
Der Unternehmer hat dafür z sorgen, dass sicherheitstechnische nd maschinentechnische Einricht ngen
mindestens alle vier Jahre d rch einen Sachverständigen im Umfang der Abnahmeprüf ng geprüft werden.

Dabei m ss nter anderem a f folgende P nkte besonders geachtet werden:
1) Alle Schra ben, mit denen das Gerät oder Geräteteile montiert sind, müssen fest sitzen nd dürfen nicht
korrodiert sein.
2) An Gehä se, Befestig ngen nd Montageort (Decke, Abhäng ng, Traverse) dürfen keine Verform ngen
sichtbar sein.
3) Mechanisch bewegte Teile wie Achsen, Ösen . Ä. dürfen keinerlei Verschleißsp ren zeigen (z.B.
Materialabrieb oder Beschädig ngen) nd dürfen sich nicht nw chtig drehen.
4) Die elektrischen Anschl ssleit ngen dürfen keinerlei Beschädig ngen, Materialalter ng (z.B. poröse
Leit ngen) oder Ablager ngen a fweisen. Weitere, a f den jeweiligen Einsatzort nd die N tz ng
abgestimmte Vorschriften werden vom sachk ndigen Installate r beachtet nd Sicherheitsmängel
behoben.
Wart ngs- nd Servicearbeiten sind a sschließlich dem a torisierten Fachhandel vorbehalten!
Sollten einmal Ersatzteile benötigt werden, verwenden Sie bitte n r Originalersatzteile.

OPERATING DETERMINATIONS
This device is an effect-ball for creating decorative effects if adeq ate ill mination is sed.
Make s re that the area below the installation place is blocked when rigging, derigging or servicing the
fixt re.
Please se the original packaging if the mirror-ball is to be transported.
If this mirror-ball will be operated in any way different to the one described in this man al, the prod ct may
s ffer damages and the g arantee becomes void. F rthermore, any other operation may lead to dangers like
crash etc.
INSTALLATION
DANGER TO LIFE!
Please consider the EN 60598-2-17 and the respective national norms during the
installation! The installation must only be carried out by an authorized dealer!
The installation of the mirror ball has to be b ilt and constr cted in a way that it can hold 10 times the weight
for 1 ho r witho t any harming deformation.
The installation m st always be sec red with a secondary safety attachment. This secondary safety attach-
ment m st be constr cted in a way that no part of the installation can fall down if the main attachment fails.
When rigging, derigging or servicing the fixt re staying in the area below the installation place, on bridges,
nder high working places and other endangered areas is forbidden.
The operator has to make s re that safety-relating and machine-technical installations are approved by an
expert before taking into operation for the first time and after changes before taking into operation another
time.

expert after every fo r year in the co rse of an acceptance test.

Procedure:
The mirror ball sho ld be installed o tside areas where persons may walk by or be seated.
IMPORTANT! OVERHEAD RIGGING REQUIRES EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE, incl ding (b t not limited to)
calc lating working load limits, installation material being sed, and periodic safety inspection of all
installation material and the mirror ball. If yo lack these q alifications, do not attempt the installation
yo rself, b t instead se a professional str ct ral rigger. Improper installation can res lt in bodily inj ry
and.or damage to property.
The mirror ball has to be installed o t of the reach of people.
Caution: Mirror balls may ca se severe inj ries when crashing down! If yo have do bts concerning the
safety of a possible installation, do NOT install the mirror ball!
Before rigging make s re that the installation area has to hold a minim m of 10 kg point load.
For the mirror ball 20 cm, only the EUROLITE MD-1015 Rotary Motor with power pl g, No. 50301150 or
EUROLITE MD-1030 Rotary Motor with power pl g, No. 50301205 or a safe, technically eq ivalent motor
may to be sed.
The mirror ball has to be connected via an appropriate installation (see above) with the motor. We
recommend sing the Do ble Loop Chain 2.5mm, WLL 20kg, 33cm, No. 50301600 or Do ble Loop Chain
2.5mm, WLL 20kg, 1m, No. 50301605.
The insta ation materia must never inc ude abrading materia e. g. stee cab es in order to avoid
materia wearing.
The length of the chain m st never exceed 100 cm.

Install the mirror ball chain with the screw-on chain link at the installation eyelet of the mirror ball and tighten
the fixation screw.
Insert the mirror ball chain with the mirror ball in the screw-on chain link and tighten the fixation screw.
Make s re that the rotation of the mirror ball is never slowed down or stopped by decoration material etc.
Make s re that no side forces can impact on the installation.
Please check in reg lar intervals, if the installation material (e. g. shackles, screw-on carabines or screw-on
chain links) or chain links have been deformed. Uninstall the mirror ball immediately in s ch a case.
DANGER TO LIFE!
Before taking into operation for the first time, the installation has to be approved by an expert!
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The operator has to make s re that safety-relating and machine-technical installations are inspected by an
expert after every fo r years in the co rse of an acceptance test.

The following points have to be considered d ring the inspection:
1) All screws sed for installing the devices or parts of the device have to be tightly connected and m st not
be corroded.
2) There m st not be any deformations on ho sings, fixations and installation spots (ceiling, s spension,
tr ssing).
3) Mechanically moved parts like axles, eyes and others m st not show any traces of wearing (e.g. material
abrading or damages) and m st not rotate with nbalances.
4) The electric power s pply cables m st not show any damages, material fatig e (e.g. poro s cables) or
sediments. F rther instr ctions depending on the installation spot and sage have to be adhered to by a
skilled installer and any safety problems have to be removed.
Maintenance and service operations are only to be carried o t by a thorized dealers.
