BodyLift Assembly Instructions
EVOLUTION HEALTH AND FITNESS

EVOLUTION HEALTH’S BODYLIFT:
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Make sure you have all the pieces
needed for assembly. There should be
two cushioned pieces for the seat, two
legs, one support bar that will attach to
the legs, four bolts, and four flat
washers.

The the top of the cushions face down
on the floor and the bottom with the
instructions facing you take one leg and
hold it against the cushion. The angle of
the bend should roughly align with the
diagram of the leg on the instruction
sheet adhered to the cushion.

While continuing to hold the leg in
place place one of the flat metal washers
on top of the hole nearest you in the leg.

Step 4
While continuing to hold the leg in
place insert one of the bolts through the
washer and into the hole. Turn the bolt
clockwise with your fingers and tighten
(do not use the wrench to tighten yet).
This should be sufficient to hold the leg
in place temporarily.

Step 5
Repeat with the other leg. Hold the leg
in place, place a metal washer on top
the hole, put bolt through hole, and turn
clockwise until finger tight.

Both legs should now stay in place
without holding onto them.

Place the metal support bar across the
legs, aligning the holes in the support
bar with the holes in the legs of the
BodyLift with the holes in the
cushioned seat.

Place the remaining flat metal washers
on top of the metal support bar, one
atop each hole.

Step 9
Insert a bolt through the washer and
turn counter clockwise making sure it is
screwing into the hole in the seat
cushion. Do this for both sides of the
support bar.

Step 10
With all four bolts in place, tighten all
four bolts with the wrench, be careful to
not over tighten them. It should take
roughly a half turn (90 degrees) of the
wrench (depending on how tight you
did it by hand.

Step 11
Flip the BodyLift back over to sit on its
legs, it is ready to use!
