kPulley Upgrade Kit: assembly instructions
The kPulley Upgrade Kit enables owners of the original kPulley device to benefit from most of the
upgrades and features available in the kPulley2 and it consists of the following components.
Step 1 -Pull out the Drive Belt from the Belt         
Stopper Hook, Height Adjuster and Pulley     
Block. Roll up the Drive Belt around the       
shaft and keep it stationary. Remove the      
M8 nuts and screws fixating the chassi to       
the bottom beam. Unscrew and remove     
the beams from your wall.


Step 2 - Position the new Beam against      
your wall with the oval opening visible and       
set low to the ground. Attach the new       
Beam to the wall with seven suitable      
screws (not included in the upgrade kit). To       
attach the Beam to a pole or a rack, use         
the brackets on the back of the Beam and        
strong belts with cam locks.


Step 3 - Slide the Height Adjuster on the       
Beam followed by the Belt Stopper.













Step 4 - Unscrew the shaft cover to       
position the Drive Belt Guide on top of it        
and screw it back in.













Step 5 - Attach the kPulley chassi to the       
Beam using the same M8 nuts and screws       
as before. 

Step 6 - Pull the Drive Belt upwards to slide        
it in behind the bottom wheel of the Height        
Adjuster and pull it out towards yourself      
from between the two wheels.



Step 7 - Slide the Drive Belt around the
wheel of the Pulley Block and proceed to
pull it back towards the Height Adjuster.

















Step 9 - Slide the Drive Belt downwards
through the upper slot of the Belt Stopper
and then out through the lower slot.


Step 8 - Slide the Drive Belt between the
upper wheel of the Height Adjuster and the
metal rod. Proceed to pull the Drive Belt up
towards the Belt Stopper.
















Step 10 - Adjust the length of your Drive Belt
using the Belt Stopper and resume your
training.
