OWNERS MANUAL
As with all spray equipment please Test/Calibrate using only water in the tank before using chemical.
The pump is controlled by the water resistant switch on top of the pump.
Spray pressure is controlled by the Pressure Regulating Valve (horizontal gray knob).
The Boom/Boomless and Wand are individually operated by the two vertical grey control levers

e. (4) 5/16” x 3/4” Flange Bolts
f. (4) 1/4” x 1” Hex Bolts
g. (4) 1/4” Flat Washers
h. (4) 1/4” Lock Washers
i. (4) 1/4” Nuts
j. (2) #5 Hose Clamp
k. (1) #10 Hose Clamp
l. (1) #4 Hose Clamp
Your ATV20 Should Contain:
1. Bolt the Boom/Boomless mounting riser
brackets to the brass inserts on the bottom
of the tank using the included 5/16 x ¾
ange bolts. (Image 1)
Instructions:

Parts Included:
2. Attach the ATV20 valve assembly to the
Black Mounting Bracket with included 1/4
hardware. (Image 2) Using Teon Tape or
Pipe Dope screw in and attach Guage to
open port on Top of Valve Assembly.
3. Connect rubber spray hoses to barbs on
bottom of the valve assembly and secure
with provided hose clamps. (Image 3)
4. Securely fasten the assembled contour
sprayer to the rack on your ATV using
common ratchet straps (Not included) as
shown. (Image 4)

Thank you for purchasing a quality product from F/S Manufacturing!
Safely drain all uid from the tank using the black drain valve located on the bottom side of tank
nearest the valve assembly (it may be helpful to tilt tank toward drain/sump on bottom of tank).
Add RV antifreeze (pink) to tank and circulate with pump.
Operate wand until it sprays only antifreeze.
Operate Boom/Boomless until it sprays only antifreeze.
