Tools Needed: RatchetWrench | 1/2”Socket | 15/16”Socket | 3/4”Socket (or Combination
Wrench) | Flat head screwdriver or 1/4”Nut Driver | 1/2”CombinationWrench
Setup Instructions:
1. INSTALL FRAME ONTANK: (Make sure the “decal side” of the tank is opposite the hitch side
of the frame - See Cover Page.) This step uses the (4) 5/16”x 1/2”Flange Bolts.
Step 1 3. INSTALL VALVE ASSEMBLY & TUBING: First, thread the Valve Assembly on to theTru-
Kleen male snout on the tank, then thread the Manifold Supply Assembly into the 1/2”
Street Elbow on the Valve Assembly as shown above. (Do not over-tighten!)
4. INSTALL SHOCK CYLINDER & DRAG LINK: As shown above, fasten the shock cylinder
to the Mounting Frame with the quick connect pin shown at top left. Next, connect
other pin from shock cylinder into Drag Link and fasten opposite end of the Drag Link
to Mounting Frame using the 1/2”x 1 1/4”Bolt and 1/2”Lock Nut.
2. INSTALL ROLLER ARMS: Slide Roller Arms into both ends of the receiving tube on frame
as shown in Image 2. Install one 5/16”Nut on each of four 5/16” x 1” Bolts and loosely
install them into the welded nuts on the frame as shown in Image 3. (Do not tighten yet.)

5.INSTALL ROLLERS: Slide rollersontoreceiver
pins on Arms and Drag Link as indicated
above. (Do not tighten set bolts yet.)

6. INSTALL LINKS & MANIFOLDS: Install
Manifold Links each with two 5/16”
Bolts, four 5/16” Flat Washers and two
5/16” Nuts. (Be sure the link is on the
correct side of the tab as shown in the
image to the right) Next, slide one Band
Clamp on each end of the Manifold
Supply hose and position Manifolds as
shown. Connect hose to Manifold and
tighten Band Clamp to secure. (Make
sure that the Manifolds are positioned
so the pin holes are directed toward the
rollers.) Slide the Roller Arms to secure
the Manifolds (as shown in the top left
image above).
(At this point it is best to tighten up all the connections that have been made thus far)
7. INSTALL LIFT ARMS & TIRES: Install Lift
Arms as shown in Image above using one
1/2” Washer and one 1/2” Lock Nut. (Note:
Overtightening nuts will make arms dicult
to move.) Next, slide Axle Bushings on axles
as shown in Image 7a. Finally, install tires
as shown in Image 7b using one 5/8”Lock
Nut.
8. INSTALL HITCH: Install (1) 5/16”
Nut on each of the two remaining
5/16” Bolts and loosely screw them
into the nuts on the Mounting Frame
as shown in the image to the left.
Adjust height as needed for your
application.
1. Pour in chemical and water with the valve handle in the closed position.
2. Open valve to allow liquid to drip at desired rate.
3. Drive unit a maximum speed of 5 mph while applying chemical. When roller is
raised, the unit may travel up to 15 mph.
We recommend that only Amine based products such as MCPA or 2,4-D be used on yards.
As a starting point, we recommend mixing 1 to 2 ounces of chemical for each gallon of
water used. Always follow chemical label instructions!
